[0005] The said locking bar is installed with handle, lock catch is installed on the side doors, the position of the lock catch matches with the position of the handle. [0006] The said side panel is constituted by four side doors, each two doors combined, then the finished two combinations will be connected with hinges. [0007] The said structures of the hinges include the rotation axes installed in the corner posts, junction plates flexible installed on the rotation axes, the junction plates connect with the side doors. Description of Embodiments [0021] The follow practical case will provide us more detailed description for this utility model. [0023] Being as a better precept, the said locking bar 6 is installed with handle 11, lock catch 12 is installed on the side doors 4, the position of the lock catch 12 matches with the position of the handle 11. When side doors 4 in locked condition, lock catch 12 could lock the handle 11 on the side doors 4 in case of handle 11 turning.
4 [0024] According to this practical case, the said side panel is constituted by four side doors 4, each two side doors 4 combined, then the finished two side doors 4 will be connected with hinges 5. [0025] Being as a better precept, showing as Figure 4 and Figure 5, the said structures of the hinges 5 include the rotation axes 13 installed in the corner posts 3, junction plates 14 flexible installed on the rotation axes 13, the junction plates 14 connect with the side doors 4. [0026] The said 40 feet full open side container adopts the full open side structure, when it needs to lock the side doors 4, turning the locking bar 6 to let the latch hook 7 hook cant hook 10 will achieve the side doors 4 locked. Also, when the underframe 1 elastic deformation downward in full load condition, cam keeper 8 will move downward with the underframe 1, latch hook 7 could hook the upper area of the cant hook 10 and then it is still in locked condition between side doors 4 and underframe 1. [0027] The above said practical case only described the theories and the functions and the related functioned cases but not limit this utility model; it needs to be pointed out that, to the normal technical stuff in this field, more deformations and promotions could be made out based on the creative design of this utility model and they are all belong to the protect scope of this utility model. The length of 40 feet container is about 12 meters, because of the full open side structure, the underframe is treated as a simple supported beam, the underframe needs enough strength to support the load weight, so the height of the underframe need to increase for higher strength. Meanwhile, the inner space of the container should not be decreased while the underframe in higher, or it will influence the needs for loading of container. Based on the above two points, choosing for this design, DOMEX steel was used in auto ganged wielding to form the special H steel section in making underframe to achieve the requirements for high strength and small size. The side comparative open structure could let the single door open to a rotary radius 6 meters, the torsion of the door plate is quite huge, so the special door plate and hinge structure designed to protect the strength of the side door and to rotate successfully.

By considering of the big elastic deformation of the container in full load condition, changed the locking mechanism of the lower part of the side doors from traditional locking bar installation to the hook-type lock with round bar cam keeper installation, it will leave enough activity space for locking mechanism. By considering of the damage and inconvenience it happens in loading big size cargos from the end door, the usage of full open side method will decrease the limitation of loading only from the end doors.

[1] 1. 40 feet full open side container includes one oblong underframe; one oblong upper-frame; corner posts be installed on the four corners between underframe and upper-frame; top surface panel, front end panel, back end panel and two side panels be installed on the corner posts, the characteristics are: the said side panel should be constituted with two side doors at least, one side of the side door should be connected to the corner posts by hinges, at least one turnable locking bar should be installed on the vertical of the upper area of the side door, latch hook should be installed on the bottom area of each locking bar, the position of each cam keeper should match with the position of each latch hook, cam keeper is constituted with two permanent seats and the cant hook installed between two permanent seats, cant hook vertically installed, the length of the cant hook need to longer than the thickness of the latch hook, when the underframe is in horizontal position, cant hook is located upper than the latch hook.
