The carrier plate (10) provides a plurality of rows of receiving apertures (14) for the light emitting diodes (30), which are at least partially connected by molded-in webs (22); the latter are formed in the back surface (12r) of the carrier plate (10) and receive the lines (34) for the illuminated dots (30). At least three mutually approximately parallel and interconnected track sections form a web (22) and parallel to track sections of other webs of the support plate (10).
