专利说明:
The invention relates to a pillow holder for use in a drawer of a self-inking stamp with Oberschlagfärbung and a self-inking stamp with such a pillow holder, the pillow holder comprising: a bottom and trough-shaped walls projecting from the ground, wherein the bottom and the walls surround a recess for receiving a color pad, the cushion holder on an outside, ie facing away from the recess, at least one limiting element, which limiting element is arranged to limit a displacement of the pad holder relative to the insertion compartment and substantially parallel to the ground in a maintenance position of the pad holder. That the cushion holder is displaceable from a position of use received in the insertion compartment to the maintenance position and the limiting element obstructs a displacement beyond the maintenance position out of the insertion compartment. The limiting element comprises at least one stop. The limiting element may be formed by a depression or a projection, which is arranged to limit a displacement of the pad holder in the insertion compartment of the self-inking stamp. The limiting element may e.g. Be part of a holding device, with which the pad holder, possibly together with a recorded therein ink pad (or "ink pad"), can be positioned in the spaced to a working or use position maintenance position and / or in its Ausschiebebewegung relative to the insertion compartment (eg in shape The position of use of the pad holder in the insertion compartment, in which the ink pad is arranged for coloring a stamp plate, eg in a position centered in the stamp housing, is designated as the position of use. In AT 414 342 Bl a cushion holder with at least one locking or stop element is disclosed. The catch or stop element prevents the cushion holder from falling out of a shaft of a self-inking stamp uncontrollably. An accommodated in the pad holder ink pad can be soaked in an extended Auswechsel- or maintenance position with appropriate ink and spent again in a working or use position. It is an object of the invention to facilitate the refilling of the ink pad. The invention solves this problem in that at least one refill opening is provided in the bottom of the pad holder, wherein the at least one refill opening in the maintenance position is at least partially disposed outside of the insertion compartment. Due to their arrangement, the refill opening in the service position is accessible from outside a stamp housing for refilling ink into the ink pad. Thus, through the refill opening in the bottom of the pad holder, a color pad received in the recess of the pad holder can be filled or impregnated with new stamp ink. In an upright position of a self-inking stamp, the bottom of the pad holder is located above the ink pad. Due to the refill opening the ink pad can be refilled in this upright position. There is thus no need to put the stamp together with the pad holder for refilling on the head or to remove the pad holder from the stamp. Thus, the plunger assembly can be attached to the pad holder during refilling e.g. be held on an easily graspable actuating part of the stamp and it is not necessary to touch the pad holder itself during refilling. It has been found to be particularly advantageous if the at least one refilling opening is surrounded by a nozzle. In the case of several refilling openings, each refilling opening is preferably surrounded by a respective nozzle assigned to it. The refill port is connected to the nozzle (e.g. in that the nozzle defines a container opening into the refill opening. The nozzle can be formed in particular as a short piece of pipe. Preferably, the nozzle protrudes from a ground plane to the outside. The spigot has the advantage of providing a reservoir for receiving paint during the infiltration of the paint into the ink pad. As a result, color can be fed faster than it can be absorbed in the ink pad, wherein the supplied ink is temporarily stored in the nozzle. Therefore, the user does not have to continuously add color during the potentially protracted process of percolation, but can fill a larger amount of paint in the nozzle within a short time and then devote himself to other activities. The dimensions of the nozzle are preferably chosen so that the volume defined by the nozzle is equal to or less than a maximum volume of ink that can be received in the ink pad. Furthermore, it is expedient for the walls of the cushion holder to be formed by an integrally formed frame surrounding the recess (and possibly a color pad accommodated therein), and in that the bottom of the cushion holder is formed by a plug-in part fastened in the frame. The frame preferably serves as a sliding surface during a displacement of the pad holder in the insertion compartment of the punch. In this context, it is advantageous if the frame has a circumferential undercut in the region of an opening side of the pad holder lying opposite the bottom on the inside. Due to the separate production of the frame and the male part both parts can be produced in an injection molding process with simple injection molds despite the undercut. The undercut serves as a support for an ink pad received in the recess of the pad holder (i.e., the ink pad is retained in the frame between the bottom and the undercut) and at the same time reduces lateral leakage of paint which may collect between the ink pad and the frame. It is particularly advantageous if the male is fixed by means of snap-in connections in the frame. For example, two detents on each longitudinal side of the male and corresponding recesses may be provided on the inside of the frame. By locking connection a reliable and at the same time easily and without additional materials (such as adhesives or the like) produced connection is achieved. For the sealing of the pad holder against color leakage, it is advantageous if the plug has in turn a plate with the at least one refill opening and trough-shaped protruding from the plate walls, the walls of the male fit against the walls of the pad holder tight. This prevents color leakage between the frame and the male part. This is especially true when coloring a stamp plate of a self-inking stamp when the stamp plate exerts a pressure on the ink pad to a color leakage - but on the side of the stamp plate - bring about. Preferably, the at least one limiting element of the pad holder may be formed by a projection on an opening side of the pad holder opposite the bottom. In particular, the limiting element may be arranged in the region of an edge of a wall facing away from the bottom. The limiting elements (e) may e.g. be formed by one or two hump-like continuation (s) of a longitudinal wall of the pad holder, in particular of the frame and / or the plug-in part. Alternatively, however, the limiting element may also be formed by a lateral projection or a lateral depression on an end face of the pad holder. Furthermore, at least one further delimiting element may be provided on one of the opening side opposite the bottom side of the cushion holder, preferably on a location substantially opposite to the delimiting element arranged on the opening side. In the case of several limiting elements on both sides, the limiting elements may be arranged in pairs opposite locations. Together with the Restrictive elements a permanent lock or lock the pad holder can be achieved in the insertion compartment, so that the pad holder in the insertion compartment is displaceable but not removable from the insertion compartment. Removal of the pad holder is usually used to replace the pad holder with a new pad holder complete with filled ink pad. Due to the simplified refilling a removal is no longer required. The permanent locking or blockage of the pad holder in the stamp reliably prevents unintentional falling out and loss of the pad holder. If all limiting elements are arranged in the region of only one of the longitudinal sides of the cushion holder, the cushion holder is displaceable substantially completely out of the insertion compartment in the direction of the other longitudinal side and thus provides optimum accessibility to the bottom of the cushion holder and the refilling openings provided therein. In this way, refilling openings can be provided at virtually any point of the floor, so that their arrangement can be based on the goal of optimum impregnation of the ink pad. For the initial introduction of the pad holder into a self-inking stamp, i. in the insertion compartment, it is useful if at least one of the limiting elements has a chamfer on an outer longitudinal edge. The chamfer facilitates the overcoming of a delimiting element in one direction. In the opposite direction, the blockage of the pad holder is not affected. Accordingly, the claimed chamfer causes a relief when pushing the pad holder into the insertion compartment, without at the same time to facilitate removal of the pad holder. In particular, all limiting elements on one side of the pad holder may have a corresponding chamfer. Moreover, it is advantageous if the pad holder has on the outside at least one latching element, which latching element is adapted for holding the pad holder in the insertion compartment in a position of use of the pad holder. The achievable with the locking element fixation in a centered position of use allows reliable alignment of the ink pad against the stamp plate before coloring. Slippage of the ink pad, which could lead to only partial contact of the stamp plate with the ink pad can be prevented by a suitable fixation. The present invention also relates in particular to a self-inking stamp comprising: a stamp housing, an actuating part, a stamp unit, and a color pad, wherein the stamp unit is rotatably and displaceably mounted in the stamp housing, wherein the actuating part is coupled with the stamp unit mounted in the stamp housing and together with the stamp unit is displaceable relative to the stamp housing between a Einärbestellung in which the stamp unit contacts the ink pad, and an impression position in which the stamp unit emerges in the direction of an impression page from the stamp housing, and wherein the ink pad received in a pad holder according to the variants explained above is which cushion holder is slidably mounted in a slot of the stamp housing. The invention will be explained below with reference to particularly preferred embodiments, to which it should not be limited, and with reference to the drawings. The drawings show in detail: Figure 1 is a perspective view of a bottom side of a pillow holder according to the invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an opening side of the pad holder of FIG. 1; FIG. FIG. 3 is a plan view of the opening side of the pad holder of FIG. 1; FIG. 4 shows a side view on a longitudinal side of the pad holder according to FIG. 1; Fig. 5 is a side view of an end face of the pad holder of FIG. 1; Fig. 6 is a sectional view of the pad holder of Figure 1 taken along the line VI-VI in Fig. 3. and 7 is a perspective view of a stamping case of a self-inking stamp having a pad holder disposed therein in a service position. Fig. 1 shows a pad holder 1 for use in a slot 2 (see Fig. 7) of a self-inking stamp with top coat dyeing. Such punches are well known, for example from EP 1 603 754 B1, Figures 1-3 show exemplary embodiments of such a stamp. A self-inking stamp with an overprinting coloration generally has a stamping case 3 (see Fig. 7), an operating part, a stamping unit, and a paint pad 4 (see Fig. 6). The stamp unit is mounted rotatably and displaceably in the stamp housing 3. The actuating part is coupled to the bearing in the die housing 3 stamp unit. It is displaceable together with the stamp unit relative to the stamp housing 3 between a Einfärbestellung in which the stamp unit touches the ink pad 4, and an impression position in which the stamp unit emerges in the direction of an impression page 5 from the die housing 3. The stamp unit can by operation of the actuating part by means of a turning mechanism in the interior of the stamp housing 3, usually by 180 °, from the upper Einfärbestellung be turned in the lower impression position. This turning mechanism is also summarized by the term "top coat". In the upper Einfärbestellung, the rest position of the hand stamp, which is provided with stamp types stamp plate (the cliché) to the ink pad 4 at. The ink pad 4 is housed in a special container, a so-called cushion holder 1. The ink pad 4 or more precisely the pad holder 1 with the ink pad 4 can be moved horizontally (with a vertical punch) in a receiving space or slot 2 in the stamp housing 3, which is usually in the form of a shaft, about to the ink pad 4 outside to impregnate the stamp housing 3 with fresh stamping ink. The cushion holder 1 shown in Fig. 1 comprises a bottom 6 and trough-shaped protruding from the bottom walls 7. The bottom 6 and the walls 7 surround a recess 8 (see Fig. 6) for receiving a color pad 4. The cushion holder 1 indicates an outer side of two boundary elements 9, 10. The limiting elements 9, 10 are arranged to limit a displacement of the pad holder 1 relative to the insertion compartment 2 and substantially parallel to the ground in a maintenance position of the pad holder 1. In the bottom 6 of the pad holder 1 five refill openings 11 are provided. The refill openings 11 are arranged at least partially outside the insertion compartment 2 in the maintenance position (compare 38 in FIG. In the illustrated example, the refill openings 11 are arranged offset in the direction of displacement (i.e., parallel to the end faces 12, 13 of the pad holder 1) with respect to the limiting elements 9, 10. Each of the five refill openings 11 is surrounded by a respective associated nozzle 14. The walls 7 of the pad holder 1 are formed by a frame 15. The frame 15 is in one piece, e.g. by means of an injection molding process, and formed and surrounds the recess 8 for receiving a color pad 4. The bottom 6 of the pad holder 1 is formed by a plug-in part 16 fixed in the frame 15. The plug-in part 16 is fastened in the frame 15 by means of latching connections 17, 18, 19, 20. The plug 16 in turn has a plate 21 and trough-shaped projecting from the plate 21 walls 22. In the plate 21, the five refill openings 11 are provided. The walls 22 of the male member 16 are close to the walls 7 of the pad holder 1 (see FIG. 6). At the apparent in Fig. 1 bottom side 23 of the pad holder 1, two limiting elements 9, 10 are provided. The two delimiting elements 9, 10 are formed as bumps, which continue a longitudinal wall 24 of the insertion part 17 in the direction away from the plate 21 and protrude substantially vertically from the bottom side 23. 1, only in the region of one (i.e., exactly one) of the longitudinal sides 25 of the pad holder 1 are limiting elements 9, 10 arranged. On the outside, the pad holder 1 has two latching elements 26, 27, wherein on the two end faces 12, 13 of the pad holder 1 each have a latching element 26, 27 is arranged centered. The latching elements 26, 27 are arranged to hold the pad holder 1 in the insertion compartment 2 in a position of use of the pad holder 1. The two in Fig. 2 apparent limiting elements 28, 29 are formed on the frame 15 projections on a bottom 6 opposite opening side 30 of the pad holder 1. This Limiting elements 28, 29 are arranged offset from the outer edge of the pad holder 1 inwardly, as can be seen in particular in Fig. 3. Specifically, they are arranged on the bottom side 23 arranged on the limiting elements 9, 10 substantially opposite points on the opening side 30, as can be seen in particular with reference to the side views in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. The two delimiting elements 28, 29 provided on the opening side 30 of the cushion holder 1 have a chamfer 32 on an outer longitudinal edge 31 (see also FIG. That the outer surface 33 of the pad holder 1 closer side surface of the limiting elements 28, 29 is chamfered, so that the limiting elements 28, 29 are narrowed to its upper end in cross section. The sectional view illustrated in FIG. 6 shows that the frame 15 has a circumferential undercut 35 in the region of an opening side 30 of the pad holder 1 lying opposite the bottom 6 on the inner side 34. In the lateral edge region, the ink pad 4 is thus defined between the undercut 35 and the plate 21 of the male 16. In addition, FIG. 6 shows a section through a centrally arranged refill opening 11 with an associated spigot 14. The spout 14 forms with the refill opening 11 a substantially cup-shaped reservoir 36, from which paint can infiltrate into the underlying ink pad 4. In Fig. 7, an alternative cushion holder 37 is shown in a maintenance position 38. In this case, the cushion holder 37 is displaced for the most part from a slot 2 of a stamp housing 3, so that each of the five refill openings 39 is accessible from outside the die housing 3 and color can be filled in each of the respectively associated nozzle 40 for soaking a color pad if necessary. In contrast to the first embodiment, in this cushion holder 37 on both longitudinal sides 41, 42 limiting elements 43, 44 are provided. In this case, the respective unused (lying in the maintenance position outside of the stamp housing) limiting elements 43, 44 must be overcome in the transfer of the pad holder 37 in a slot 2 in the insertion position used. The limiting elements 43, 44 can therefore provide only a lesser protection against falling out of the pad holder 37 from the stamp housing 3.
