description Machine and method for cleaning ballast of a track Technical Field The invention relates to a machine for cleaning soiled ballast of a track, comprising a screening system having at least one outlet opening for cleaned ballast, wherein the screening system is associated with transport devices for transporting cleaned ballast and overburden. In addition, the invention relates to a method which is carried out by means of the machine. PRIOR ART [02] The ballast bed of a track pollutes during the period of stay due to environmental influences and by the ferry service and must therefore be subjected to a cleaning at regular intervals. [03] There are already known - as disclosed in EP 0 248 648 A1 or AT 374 847 B methods and track machines known as cleaning machines, which serve to clean ballast of a track. Generally, soiled ballast is dug by a clearing device and fed to a screen of the cleaning machine. There, the separation of the excavated material in reusable gravel and referred to as overburden, no longer to be used for a new ballast bed waste. The ballast is dropped with suitable transport facilities to form a new bedding, while the overburden is separated and fed with other transport facilities for storage and disposal. [04] From EP 2 852 706 A1 it is also known to reintroduce the overburden as a protective layer underneath the ballast bed. Summary of the Invention [05] It is an object of the invention to develop a machine and a method by which cleaning can be carried out under special conditions, in particular for track subsidence. [06] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a machine according to claim 1 and a method according to claim 8. Dependent claims indicate further advantageous embodiments of the invention. [07] In the case of the machine according to the invention, the outlet opening is assigned a guide device that can be adjusted by a drive, by means of which part of the cleaned ballast can be diverted away. Such a machine, in which some already cleaned gravel is transported away again and not used to build a new track bedding, comes under certain conditions or specific requirements of railway administrations used. It is possible that an already stuffed by several stuffing track track has a too high altitude. In the course of a necessary cleaning, the track is lowered and compensated for the consequent excess ballast by discharging the ballast. Another application is that the track to be processed at an already planned, later date -. B. as part of a stuffing - to be supplemented with new gravel. Thus, the track is prepared by the previous removal of gravel already optimally to the subsequent processing. [09] In a further development of the machine, the transport device for the overburden can be fed partially by means of the guide device of the cleaned ballast. This training ensures a particularly simple routing of the excess ballast using existing transport facilities. A particularly simple design of the guide device provides that it can be pivoted about an axis. The amount of the discharged cleaned ballast is then determined by the position in which the guide is pivoted. [11] In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the machine, the outlet opening is associated with a chute which forms a ballast channel bounded by side walls and a bottom, the guide device forming part of a side wall. Such a chute is particularly suitable for retrofitting in existing cleaning machines, whereby their application possibilities are increased. An extension provides that the screen has two spaced apart in a cross-machine direction outlet openings with two guide devices. This embodiment achieves a high volume or mass throughput and a particularly favorable distribution of the cleaned ballast. In a further embodiment of the transport device for the cleaned ballast is associated with a measuring device for measuring the volume or mass flow, which is connected to a control device and the drive of the guide device. With this measure, the amount of the cleaned gravel to be introduced into the track and to be separated can be detected and influenced quickly and easily. A wedge-shaped design of the guide device, wherein a cross section of the guide device tapers to a vertical axis of the opposite end of the guide device, allows a favorable ballast flow and a high stability of the guide device. [15] A further improvement provides that the drive is designed as a hydraulic piston / cylinder unit arranged below the floor, which is connected by a lever to the guide device. This ensures a protected arranged drive and increases the reliability. In the method according to the invention, the soiled ballast is cleaned in the screening plant and separated from overburden. In addition, the cleaned gravel is also partially separated. This is a simple procedure for cleaning operations with ballast surplus specified. The cleaned gravel is partially returned to the overburden. Thus, the superfluous ballast can be transported in a logistically simple way with existing transport capacities. A previous removal of polluted gravel, d. H. Direct removal of gravel and overburden, bypassing the screen, has proven technically very difficult to implement and almost impossible to control. This is mainly due to the fact that the pollution of the ballast constantly varies. The control of the material flow is thus very difficult. In a separation gravel / spoil the required amount of cleaned ballast can be provided very well. [17] In an improvement of the method, a measurement of a volume or mass flow of the cleaned ballast takes place, as a function of which the guide device for the cleaned ballast is actuated. Thus, the amount of cleaned ballast can be constantly detected and introduced exactly the required amount of cleaned ballast or transported away. Brief Description of the Drawings [18] The invention will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Show it: 1 is a schematic side view of a machine for cleaning and incorporation of ballast of a track, 2 is a view of a screening plant in the machine longitudinal direction according to arrow II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a guide device and Fig. 4 is a plan view of another embodiment of a guide device. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS [19] FIG. 1 shows a section of a machine 1 for cleaning soiled ballast 2 of a track 3. The machine 1 consists essentially of a machine frame 5 which is supported and movable on rail carriages 4 on the track 3. A grader-clearing device 6 and transporting devices 7 for receiving and transporting the soiled ballast 2 and a screening system 9 consisting of two screening units 8 are arranged thereon. The sieve 9 are further transport devices 10, 11 for the transport of cleaned Ballast 12 and screened overburden 13 assigned (Fig. 2). The cleaned gravel 12 is transported counter to a working direction 14 of the machine 1 and dropped behind the gravel clearing device 6 at a discharge point 15 back to the track 3. [20] In an embodiment not shown, the ballast clearing device 6 is arranged in a separate machine. The machine 1 according to the invention then comprises only the screen 9 and various transport devices 10, 11. [21] As can be seen particularly in FIGS. 2 and 3, the screen 9 or each screen unit 8 has at least one outlet opening 16. The illustrated embodiment includes two spaced apart in a cross machine direction 17 outlet openings 16 for each screen unit 8. Each outlet 16 is associated with a transport device 10 and a guide device 18. This allows a feed of the cleaned ballast 12 of the transport device 11, which mainly serves for the removal of the overburden 13. [22] The structure of the guide 18 is shown in more detail in Fig. 3. Each outlet opening 16 is associated with a chute 19. This forms a limited by side walls 20 and a bottom 21 gravel channel 22 of the forwarding of the cleaned ballast 12 to the transport devices 10, 11 is used. The guide device 18 forms a part of a side wall 20. The guide device 18 is connected to a drive 23, which allows pivoting of the guide device 18 about an approximately vertical axis 24. [23] The transport device 10 is associated with a measuring device 25 designed for example as a scanner for measuring the volume or mass flow. The measuring device 25 is connected to a control device 26 and the drive 23 of the guide device 18. [24] Hereinafter, the methods and operation of the engine 1 will be briefly described. It is on the already well-known ballast clearing, on the cleaning of dirty ballast 2 of the track 3 and the separation of ballast 2 and overburden 13 in the Screening 9 not discussed. After this has taken place, the cleaned ballast 12 is again introduced into the track 3 according to the known state of the art. However, not all of the cleaned ballast 12 is introduced, but this is partially secreted. This is done expediently by partially feeding the ballast 12 to the overburden 13. If the volume flow of the cleaned ballast 12 is measured, depending on the measurement, the guide 18 can be actuated and introduced back into the track 3 amount of ballast be precisely controlled. In Fig. 2, the guide devices 18 are shown in a position in which the cleaned ballast 12 is completely applied to the transport means 10 for cleaned ballast 12 and in succession in the track 3. In Fig. 3, the guide device 18 has been pivoted by actuation of the drive 23. This creates on the one hand an opening 31 in the side wall 20 and on the other hand, the gravel flow, which is indicated by arrows 27. Thus, a portion of the cleaned ballast 12 passes through the opening 31 on the transport device 11 for the overburden 13 and is transported together with the overburden 13. [26] In Fig. 4, a further embodiment of the guide device 18 is shown. This is wedge-shaped, with a cross section of the guide 18 tapers to an axis 24 opposite end 28 of the guide 18. The drive 23 is designed as a hydraulic piston / cylinder unit 29 and arranged below the bottom 21. In order to achieve an advantageous articulation and pivoting about the vertical axis 24, the drive is connected by a lever 30 to the guide device 18. The guide device 18 is shown in Fig. 4 in a pivoted position, the divided gravel flow is again illustrated by arrows 27. A position in which the guide 18 closes the opening 31 is shown in phantom.
