专利说明:
The invention relates to an animal feed dispenser, in particular for horses, comprising a downwardly open, substantially vertically oriented tube with at least one filling opening for animal feed arranged in the upper section of the tube. Activity elements for animals, which are combined with feeding, are known in multiple embodiments. While in many of these devices for the small animal area alone a certain training effect is in the foreground, those for horses are mainly about making the longer periods of stay of the animals bearable. Horses tend to develop behavioral problems caused by boredom, such as weaving or paddling, during longer periods in the boxes. To prevent this, a number of facilities have been developed that offer the horse the opportunity to engage. In US 2011/0005469, for example, is a cylindrical one Device described, which can be hung in a horse box, and which has a plurality of recesses on the coat, in which small pieces of feed can be placed. One problem that arises is that all of the food or treats placed are accessible to the horse at the same time, so that you have no control over how quickly the horse consumes the individual food. The pieces of feed offered, such as apples or grit-like concentrate or muesli, generate increased motivation for the horse, since they are goodies. At the same time, like most people, these are Treats are only healthy in moderation and should therefore not be eaten in large quantities at once. In the case of concentrate, in particular, the amount is less important than the fact that it is desirable in principle if the horse consumes the concentrate as slowly as possible. This is the only way to ensure that it is adequately fed and digested, thereby preventing colic. If the device, as in the above-mentioned document, has no additional devices, there is no possibility of controlling the delivery of the feed or the treats in the absence of the horse owner. Another such device is disclosed for example in DE 202007002067 U1. Here is a tube closed at the bottom and provided with lateral holes on one Wall mounted. The pipe can swing through the horse when bumped and bulk feed can escape through the holes on the side. Although not all of the feed is accessible at once, this device is only suitable for bulk feed. Due to the very simple structure, the game effect for the horse is low, because a simple toast is enough and every single action is immediately rewarded. A device that was developed specifically for training dogs is disclosed, for example, in DE 202008011742 U1. This is a play tower in the form of a hollow tube with an opening provided in the lower jacket area for the dispensing of feed. Several separation levels are inserted inside the tube, which can be pulled out by the dog using loops on the outside. Individual pieces of food placed inside can be released sequentially or, if only one piece of food is filled in at the top, only released after repeated actions by the animal. A disadvantage of this design is that when filling with several pieces of feed, these are only released sequentially if the animal pulls out the levels in the correct order. However, if, for example, the upper levels are removed first and the lowest level only last, then all feed pieces come out of the discharge opening together, which again leads to the undesirable effect that the animal consumes too many feed pieces at once. The object of the present invention is now to provide an animal feed dispenser which eliminates the disadvantages mentioned above. It is intended to make it possible for several portion units of solid feed or bulk feed to be stored in the device and each to be dispensed individually. The animal is handed over after the animal has been playfully engaged with the donor, whereby not every single action should lead to the feeding of feed, which on the one hand arouses the interest of the animal and on the other hand the poriton units are dispensed over a longer period of time. This object is achieved by the present invention in that at least two transverse to the longitudinal axis of the tube Elastic ropes protruding inside the tube are arranged one above the other, with a space remaining above each rope, which only allows the accommodation of a single portion of the animal feed, and wherein each rope is connected to one end of an associated pulling element, which is essentially normal to the respective one elastic rope is guided to the outside via an opening in the tube wall, a biting element being attached to the end of the tension element lying outside the tube. A portion unit can be an apple, for example, in the case of solid feed. In the most minimal version of the feed dispenser, it therefore contains two apples when filled, in the spaces provided, each held back by the elastic ropes. In practice, however, the animal feed dispenser will be larger and contain several elastic ropes and free spaces arranged above them, for example four, five, six or seven. The more subdivisions provided by elastic ropes, the longer the animal can be occupied with the device, the feed delivery not increasing linearly with the number of animal actions, since it becomes increasingly difficult to release portion units from subdivisions located higher up. If the animal pulls on a bite element, the elastic cable is moved to the side by the pulling element and thus releases enough cross-section inside the tube so that a portion unit stored above the cable can fall down. However, this only applies if it is either the lowest portion unit or the free space below the respective rope is free. If there is already one serving unit, the next one cannot slide far enough downwards and is still held in the original free space by the elastic rope when the pulling unit is released. It is a further advantageous feature that the opening for the tension element has a diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the elastic rope. As a result, the elastic rope cannot be pulled into the opening and jammed or damaged there even when the animal is very strongly pulling on the pulling element. This improves the functional reliability of the device. According to an additional advantageous feature, it is easily seen that viewing openings are provided in the tube wall, which allow the detection of the fill level in the respective free spaces above each of the elastic cables. This enables the animal owner to see at a glance in which free spaces there are still portions of feed, which makes refilling easier. Either several small openings or windows can be provided in the tube wall or, for example, an elongated slot, through which all free spaces above the elastic cables can be seen. According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that a flexible hose running in the longitudinal direction is arranged in the interior of the tube, and that next to each elastic cable there is a hose arranged parallel to it Abutment element is arranged, wherein the flexible hose between the elastic ropes and the respective abutment elements extends and is clamped between them in the starting position. By means of this embodiment, it is also possible to use bulk feed, such as, for example, concentrate mixes, muesli or the like, via the Feed dispensers in portions and over a longer period of time. There can be one in the hose sections in the free spaces above the respective clamped section Collect the portion unit of bulk feed. The functionality for the animal remains the same. It pulls on the bite element and as a result the elastic rope is pulled away from the abutment element, whereby the clamped hose section is released and the chuck can slide down. Here, too, the feed can only continue to slide if the hose section below is not already filled with feed or if it is the lowest section that releases the feed to the animal. It is also an advantageous feature that with the top At the end of the flexible hose, an extended receiving space for a feed supply is connected. Depending on how big they are Device is designed, a corresponding storage container can be provided on the top. In the simplest case, the receiving space is the uppermost, expanded section of the flexible hose, which is fixed in the interior of the tube. However, a funnel-shaped storage container can also be connected to the hose, which then forms the corresponding receiving space for the feed supply. Finally, it is another advantageous feature that the Abutment element is formed by a rigid bolt or by an elastic rope. These variants have proven to be advantageous in terms of simple and inexpensive manufacture of the feed dispenser. The invention will now be described in greater detail with reference to exemplary embodiments and with the aid of the accompanying figures. Show 1 shows a schematic longitudinal section through a first embodiment of the invention, 2 shows a schematic cross section through the embodiment from FIG. 1 in the starting position, 3 shows a schematic cross section through the embodiment from FIG. 1 with the tension element actuated, Fig. 4 shows a schematic longitudinal section through a second Embodiment of the invention, Fig. 5 is a schematic cross section through the embodiment of Fig. 4 in the starting position and Fig. 6 is a schematic cross section through the embodiment of Fig. 4 with the tension element actuated. In Fig. 1, a first embodiment of a feed dispenser according to the invention is shown schematically, which is intended for example for the delivery of apples. The feed dispenser comprises an elongated tube 1 which is open at the bottom. The pipe can be made of wood or another solid Material that is harmless to the animal must be made. Alternatively, the outer parts of the feed dispenser or at least sections thereof can also be made from edible material, such as a leak. There is a filling opening 2 at the upper end. The tube 1 is fastened vertically in the box, for example on the lattice bars by means of belts, so that the bite elements 7 are aligned with the horse. In the exemplary embodiment shown, it is a Device with a capacity for four apples. To the Filling one pushes an apple into the filling opening 2 and then pulls over the bite elements 7 on the pulling elements 5 in order to pull the elastic ropes 3 to the side and to convey the apple downwards. The free spaces 4 between the elastic Ropes 3 are so high that there is only space for a single apple. The position of the individual apples can be detected via the viewing openings 8, which facilitates the filling process. Depending on the position of the viewing window, they can also allow easy access to the tension elements 5 and the elastic ropes 3, whereby the animal owner can optionally insert or remove individual ropes 3 and tension elements 5 if, for example, he wants to adjust the portion sizes. As soon as the animal begins to play with the device, it tries to grip the bite elements 7 with the lips and teeth and thus pulls them in an arbitrary order Tensioning elements 5. The starting position of an elastic rope 3 is shown in FIG. 2. It protrudes through the center of the interior of the tube 1, so that the apple above it cannot slide further down. If the animal now pulls on the bite element 7 in question, the position according to FIG. 3 occurs when the animal is completely pulled out. Now there is enough space so that the apple can be transported further, provided that an apple is not already present in the space 4 below. If the free space 4 is already occupied, the apples are stacked one on top of the other and when the pulling unit 5 is released, the elastic rope 3 returns to its starting position and thus continues to hold the upper apple in its position. So that the device is not damaged when the bite element 7 is pulled too hard, or the elastic rope is pulled into the opening 6 for the pulling element 5 and jammed, it is provided that the opening 6 has a smaller diameter than the thickness of the elastic one Rope 3. 4 to 6 show an alternative embodiment of a feed dispenser according to the invention for bulk feed. The tube 1, as well as the individual sections with elastic ropes 3, free spaces 4, tension elements 5 and bite elements 7 are constructed in the same way as in the embodiment from FIGS. 1 to 3. At the upper end of the tube 1, a flexible hose 9 is attached to the Inner wall of tube 1 mounted. As a result, the filling opening 2 is also designed differently in order to make it easy to fill from above. The top one Section of the flexible hose is slightly expanded and forms a receiving space 11 for a feed supply. In addition to the elastic ropes 3, abutment elements 10 are arranged parallel to these. The flexible hose 9 running inside the tube 1 is thereby clamped in each case between the abutment elements 10 and the flexible cables 3 in individual sections. In the sections of the flexible hose 9, which are in the free spaces 4, one portion unit of bulk feed can thus accumulate. By pulling on the tension elements 5, these portion units trickle downwards step by step. In Fig. 5 it can be seen in cross section that in the starting position the elastic rope 3 rests on the abutment element 10, and the flexible hose 9 located therebetween is thereby clamped off. If the pulling element 5 and thus the elastic rope 3 is now pulled to the side via the bite element 7, as shown in FIG. 6, a passage opening is created for the bulk material-shaped lining in order to trickle downwards if there is space in the free space 4 below .
