专利说明:
The present invention relates to a door lock having a first handle, a second handle, an actuating pin through which the handles are connected to each other and through which a case of the door lock is movable upon actuation of one of the handles, and a locking mechanism by which the second handle blockable is. Door locks of this type are generally known and are used, for example, on doors with lower locking safety requirements, such as, for example, Bathroom or toilet doors, as well as doors of living or office spaces, where locking from one side only, namely from "inside" is necessary. In a known door lock a toilet door, the activation of the locking mechanism takes place in that the, in particular inside, first handle is wasted upwards. The upward movement of the first handle is transmitted to the locking mechanism, which then blocks the second handle, which is outside the toilet. The second handle can now no longer be pushed down to open the toilet door. The toilet door is thus locked. The invention has for its object to provide a door lock of the type mentioned, which is simpler in design and more intuitive to use. The object is achieved by a door lock with the features of claim 1 and in particular by the fact that the locking mechanism comprises a locking pin extending parallel to the actuating pin, which can be brought by an axial displacement from an unlocking position in a locking position blocking the second handle. The invention is based on the general idea not to bring about the locking of the door lock by a rotation of the first handle upwards, but by an axial displacement of a parallel to the actuating pin extending locking bolt. This displacement of the locking bolt is advantageously done manually by a user, i. the user only needs to press on the locking bolt to lock the door lock, which makes the door lock more intuitive to operate. In addition, the blockage of the second handle can be realized by an axial displacement of the locking bolt by means of a simpler mechanism, which has a favorable effect on the production and cost of the door lock. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims, the description and the drawings. So that the locking bolt can be moved manually into its locking position, the locking bolt is preferably accessible in the unlocked state of the locking mechanism on the side of the first handle from the outside. For example, a first end portion of the locking bolt located in the unlocking position on the side of the first handle over a door leaf on which the door lock is mounted, or a rosette optionally attached thereto protrude. Advantageously, the locking bolt is dimensioned so that it protrudes both on the side of the first handle and on the side of the second handle on the door leaf or optionally attached rosettes. In this way, not only recognizes the user pressing the door lock, as the door lock is to lock, but it is also displayed to outsiders the locking state of the door lock. In addition, the locking bolt can be reset in this way for an emergency release on the side of the second handle manually from the locking position to the unlocked position, for example by pressing with a finger on a projecting in the locking position second end portion of the locking bolt. Thus, the first handle can still rotate even when the second handle is blocked, the actuating pin is preferably divided into two pin portions which rotate relative to each other and in a defined by the fixing pin axial Direction are firmly connected. In this case, a first pin portion may be connected to the first handle and a second pin portion to the second handle. Both pin sections preferably engage in a nut of the door lock, which interacts with the latch. This ensures in a particularly simple manner that the case can be withdrawn in the unlocked state of the door lock by both handles. According to one embodiment, a blocking element which can be detected by the locking bolt is seated non-rotatably on the second pin section. In order to ensure unimpeded rotation of the second handle in the unlocked state of the door lock, the locking bolt preferably has a passage for the blocking element, which is aligned with the blocking element when the locking pin is in its unlocked position. For blocking the second handle, however, the locking bolt may have a receptacle for the blocking element, by means of which the blocking element can be fixed when the locking bolt is in its locking position. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, the locking bolt can be brought back into its unlocked position by actuating the first handle from its locking position. This allows a particularly simple and intuitive operation of the door lock, since the user to release the door lock only the first handle to press, for example, press down needs. In other words, the first handle fulfills a dual function, since not only the case withdrawn by them, but also the locking mechanism is unlocked at the same time. According to a structurally particularly simple embodiment, the locking bolt located in its locking position is displaceable back into its unlocked position by the retracting in an open position latch. The case also fulfills a dual function in this situation by not only allowing a door opening in a conventional manner, but also contributes to the unlocking of the locking mechanism. In order to implement the movement of the latch in a displacement of the locking bolt, a ramp mechanism is preferably provided. The ramp mechanism may include an inclined surface of the locking bolt and an unlocking element of the latch which rides against the inclined surface when the locking bolt is in its locking position and the latch moves to its open position. The invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings purely by way of example with reference to a possible embodiment. Fig. 1 shows an end view of a door with a door according to the invention closed (A) in an unlocked state of rest and (B) in a locked state of rest; Fig. 2 shows a rear view of the mechanism of the door lock of Figure 1 (A) in the unlocked state of rest and (B) in the locked state of rest. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the mechanism of the door lock of Fig. 1 (A) in the locked-in-rest state and (B) in an unlocked operating state; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the mechanism of the door lock of Figure 1 in the locked state of rest. and FIG. 5 shows a side view of the mechanism of the door lock of FIG. 1 with the trap in the open position. In the figures, an inventive door lock is shown, which is on a door 10, for example, a toilet door, mounted (Fig. 1). The door lock comprises an inner first handle 12 and an outer second handle 14. In the illustrated embodiment, the handles 12, 14 are door handles which are aligned substantially horizontally in a rest position. In principle, at least one of the handles 12, 14 could also be designed in the form of a door knob. The handles 12,14 are interconnected by an actuating pin 16 (Fig. 2). The actuating pin 16 is a split square pin which has two pin portions 18, 20 which are mutually rotatable and fixedly connected to one another in an axial direction defined by the fastening pin 16. In a manner known per se, the first pin portion 18 is non-rotatably connected to the first handle 12 and the second pin portion 20 rotatably connected to the second handle 14. Due to the subdivision of the fastening pin 16 into two pin sections 18, 20, the handles 12, 14 can in principle be rotated independently of each other, in particular pressed down. Both pin sections 18, 20 of the fastening pin 16 engage in a lock nut 22, so that an actuation, here a depression, of both the one handle 12 and the other handle 14 causes a rotation of the lock nut 22. The lock nut 22 forms a driver 24, which cooperates with a latch 26 of the door lock such that a rotation of the lock nut 22 by operating one of the handles 12,14 causes the case 26 from an extended position to a retracted position, in a sense an open position is withdrawn (Figures 3B and 5). In addition, the lock nut 22 forms a projection 28 which abuts against a stop 30 when the latch 26 has reached its maximum retracted position. The stopper 30 defines in other words the retracted position of the case 26 and limits the rotational movement not only of the lock nut 22 but also the respectively operated handle 12,14. The movement of the latch 26 to its retracted position, i. the retraction of the case 26, takes place against the restoring force of a spring 31, which can attack for example on the lock nut 22 or on the case 26 directly. Conversely, the spring 31 ensures that the case 26 assumes its extended position in the idle state and by appropriate rotation of the lock nut 22 and the Fland-have 12,14 again align horizontally. For locking the door lock, a locking mechanism is provided, which comprises a locking pin 32 extending parallel to the actuating pin 16 (FIGS. 2 to 4). In the present embodiment, the locking pin 32 is disposed above the actuating pin 16, but in principle would be an arrangement below the same possible. By manual operation, for example pressing by means of a finger, the locking bolt 32 is axially displaceable from an unlocking position (FIG. 1A) into a locking position (FIG. 1B). In the unlocked position, a first end portion 34 of the locking bolt protrudes so far beyond an inside of the door 10 that a user recognizes that the locking bolt 32 is to be pressed to lock the door lock. In contrast, in the locking position, an opposite second end portion 36 of the locking bolt 32 protrudes sufficiently far beyond an outside of the door 10 to signal the locking state of the door lock. The signal effect is additionally increased when the visible in the locked state part of the second end portion 36 is color-coded, for example, is colored red. In its locking position, the locking bolt 32 provides for a blockade of the second flange 14 so that they do not rotate, in particular can not be pressed down, whereby the case 26 is not retracted to its open position and ultimately the door 10 can not be opened. Flierzu the locking bolt 32 forms a fork-shaped receptacle 38 for fixing a blocking element 40, which rotatably on the second pin portion 20 sits (Fig. 3). In the locking state, the receptacle 38 receives the blocking element 40 substantially in a form-fitting manner, so that a rotation of the second pin section 20 and thus also of the second handle 14 is impossible. The door 10 can not be opened from the outside in this situation. In the axial direction of the receptacle 38 adjacent a passage 42 is formed in the locking bolt 32, through which the blocking member 40 can move freely therethrough, when the locking pin 32 is in its unlocked position and the blocking element 40 by a rotation of the actuating pin 16, be it is caused by the first handle 12 or by the second handle 14 is pivoted. It is understood that both the receptacle 38 and the passage 42 are dimensioned and arranged in the axial direction, that in the locking position of the locking bolt 32, the receptacle 38 and in the unlocked position of the locking bolt 32, the passage 42 is aligned with the blocking element 40. In other words, the receptacle 38 and the passage 42 are arranged in relation to one another such that the receptacle 38 can be brought into engagement with the blocking element 40 by an axial displacement of the locking bolt 32 from the unlocked position into the locking position and vice versa by an axial displacement of the locking bolt 32 is aligned from the locking position into the unlocked position of the passage 42 with the blocking element 40. As already mentioned, the locking of the door lock takes place by a manual axial displacement of the locking bolt 32 from the unlocked position into the locking position, for example by pressing with a finger. The actuation of the first handle 12 causes, as also mentioned above, a rotation of the lock nut 22, which in this case via their driver 24, the case 26 in the retracted Retracts position. At a rear end of the latch 26, an unlocking member 44 is formed, which - when the locking pin 32 is in its locking position - when retracting the case 26 with an inclined surface 46 of the locking bolt 32 engages. The inclined surface 46 and the unlocking element 44 together form a ramp mechanism, which ensures that the locking pin 32 is moved from its locking position to its unlocked position when the unlocking member 44 runs when retracting the case 26 on the inclined surface 46. At its deep end (left in FIG. 4), the inclined surface 46 merges into a passage 48 of the locking bolt 32, through which the unlocking element 44 can pass when the locking bolt 32 has reached its unlocking position, so that the unlocking element 44 and thus the case 26 can always move freely past the locking pin 32 when it is in its unlocked position. As mentioned, both pin portions 18, 20 of the actuating pin 16 engage in a square passage 50 of the lock nut 22 such that a rotation of each of the pin portions 18, 20 upon actuation of the respective associated handle 12, 14 leads to a rotation of the lock nut 22. However, in order that the first pin portion 18 connected to the first handle 12 can rotate relative to the second pin portion 20 connected to the second handle 14, the cross section of the square passage 50 is not exactly against the second pin portion 20 at least in the blocked second handle 14 Cross section of the second pin portion 20 adapted. Rather, the square passage 50 here has four lobes 52, which allow a certain rotation of the lock nut 22 relative to the blocked second pin portion 20, which is sufficient to unlock the door lock by means of the first handle 12, i. Thus, the case 26 to retreat so far that the locking pin 32 is set back from the locking position to the unlocked position, whereby both the unlocking 44 of the case 26 and the blocking element 40 can move freely back to the locking bolt 32 over. For an emergency release on the side of the second handle 14, the locking bolt 32 can also manually reset from the locking position to the unlocked position, for example, with a finger on the protruding in the locking position on the outside of the door 10 second end portion 36 of the Locking bolt 32 is pressed.
