专利说明:

Lock system for a firearm
The invention relates to a closure system for a firearm comprising a closure and a movably arranged therein barrel, and a firearm comprising this closure system.
Locking systems for firearms are known in different designs. Known closure systems typically include a barrel, a closure, and a handle, the barrel and closure being connectable by specially shaped connection mechanisms. After the firing of the shot, the ball is pushed out of the barrel by the gas pressure, the pressure being transmitted to the bottom of the cap via the bottom of the cartridge, accelerating it backwards. The barrel is connected via a lock with the closure. These locks are known in different designs. The most commonly used method today is the Browning system in various variations where the barrel is connected to the closure by one or more locking shoulders. The unlocking is done here mostly by tilting the barrel down.
A disadvantage of these locking systems is that the backward movement of the barrel for unlocking is achieved by the tipping of the barrel, which in turn leads to a deterioration of the shot through an even greater high impact.
The object of the invention is to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a closure system in which the parts necessary for the closure system can be removed separately from the weapon and also separately exchanged. The closure system should be cost-effectively built and maintained. A tilting of the barrel for unlocking should be avoided.
These and other objects are achieved according to the invention in that a separate control block and a separate locking block arranged movably therein are provided. There are two positions of the closure system is provided, wherein the locking block in a first position in such a manner in the barrel, in the closure, and in the control block positively engages that the position of the barrel and the closure is fixed to each other. In this position the weapon can be fired. In a second position of the closure system, the locking block engages positively only in the barrel and in the control block, so that the closure is movable in this position relative to the barrel.
According to the invention, it can be provided that the interlocking block for changing between the first position and the second position has a first oblique guide surface which cooperates positively with a second, substantially parallel guide surface in the control block such that the interlocking block only along an oblique guide groove in Control block is movable. In this case, the guide surface arranged in the control block is part of the guide groove for the locking block.
The guide can be arranged instead of the control block in a handle of the weapon. In this case, the control block is formed by a part of the handle, and the guide groove is located in the handle. Also in this case, a separate locking block is provided, which is guided between the first and second position in the oblique guide groove.
The guide groove and the guide surfaces may enclose an angle of substantially 30 ° to 60 °, for example 45 °, with the longitudinal extension of the barrel. This ensures that the locking block can move without blocking along the inclined guide groove. An excessive inclination should be prevented according to the invention in order to avoid jamming and locking of the closure system.
When the barrel is in the first position, the locking block is guided upwardly and engages the closure, so that the closure is positively connected to the barrel. As the barrel moves backward with the closure by the gas pressure of the fired cartridge, the locking block is moved downwardly by the guide surface in the control block.
Thereby, the positive connection of the locking block is separated with the closure. The shutter can move further back, the barrel stops. To then move the locking block back to the starting position, a return spring may be provided in a known manner.
According to the invention, it can be provided that, in the first position, a shoulder of the locking block engages positively with an outer surface in a running recess and a locking recess, and in the second position, this outer surface of the shoulder positively engages in the running recess and is guided in a locking groove of the closure.
The closure groove may, in particular, extend along a longitudinal central axis of the closure and have, for guiding the locking block, an undercut which is interrupted by the closure recess.
The running recess for receiving the shoulder of the locking block can be arranged on each side of the barrel. The closure recess may also be arranged on one side or on both sides of the closure along the entire closure axis.
According to the invention, it is also provided in particular that not only a single but several locking blocks are used. The locking block may also have two or more shoulders with outer surfaces, each engaging in its own locking recess, as well as in a single common Laufausnehmung. The two or more closure recesses may preferably be arranged in the closure on both sides of the barrel.
According to the invention, the locking block can have projections for guiding in guide elements of the control block. The locking block may be integral; However, it can also be made in several pieces. It can also be provided a plurality of locking blocks.
The invention also relates to a firearm comprising a closure system according to the invention. According to the invention can be provided in particular that the control block is disposed in a handle of the firearm or is formed by a handle of the firearm.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the claims, the description of the embodiments and the figures. The invention will now be explained using the example of exemplary and non-exclusive embodiments.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic exploded view of an embodiment of the closure system according to the invention;
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment of a locking block for a closure system according to the invention;
Fig. 3 shows an embodiment of a control block for a closure system according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic exploded view of an embodiment of the closure system according to the invention for a firearm. The closure system in this embodiment comprises a barrel 1, which is movably arranged in a closure 3, and a separate control block 7 and a separate locking block 5 movable therein.
The barrel 1 can move in a straight line in the closure 3 and has a running recess 4 for locking. The closure 3 comprises an undercut closure groove 13 and a push bottom 14. At a position along the closure groove 13, this is broken upwards by a closure recess 11.
The separate locking block 5 is guided in the control block 7 in an oblique guide groove 2, which is provided at an angle of approximately 45 ° to the longitudinal extension of the barrel 1. For this purpose, the locking block 5 has a first inclined guide surface 6 which cooperates with a second, parallel thereto guide surface 8 in the control block 7. The second guide surface 8 is part of the guide groove 2. Both guide surfaces 6, 8 extend substantially 45 ° to the longitudinal extension of the barrel 1.
The guide surface 8 is part of a handle of the firearm, which fulfills the function of the control block 7 in an embodiment, not shown.
In a first, locked position of the closure system, the locking block 5 is located at the upper end of the guide groove 2. The locking block 5 has two shoulders with outer surfaces 10 which project in this first position through the running recess 4 in a closure recess 11. In this position, the position of the barrel 1 relative to the closure 3 is thus fixed.
By firing the weapon, the shutter 3 is pushed backwards. Since the barrel 1 is held in the lock recess 11 via the lock block 5, the barrel 1 is also moved rearward. As a result, the locking block 5 is pressed down from its position. The pressure is sufficient to completely remove the locking block 5 from the locking recess 11, so that the locking block 5 separates the barrel 1 from the closure 3. In this second position, the locking block 5 rests with its shoulders and its outer surfaces 10 on the locking groove 13 and the barrel 1 remains standing thereby. Thereby, the shutter 3 is free to move because the barrel 1 can slide over the outer surfaces 10 of the locking block 5 in the locking groove 13.
Thus, when the shutter 3 moves forward and hits the running floor with the floor 14, the run 1 is moved forward. As a result, locking block 5, which is held by the running recess 4 in the barrel 1, pressed over the inclined guide surfaces 6 and the inclined surfaces 8 of the control block 7 to the running center axis. If the barrel 1 moves backwards, the locking block 5 is moved away from the barrel center axis.
To guide the control block 7, this guide elements 9. The locking block 5 may have projections 12 for guiding in the guide elements 9. These are projections that engage in elongated grooves of the control block 7.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a locking block 5 for a closure system according to the invention. The locking block 5 comprises shoulders with outer surfaces 10 which are designed to engage in running recesses 4 and locking recesses 11.
On the outer surfaces 10 of the shoulders first guide surfaces 6 are arranged, which are arranged approximately at an angle of 45 ° to the longitudinal axis of the barrel. The projections 12 provide a guide in the control block. 7
3 shows a schematic view of an embodiment of a control block 7 for a closure system according to the invention. The control block 7 comprises guide elements 9 in the form of grooves. Furthermore, the control block 7 comprises second guide surfaces 8, which are each part oblique guide grooves 2. In the specific embodiment, two oblique guide grooves 2 are provided with second guide surfaces 8 in order to cooperate with the outer surfaces 10 of the two shoulders of the locking block 5.
The invention is not limited to the described embodiment, but includes all closure systems within the scope of the following patent claims.
