The present invention relates to a handgun, in particular a pistol, comprising a grip part with trigger, a handle movably mounted on the closure and a closure along a movement axially displaceable firing pin, which engages in its clamping position on a catching piece of the trigger and thereby from one to a stop of the Striker attacking striker spring against the closure is spring loaded, and a pivotally mounted on the closure lever with a coupled to the trigger control arm and a retaining arm, which protrudes in a blocking position of the lever in the movement path of the firing pin and releases it in an exemption.
Handguns with devices which block the trajectory of the firing pin until actuation of the trigger to secure the pistol against accidental release, for example in the event of falling or component failure, are known in various embodiments. In many cases, such a firing pin safety device is formed by a locking pin which is guided in a bore partially penetrating the path of movement of the firing pin and is thereby axially displaced by the trigger usually via a linkage. The security pin has, for example, at one point TF.T. · (+43 1) 879 17 06 -FAX: (+43 1) 879 17 07 -EMAIL: MAIL@PATENTE.NET -WEB: WWW.PATENTE.NET FIRST BANK: 038-56704 -BT.Z: 20111 · IBAN: AT102011100003856704 BIC: GIBAATWW · VAT: AT U 53832900 ner longitudinal extension a transverse groove, which releases the movement path of the firing pin when the locking pin is released. Such a firing pin safety device is known, for example, from EP 2 860 484 A1.
However, such holes are easily contaminated, which can lead to jamming of the locking pin in the hole. As a result, the trigger is either blocked by the linkage or prevented by the changed rod action disengagement of the catching piece in a tee attempt or if the catch piece can still be disengaged blocks the trajectory of the firing pin from the jammed locking pin, so that a firing, although desired, each is prevented.
From WO 2015/096891 Al a fuse is known, which restrains the so-called pollution problem that instead of locking pin and bore a two-armed lever is used. A first arm, the control arm, the lever is guided on the trigger slide backdrop; a second arm, the retaining arm, protrudes in the locking division in the path of movement of a projecting at the rear end of the firing pin of this safety catch, which latches on the catching piece. Catch piece, catch catch and retaining arm must therefore be designed to match each other, which reduces the design freedom and generally increases the required volume of construction.
The invention has for its object to provide a handgun, which described the disadvantages of the prior
Overcomes technology and enables high reliability with low volume.
This object is inventively achieved by a handgun of the aforementioned type, which is characterized in that the firing pin between its front end and said stop has a paragraph, wherein the retaining arm has a hook for catching the heel in the locking pitch of the lever.
Since the paragraph at which the firing pin is caught by the hook, is arranged in the unloaded by the firing pin spring part of the firing pin, even at a fraction of the firing pin, at which point such occurs always, accidental knocking reliably prevented. Due to the independence of Fangrast, pivotal mounting of the lever and paragraph of the design scope is significantly increased, which also facilitates a space-saving design. The lever takes next to the firing pin in the closure only a very small amount of space and is clearly error-less prone than a verschieblicher in a hole pin even with dirty weapon. As a result, on the one hand accidental firing shot effectively prevented and on the other hand avoided unwanted inhibition. It is advantageous if the lever is spring-loaded in the direction of its blocking division. The blocking division is in this case the rest position, from which the lever is pivotable by unilateral control on the control arm. It can the
Control arm and / or the retaining arm of the lever be spring-loaded.
Preferably, the lever is mounted on an approximately horizontal, lying approximately transversely to the axial direction of the firing pin bearing pin of the closure, wherein the hook in an approximately tangential direction to the firing pin whose trajectory-free. This not only leads to a particularly space-saving arrangement, but also decouples the force occurring when catching the firing pin of that force which is required for pivoting the lever from the blocking division to the release.
It when the said paragraph is formed by an oblique shoulder of the firing pin is particularly advantageous. The inclination of the shoulder reduces or prevents a tilting moment, which acts when catching the striker on this, resulting in a particularly gentle catch results. In combination with the aforementioned lever bearing said oblique shoulder also has no effect on the force required to pivot the lever, since this is decoupled from the force occurring when catching the firing pin.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the handgun has a control element mounted on the catching element, wherein a sliding guide is provided between the control element and control arm, which pivots the lever on its control arm into said release position when the catching piece is displaced. Alternatively, the handgun has a control piece pivotally mounted on the catch piece, wherein a slotted guide is provided between the handle piece and the control element, which presses the control member against the control arm when the catch piece is displaced, in order to pivot the lever into said release position. As a result, on the one hand, the movement sequences of the catching piece and the lever are coupled to each other, so that a release of the latching of the firing pin or its catching catch on the catching piece via the trigger without the release of the lever is prevented. On the other hand, this reduces the coupling of the lever to the trigger to a necessary minimum, so that the respective movements can be made flexible.
A simple arrangement results when the slotted guide is formed by a guide pin of the handle part and guided thereon a sliding surface of the control. The guide pin can be used in addition to guiding other components, in particular the catching piece.
In the aforementioned pivotal mounting of the control element on the catching piece, it is particularly advantageous if the control element is locked in the unactuated state of the trigger. As a result of such a locking, the control subsequently blocks a movement of the catching piece on which it is mounted, so that the firing pin can also move without actuating the trigger, e.g. in case of a collision after falling of the handgun, not released from its catch on the catching piece. This has the effect of additional fall protection for the handgun.
It is particularly simple when the control has a nose for said locking, which engages behind an extension of the trigger in its unactuated state.
A low-friction interaction of control and lever or catching piece can be achieved if the control is mounted on an approximately horizontal, lying approximately transversely to the axial direction of the firing pin axis of the catching piece. This also favors a particularly space-saving arrangement of the components when the movements of the trigger and capture piece and those of the firing pin safety take place in mutually parallel planes.
Preferably, the retention arm is longer than the control arm, more preferably about twice as long. This results in a small control path and thus small footprint for the control arm a safe swinging of the locking division in the release at a greater overlap of hook and heel, which in turn favors a safe catching of the firing pin.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings. In the drawings show:

1 has a handgun 1 (here: a pistol) a handle part 2 with a trigger 3. On the handle part 2 is a closure 4 (here: a shutter slide) mounted longitudinally displaceable. In the closure 4 is a firing pin 5 along a movement path which extends in the axial direction 6 of the firing pin 5, slidably mounted.
The place or direction designations "front", "back", "left", "right", "top", "bottom" etc. refer in the present documents to the view of the shooter on the handgun 1 in normal firing position.
The trigger 3 comprises in this example, as can be seen in Fig. 2, a trigger tongue 7, a mounted on this
Trigger rod 8 and one of the trigger bar 8 in the handle part 2 längsverschiebliches catching piece 9, on which the firing pin 5 locked in its in Fig. 1 and 2 clamping position shown with its catch catch 10 latched. Until knocking off the catching piece 9 is held in the example shown by a handle part 2 transversely mounted guide pin 11 upwards.
In its cocking position, the firing pin 5 is spring-loaded by a firing pin spring 13 (FIGS. 5b, 5c) acting on an abutment 12 (FIG. 5c), in this case an inner shoulder, of the firing pin 5.
When knocking off the handgun 1 in the example shown by pressing the trigger 3 in a conventional manner, the catch 9 and with it the firing pin 5 against the strike direction behind the guide pin 11 is moved, tilts down, so that the catch 10 disengages and the firing pin 5 is driven forwardly by the firing pin spring 13 until its tapered front end 14 strikes a cartridge (not shown) loaded in a cartridge chamber 15 and ignites it, whereupon its projectile is accelerated in a barrel 16. Embodiments that can be used here alternatively for knocking off handguns are known to the person skilled in the art from the prior art.
The function of a firing pin safety device 17 and its interaction with the trigger 3 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 5.
The firing pin safety 17 prevents unintentional knocking off of the handgun 1, i. a beating without actuation of the trigger 3. For this purpose, a two-armed lever 18 is pivotally mounted about a bearing pin 19 of the shutter 4 on the closure 4. The lever 18 on the one hand has a control arm 20, which is coupled to the trigger 3, so that upon actuation of the trigger 3, the lever 18 is pivoted. On the other hand, the lever 18 has a retaining arm 21, which protrudes in a shown in Fig. 3a locking division of the lever 18 in the movement path of the firing pin 5. The firing pin 5 does not have to be held in its clamping position, but it is sufficient that the front end 14 of the firing pin 5 can not get to the cartridge in the cartridge chamber 15.
For this purpose, the retaining arm 21 has a hook 22 which projects into the path of movement of the firing pin 5 in the said blocking division (see also FIGS. 5b, 5c). Furthermore, the firing pin 5 has between its front end 14 and said stop 12, on which engages the firing pin spring 13, a shoulder 23. The paragraph 23 is caught by the hook 22 in the locking pitch of the lever 18, if the firing pin 5 without actuation of Trigger 3 on catch piece 9 disengages or a component fails, so that the firing pin spring 13 drives at least a remaining part of the firing pin 5 in the direction of the cartridge chamber 15.
The hook 22 may be formed on the retaining arm 21 itself or mounted as a separate part thereto. In general, the hook 22 is seated at the front end of the retaining arm 21.
In the example shown - see e.g. Fig. 3a - is the retaining arm 21 longer than the control arm 20 (here: about twice as long). If desired or required, another aspect ratio of the lever arms 20, 21 can also be selected.
Fig. 4 shows the lever 18 in an exemption, in which the trajectory of the firing pin 5 is released. For this purpose, the lever 18 is pivoted so far that the retaining arm 21 or the hook 22 does not project into the path of movement of the firing pin 5 and the hook 22 can not catch the shoulder 23.
A spring 24 acts on the lever 18 in the direction of its locking division. In this example, the spring 24 is a compression spring which acts on the control arm 20; alternatively, the spring 24 may be a tension spring and / or on the retaining arm 21 or -. in the form of a bearing on the pin 19 of the lever 18 (or elsewhere on the closure 4) mounted torsion spring - on one or both lever arms 20, 21 attack.
The bearing pin 19, which may alternatively be formed as an extension formed on the closure 3 or as a shaft mounted therein, in the illustrated examples is approximately horizontal and approximately transverse to the axial direction 6 of the firing pin 5. Thus, the hook 22 is the path of movement of the firing pin 5 in approximately tangential direction of the firing pin 5 free, when the lever 18 from the blocking division (Fig. 3a) in the release position (Fig. 4) is pivoted. The bearing pin 19 is arranged approximately at the height of the firing pin 5 next to this. This arrangement results in a decoupling of the force for pivoting the lever 18 from that when catching the firing pin 5. With a suitable shape of the lever 18, the bearing pin 19 can alternatively be higher or lower than the firing pin 5, e.g. even above or below the firing pin 5, or be arranged non-horizontal and release the trajectory in a radial or oblique direction to the firing pin 5.
The firing pin 5 has, as can be seen particularly clearly in FIG. 5a, between its front end 14 and the shoulder 23, optionally a flat 25 extending to the shoulder 23 in order to prevent a large overlap of the hook 22 with the trajectory of the firing pin 5, i. a wide Hininrag the hook 22 in the trajectory to achieve. Further, if necessary, the firing pin 5 laterally of the paragraph 23 have a notch 26, in which is received after a knocking off of the hook 22 in the release of the lever 18.
In the example according to FIGS. 5b and 5c, said shoulder 23 is formed by an oblique shoulder of the firing pin 5, on which the hook 22 in the blocking pitch of the lever 18 catches the firing pin. The hook 22 is preferably complementary beveled (FIG. 5c). With the normal plane 2 7 to the axial direction 6 of the firing pin 5, the shoulder closes one
Angle α> 0, which can be adapted to the position of the stop 12, on which the firing pin spring 13 attacks, the firing pin length and the position of the shoulder 23. It is understood that hooks 22 and 23 may alternatively have an angle α <0, i. are not oblique or even undercut, so that the hook 22 engages behind the heel 23 when catching the firing pin 5.
The coupling of the control arm 20 to the trigger 3 can for example take place via a cam on the trigger 3 or attack the catching piece 9 directly on the control arm 20 (not shown). In the example of FIGS. 3a and 3b, the firing pin safety device 17 alternatively comprises a control element 28 with a projection 28 '. The control element 28 is e.g. pivotally mounted on an axis 29 of the catching piece 9. If, upon actuation of the trigger 3, the catching piece 9 is displaced in the grip part 2-substantially in the longitudinal direction-this takes the control element 28 with it. The axis 29 is in the example shown approximately horizontally and approximately transversely to the axial direction 6 of the firing pin 5; Alternatively, other axial positions are possible.
Between the handle part 2 and the control element 28, a slotted guide 11, 30 is provided, which presses the control element 28 with its projection 28 'against the control arm 20 during displacement of the catching piece 9 when the trigger 3 is actuated, whereby the lever 18 pivots into said release position.
Alternatively, a slide guide between the control element 28 and control arm 20 may be provided and pivot the lever 18 on its control arm 20 in the said exemption when operating the trigger 3 and moving the catching piece 9. For this purpose, for example, a sliding surface could be formed on the control arm 20, which corresponds to the projection 28 ', or vice versa.
According to Fig. 3b, in which hidden parts are shown by dotted or dashed lines, the slotted guide between handle part 2 and control element 28 is e.g. formed by the guide pin 11 of the handle part 2 and a corresponding sliding surface 30 of the control 28. Instead of the guide pin 11 could on the handle part 2 an extension or the like. be formed or even sliding surface 30 and guide pin 11 are reversed, i. the handle part 2, the sliding surface 30 and the control element 28, the guide pin 11, the extension or the like. identify; Also, the slotted guide 11, 3 0 could act both in the direction of the locked position and in those of the exemption and so the lever 18 acting on the spring 24 accounts.
3b also shows a variant of an additional fall arrester 31 for the handgun 1 by the control element 28 is locked in the unactuated state of the trigger 3 of this or its trigger bar 8. For this purpose, the control element 28 has a nose 32 which engages behind an extension 33 of the trigger 3 (in this case the trigger rod 8) in its unactuated state (in FIG. 3 b directed into the plane of the drawing). In the event of unwanted displacement of the catching piece 9 and thus of the control element 28 mounted thereon - e.g. due to the impact of the fall of the handgun 1 - first slide the sliding surface 30 on the guide pin 11 until the nose 32 catches the extension 33. Since the extension 33 is prevented from escaping upwards (here: by the catching piece 9), a disengagement of the firing pin 5 at the catching piece 9 and a pivoting of the lever 18 into the release position are prevented at the same time. It will be appreciated that a like catch 31 can also be achieved without the sliding surface 30 of the control 28, e.g. when the slotted guide between control 28 and control arm 20 is provided.
In the example of FIG. 3b, said extension 33 also serves as a driver for the catching piece 9, on which a catch 34 is formed for this purpose. In the unactuated state of the trigger 3 are extension 33 and notch 34 at a distance d from each other, while the nose 32 engages the extension 33 by a comparatively smaller distance e. If the trigger 3 is actuated (FIG. 4), the extension 33 overcomes the distance d to the catch 34 - and thus at the same time the smaller distance e - and thereby lifts the locking of the control element 28 and consequently of the catching piece 9. The handgun 1 can be knocked off unhindered.
The invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, but includes all variants, modifications, and combinations that fall within the scope of the appended claims.
