专利说明:

The invention relates to a dispenser for portions of a wound into a roll of material web, with a leading into a dispensing position guide track, which is adapted to a coded, the roller protruding bearing pin.
Such a dispenser for toilet paper, household paper or the like can be found for example in EP 1 927 308. The dispenser has side walls in which grooves formed by grooves with different cross-sections parallel to each other from the insertion position down into the dispensing position. At the entrance, one of the two guideways is widened like a funnel and carries a centrally upstanding longitudinal rib, so that only bearing-grooved bearing journals can be inserted. Since the groove is deeper than the height of the longitudinal rib, rollers with end face not grooved bearing journals can then be inserted into the dispenser when the journals are shortened by the height of the longitudinal rib or are shorter. The second guideway is formed by a common groove of rectangular cross-section, in which fits the second, pin-shaped bearing journal.
The invention has now taken on the task of complicating the use of rollers with mismatched journals in a dispenser, and achieves this by the fact that at one point of the guideway a safety gear is designed for incorrect or non-coded bearing journals.
Unsuitable journals are held in the guideway only makeshift, and therefore different measures can be used as safety gear for rollers with mismatched journals. All have in common a fault after the onset of roles with the result that mismatched journals are stopped at the fault site by the safety gear, distracted or sorted out in any other way.
If bearing journals according to the abovementioned EP 1 927 308 are used in the dispenser and encoded by a groove slidable on a rib, it is preferably provided that the safety gear is formed by an interruption in the guideway and the interruption is bridged by the longitudinal rib , As a result, a bearing pin pushed onto the longitudinal rib slides over the interruption in the guide track, whereas a bearing pin which does not fit on the longitudinal rib is trapped in the interruption for lack of guidance. If the guideway is formed by a groove, then the interruption is preferably formed as a lateral depression or bulge of the groove into which then the bearing journal falls or is pressed into it by an opposing ejection device.
As ejection device, a leaf spring is preferably provided, which is clamped on the side opposite the interruption side in the side wall of the dispenser. A journal with proper coding deflects the leaf spring and enters the dispensing position. A wrong or non-coded bearing pin, however, is pressed by the guide rail obliquely crossing leaf spring by the interruption of the guideway in the recess or bulge. Instead of the leaf spring, another spring element, in particular also made of plastic, can protrude into the guideway.
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawing, without being limited thereto. Show it:
1 is a schematic oblique view of a donor,
2 and 3 partial cross sections through the side walls of a dispenser housing,
Fig. 4 is an interior view of a side wall with a first embodiment of
Safety gear,
5 is an oblique view of an open dispenser with a coded T ragstab,
6 is a partial cross section through the side wall of FIG. 5 in the catcher,
7 is an oblique view of an open dispenser with a wrongly coded support rod,
8 is a partial cross section through the side wall of FIG. 7 in the region of the safety gear, and
9 is an interior view of a side wall with a second embodiment of
Safety gear.
A dispenser for toilet paper, paper toweling or the like has, according to FIG. 1, a housing with a rear wall 3, two mutually parallel side walls 3 and an openable cover 6. In the mutually parallel side walls 3, two differently shaped guideways 4, 5 each extend in a plane from top to bottom in a dispensing position 10, in the elements not shown form a temporary support to exhaust the wound into a roll of material web 12. The roller 8 rotates about its axis, in which a support rod 11 with both sides over the roller 8 projecting bearing pin 14, 15 is arranged.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the guideways 4, 5 in the side walls 3 of different cross section. The guideway 4 is a simple groove with a rectangular cross-section, and the guideway 5 is at least initially an undercut groove with a T-shaped cross section. Accordingly, the bearing pins 14, 15 are formed, that is, the bearing pin 14 is a cylindrical pin, which engages loosely in the guideway 4. By contrast, the bearing journal 15 has an end flange which is offset by a peripheral groove and slides in the undercut groove of the guide track 5 so as to be axially immovable, with webs of the guide track 5 projecting into the circumferential groove.
In the section shown in Fig. 3, the guide track 5 is provided with a longitudinal rib 22 which extends at least along part of the guideway and possibly also to just before, as shown in Fig. 1, donation position 10 can reach. The bearing journal 15 has a frontal diametral groove 16, which matches the longitudinal rib 22 and is indicated in FIG. 9.
Fig. 4 shows a section of a provided with the guide track 5 side wall 3 of the dispenser. The guideway 5 begins with a funnel-like tapered entrance area and continues in a slightly obliquely falling back section. In this, approximately in the middle, an interruption 20 of the guideway 5 in the form of a bulge or depression of the lower side wall of the undercut groove is provided. The longitudinal rib 22 begins in the entrance area and extends over the interruption 20.
Fig. 5 shows a dispenser with an inserted into the guideways 4, 5, shown simplified support rod 11 (drawn without roller 8), wherein the end-side groove 16 of the bearing pin 15 is pushed onto the longitudinal rib 22. The groove of the guide track 5 is not undercut in this figure, since the support rod 11 is guided by his two-sided engagement anyway axially pushed. As can be seen in Fig. 5, the support rod 11 slides over the interruption 20, since it is held on the interruption 20 bridging longitudinal rib 22. In Fig. 6, similar to Fig. 3, the position shown in Fig. 5 is shown enlarged.
FIGS. 7 and 8 show, in accordance with FIGS. 5 and 6, the same situation with a wrong or unsuitable support rod 11. As can be seen in detail from FIG. 8, the bearing journal 17 is shorter and without an end-side groove 16, so that it does not interfere Insertion into the guide track 5 does not run onto the longitudinal rib 22, but is guided only on the side walls of the guide track 5.
Arrived at the interruption 20, the bearing pin 17 falls into the recess from which the wound with the full roll 8 support rod 11 'can be taken and removed again only with great difficulty by hand. The interruption 20 thus represents a safety catch for rollers 8 with protruding, incorrectly or non-coded bearing pin 17.
FIG. 9 shows a second embodiment. FIG. 9 shows a section of a side wall 3 of a dispenser provided with the guideway 5, wherein the interruption 20 of the guideway 5 forming a safety device is located in an approximately vertical section adjacent to the slightly inclined section Dispensing position 10 is provided. A wrong or non-coded bearing pin 17 is pressed in this embodiment not by gravity, but by one of the interruption 20 opposite ejector 21 from the guideway 5 in the bulge or recess, if he does not slide on the interruption 20 bridging longitudinal rib 22.
The ejection device 21 is formed, in particular, by a spring that traverses the guideway 5 and that is clamped on one side on the side wall 3. A properly coded journal 15, which slides with the groove 16 on the longitudinal rib 22, pushes the spring backwards, as indicated by the arrow, so that a support rod 11 moves further into the dispensing position 10. Since in a wrong or non-coded bearing pin 17, this longitudinal rib 22 does not engage or leads, slides a support rod 1T with a wrong bearing pin 17 through the interruption 20 from the guideway 5 in the bulge and remains there. The roller 8 can only be removed again from this position if at least parts of the dispenser are removed.
