专利说明:

The invention relates to an insert for a plastic temple with a Einlei wire, provided with a provided at one end of the Einlei wire hinge part and with a coupling approach between the hinge part and the insertion wire.
To permanently connect the bracket of a pair of glasses associated hinge part of a spectacle hinge between the bracket and jaws or glasses frame with a plastic eyeglass temple, the hinge part is provided on an insert for the eyeglass temple. Since such plastic temple glasses are often equipped with an insert wire, the insertion wire is provided with an anchor plate on which the hinge part is soldered before this insert is inserted after heating in the heated temple strap in the temple longitudinal direction. However, due to their required dimensions, the armature plate produced by stamping one end of the insertion wire, which forms a coupling attachment between the insertion wire and the hinge part, requires a larger wire diameter, so that a diameter-graded insertion wire must be prefabricated. In addition, there is the solder joint between the anchor plate and the hinge part with the consequent heat stress of the insert, so that a comparatively complicated manufacturing process for such the temple-side hinge part of the eyeglass hinge receiving deposits must be accepted.
The invention is therefore based on the object, an insert for a plastic eyeglass temple in such a way that, despite a comparatively simple
Manufacturing process ensures a secure anchoring of the bow-side hinge part of a spectacle hinge in the plastic of the eyeglass temple.
Starting from an insert of the type described above, the invention solves the problem set by the fact that the coupling part formed by the hinge part has a plug-in receptacle for the end of the insert wire.
Since, according to this embodiment, the insert of the coupling attachment is formed by the hinge part itself, no solder connection is required between the hinge part and the coupling attachment, so that the disadvantages dependent on such a solder connection are eliminated. The coupling approach can be configured without design effort so that the hinge part can be securely anchored in the plastic of the eyeglass temple, especially if the coupling attachment is part of an anchor plate for holding the hinge part in the temple. This means that it does not depend on a load-bearing connection between the coupling approach and the insertion wire. Under this condition, the insertion wire therefore only needs to intervene with its hinge-side end in a plug-in receptacle of the coupling piece in order to constructively specify the required alignment of the coupling piece with respect to the insertion wire. To secure the engagement of the end of the insertion wire in the plug-in receptacle, the end of the insertion wire in the plug-in receptacle can additionally be pressed.
With the inventive design of the insert and spring hinges can be used. In this case, the coupling approach is formed as part of the housing of the resilient hinge part. Thus, in this context, the conditions for a compact design can be created, the longitudinal axis of the housing of the resilient hinge part can be inclined at an acute angle to the axis of the plug-in receptacle.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
1 shows an insert according to the invention for a temples made of plastic in a partially torn side view,
2 shows this insert in a section along the line II-II of FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 2 of a construction variant for a spring hinge.
According to FIGS. 1 and 2, the insert has a hinge part 1 in the form of a bearing fork with two hinge lugs 2 which receive a middle hinge lobe associated with the eyeglass jaw, which is mounted on a bearing bolt screwed into the bearing fork. To the two-lobed hinge part 1, an anchor plate 3 is formed with a protruding coupling lug 4, which is provided with a plug-in receptacle 5 for the hinge-side end 6 of a wire 7, which is preferably pressed in the socket 6. For this purpose, the coupling projection 6 can be compressed in the radial direction in the region of the plug-in receptacle 7 under a plastic deformation by a plunger.
The insert connected from the hinge part 1 and the insertion wire 7 to form a structural unit can be introduced in a conventional manner into an eyeglass temple 8 indicated by dash-dotted lines. From the dimensions of the eyeglass temple 8 it can be seen that the anchor plate 3 has an excess length relative to the eyeglass temple 8. The hinge-side end of the eyeglass temple 8 is therefore rework, which allows an accurate adjustment of the angular position of the open eyeglass temple 8 relative to the spectacle frame in the extended position.
In Fig. 3, an insert according to the invention for a spring hinge is shown. The resilient hinge part 1 of this spring hinge comprises a housing 9 which accommodates a slider 11 which forms a middle hinge lug 10 and which is acted upon by a spring 12. This spring 12 is supported on an abutment 13, which is screwed through a passage recess 14 in the hinge lugs 10 in the housing 9. The slider 11 can therefore be displaced against the force of the spring 12 stop limited in the housing 9, when the hinge plate 10 is pulled away from the housing 9.
Since the housing 9 according to the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 forms an anchor plate 3 with a coupling projection 7, which forms a plug receptacle 5 for the end 6 of an insert wire 7, this insert can in an analogous manner for the production of a temple piece 8 made of plastic be used. According to FIG. 3, the longitudinal axis of the housing 9 of the resilient hinge part 1 extends at an acute angle to the axis of the plug-in receptacle 5, which represents an advantageous prerequisite for a compact design of the resilient hinge part 1.
