专利说明:

The invention relates to a magazine pocket with a recess for a magazine, wherein the magazine has at least one locking recess and the magazine pocket has a locking device with a locking nose, which is arranged engaging in a locking position in the locking recess and a belt holder provided on a broad side of a main body of the magazine pocket is.
Such magazine pouches are adapted to receive a magazine for a firearm. Usually locking means are provided to prevent the accidental falling out and stealing the magazine from the magazine pocket. The magazine pouches are typically worn close to the body on a belt to allow the user to quickly change the magazine when required. Usually have magazines depending on the manufacturer at least one locking recess.
WO 2013/082544 A1 discloses a magazine pocket fastened to a belt with a locking device. In this case, the locking device has a lever which engages with a nose in a locking recess of a magazine. This lever is pivoted by means of a spring element during insertion of the magazine into the magazine pocket in the locking recess. The spring element is removed by a sliding element for removing the magazine from the lever.
The sliding element is arranged between the belt and the magazine pocket and as a rule can only be reached with the thumb, so that the magazine can not be grasped by hand while the sliding element is being pushed and the magazine is released from the magazine pocket. This favors the magazine falling to the ground during removal.
The locking device is complicated and complicated by the sliding element, the spring and the additional lever.
The arrangement of the slider between the magazine and belt, the magazine pocket is relatively wide, which makes concealed carrying difficult.
The unlocking is done via a slider, which is done via the thumb inside, between body and magazine.
The known from the prior art system are basically not suitable for two-sided carrying, since not all magazines are equipped with double-sided locking notches. Legislative action is not possible, except at the cost of the disadvantage that in this case the magazine inverted in the magazine pocket and thus no intuitive feed, would be possible without recourse.
The object of the invention is to provide a magazine pocket which avoids the above disadvantages and allows easy and secure unlocking.
This object is achieved by an initially mentioned magazine pouch according to the invention in that the locking device is arranged on a narrow side of the main body of the magazine pouch.
Due to the arrangement of the locking device, which requires a relatively large amount of space on the narrow side of the main body, the magazine pocket is narrow compared to the known solutions. Therefore, a concealed carrying the magazine pouch is easier. The magazine pocket with the locking device is less far from the body of the wearer and is less visible.
This results in not only a simpler and cheaper design, but above all a completely different usability of the magazine pocket. The tactical advantage here is that the unlocking completely intuitive and carried on both sides, left and right, can be done with the index finger and in the same grip position then a tactical magazine change including the feeding of the magazine can be done, with no embrace is necessary.
In addition, by the frontal positioning of the release handle a close-to-body and therefore concealed wearing possible, both for left and for right-handed.
Also, an operation with gloves, as prescribed in some government agencies part is easily possible in the system according to the invention, especially when the magazine pocket is worn about the thigh or on a vest. Another advantage is that in the solution according to the invention, the magazine pocket can be mounted in any orientation on the equipment and yet always in the same position for removing the magazine is accessible.
It results according to the invention not only an advantage for the production in terms of cost, and reliability of function, but also the added benefit for the user, namely close-fitting comfort (even for concealed carrying, due to the low depth), two-sided carrying (left and right ) as well as quick and intuitive unlocking in the same grip position which, after unlocking, can also be considered exactly ergonomically optimal in the same form for feeding the magazine into the magazine shaft of the weapon (both in sports and in the authorities).
An inexpensive and simply constructed embodiment provides that the locking device has a locking lever on which the locking lug is arranged, wherein the locking lever is pivotable about an axis of rotation. As a result, in addition, the possibility of actuating the locking device is particularly easy to carry out.
In order to keep the locking lever in a particularly simple manner in its position, it is advantageous if the locking lever is pivotable to the main body of the magazine pocket against the force of a spring.
After the extraction of the magazine, the lever then returns automatically with the force of the spring to its original position in the locked state.
In order to give the user the feeling of safe storage of the magazine, an embodiment is provided in which the locking lug is arranged biased by the force of the spring in the direction of the recess. As a result, the user feels until it snaps a - preferably light - resistance when inserting the magazine in the magazine pocket.
In order not to press the locking lever during insertion of the magazine, it is advantageous if the locking lug has an inclined surface which projects towards a bottom of the recess to the magazine.
In the incorporated invention, the locking, locking and releasing are triggered by a single lever which is rotatably mounted about an axis and is tensioned by a spring. In this case, the lever is always in the locked position and is pressed only when feeding a magazine on the inclined surface at the back of itself outwards and can be unlocked when removed by the operation with the index finger.
In order to enable a quick storage of the magazine pocket, it is advantageous if the belt holder is detachably arranged by the main body of the magazine pocket.
For safety reasons, it is advantageous if a locking mechanism between the belt holder and the main body is provided, wherein a displacement of the locking mechanism is blocked by the inserted magazine.
To securely hold the magazine in the magazine pocket, an embodiment is provided in which a distance from a bottom of the recess to the locking lug is less than a length of one point on a cartridge to the locking recess of the magazine without external force on the magazine.
In order to be able to pull out the magazine, it must be grasped first, according to the user's discretion, so that it is possible to operate the operating surface on the locking lever with one finger. Conveniently, the index finger is intended for pressing, as this can also be used subsequently as a guide when inserting the magazine in the firearm and thus is right in the right position for it.
Once the magazine is embraced, the control surface can be pressed on the locking lever. In this case, the locking lever is rotated about the axis of rotation, so that the locking lance releases the locking recess. As soon as the locking nose and locking recess are no longer arranged at the same height, the magazine can be pulled out of the magazine pocket without the operating surface having to be pressed further.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the non-limiting figures. Show it:

5 shows a locking lever of the magazine pocket according to the invention in detail;
FIG. 6 shows a magazine pocket according to the invention in a section analogous to FIG. 2; FIG.
Figure 7 shows the magazine pocket without magazine in a Schrägriss.
8 shows the magazine pocket in a first oblique view; and FIG. 9 shows the magazine pocket in a second oblique view.
In FIGS. 1 to 4, a main body A of a magazine pocket 1 with a magazine 2 is shown. The magazine 2 is arranged in a recess 3 of the main body A of the magazine pocket 1. The magazine pocket 1 has a locking device 4 for fixing the magazine 2 in the recess 3. The locking device 4 has a locking lever 5 and a spring 6. On the locking lever 5 is facing away from the magazine 2, a control surface 7 and to the magazine 2 a locking lug 8 is arranged (Fig. 4). The operating surface 7 has ribs in the embodiment shown in order to provide better surface adhesion during actuation. By the spring 6, the locking lug 8 is always pressed in the direction of the magazine 2.
The magazine 2 has at least at one edge a locking recess 9. Ideally, the magazine 2 is designed so that existing locking recesses 9 are accessible from three side surfaces, or four side surfaces. In less favorable embodiments, the locking recess 9 is arranged only at one edge, and they are thus not accessible in arbitrary magazine pockets for blocking.
When the magazine 2 is in the recess 3, the locking device 4 and the locking lever 5 are in a locking position. In this case, the locking lug 8 is arranged in the locking recess 9 (FIG. 4).
The locking device 4 is arranged on a narrow side 10 of the magazine pocket 1. On a broad side 11 of the main body A has a receptacle 12 for the belt holder B. The belt holder B is visible in Fig. 6, wherein the receptacle 12 is shown in Fig. 7. To fix the belt holder B to the main body A, the receptacle 12 has a locking mechanism 13. In this case, the locking mechanism 13 is designed as a slide that locks the removal of the belt holder B with inserted magazine 2. In other words, a release of the main body A of the magazine pocket 1 with magazine 2 of the belt holder B is not possible.
After removing the magazine 2 from the recess 3, the slider of the locking mechanism 13 can be moved back in the direction of the main body A and the belt holder B is separable from the receptacle 12.
Magazines 2 usually have a magazine spring. The magazine pocket 1 uses this magazine spring for safe and stable recording of the magazine 2. The magazine 2 has a length L from the locking recess 9 to a point P of a first cartridge 14 which is partially visible outside the magazine 2. In Fig. 2, the magazine 2 has this length L. The locking lever 5 is not yet in the locking recess 9.
The full or filled magazine 2 is pressed against a bottom 15 of the magazine pocket 1 immediately before a locking position of the locking device 4, with the first cartridge 14 located in the magazine 2.
When inserting the magazine 2 in the recess 3, the magazine spring is compressed and the distance between the locking recess 9 and the point P is reduced by the compression. The locking recess 9 is moved past the locking lug 8. The locking lug 8 snaps into the locking recess 9 when the locking recess 9 and the locking lug 8 are superimposed. The locking lug 8 is then in a locked position.
By compressing the magazine spring magazine 2 is biased in the magazine pocket. As a result, any existing geometric differences between the individual magazines, which are due to the production, or tolerances compensated. The magazine 2 is held without play in the magazine pocket 1. Rattling and slipping is thus prevented. Furthermore, the deflection between the locking recess 9 to the point P is reduced to a compressed length I by the compression, which corresponds to the distance a between a bottom 15 of the recess 3 of the magazine pocket 1 and the locking lug 8.
The locking lug 8 is pressed by the spring 6 in the direction of the recess 3. Now, when the magazine 2 is pushed in the direction of the bottom 15, the magazine 2 slides over an inclined surface 16 of the protruding into the recess 3 locking lug 8 down and simultaneously pivots the locking lever 5 so that the locking lug 8 is moved out of the recess 3 , The magazine 2 is moved further into the recess 3. The locking lug 8 engages in the locking recess 9, when the magazine 2 is pressed into the recess 3, that the magazine spring springs. The locking device 4 is now in its locked position.
At the same time the locking mechanism 13 is locked to the belt holder B against displacement into the recess 3 of the magazine pocket 1. A release of the main body A of the belt holder B is thus no longer possible with magazine 2.
To release the magazine 2 from the magazine pocket 1, the locking lever 5 is pivotable about a rotation axis D. For this purpose, the user presses the operating surface 7 with his index finger in the direction of the main body A. The locking device 4 is then pivoted about the rotation axis D, the locking lug 8 is moved out of the locking recess 9 and the magazine 2 is released. With removed magazine 2, the removal of the main body A from the belt holder B is now possible.
