Packaging for stemmed glasses
The invention relates to a package for a stemmed glass comprising: a bottom element, two opposing side elements applied to the bottom element, a first side element having an outer and an inner side wall element facing the second side element, the inner side wall element being bent by horizontal crease lines into at least three wall sections a second wall portion spaced along a first horizontal crease line at a predetermined angle from the first wall portion toward the second side member and the bottom member, and a third wall portion which is angled along a second horizontal bending line from the second wall section parallel to the bottom element and arranged thereon, wherein in the region of the second wall section at least one receptacle Slit for receiving the stem of the stem glass is formed and on both sides of the receiving slot fixing holes are provided.
It is known to use appropriate packaging as protection in shipping as well as in the storage of stemmed glasses, which make special demands on the packaging due to the special shape of the stemware, with foot and goblet, as well as the intermediate stem. Here, especially in the high-priced segment of the goblet and stem are designed particularly filigree, so that there is a high risk of breakage here.
The applicant's EP 2 052 983 B1 already describes a corresponding shipping container, wherein both side elements are subdivided by substantially horizontal fold lines into two height sections arranged at a predetermined angle to each other, wherein the height sections of both side elements have fixing sections which mesh with one another during use to hold the glass stalk between the two side elements. In particular, the stemmed glass can be placed on the bottom element, and the packaging can then be erected around the stemmed glass. The thus erected insert is then inserted into an outer packaging in which the two side elements are kept fixed in this position.
From US 3,289,829 a further shipping container for stemware is known, which comprises an outer packaging and an engaging with the stem glass insert. The insert serves to protect the glass and makes it possible to package the glasses separately from each other to ensure optimum protection of the individual glass. The insert here consists of a flat element, which is provided along horizontal
Crease lines can be folded around the glass. In addition, horizontal cuts are provided in the region of a bending line, which can accommodate the stem of the stem glass. Since no further fixing options are provided, a corresponding insert is held substantially only by the outer packaging, so that increased requirements for imports into this outer packaging are necessary. Furthermore, the horizontal crease lines are each matched to the specific glass, so that a separate insert must be provided for each glass mold.
Further shipping containers for stemmed glasses are also known from US Pat. No. 3,884,353, DE 3 443 116 and FR 2 223 985.
The invention has for its object to provide a shipping container for stemware, which can be produced cheaper, at the same time sufficient protection of the stem glass is guaranteed. At the same time, the introduction and fixation of the stem glass should be ensured in a simple manner.
This object is achieved by a packaging of the known type in that the second side member is formed as a fixing member for fixing the second angled wall portion of the inner side wall member, wherein at the side facing away from the bottom element edge of the second side element at least two fixing lugs are arranged, which in use in which engage on both sides of the at least one receiving slot arranged fixing openings of the second wall portion.
By means of the packaging according to the invention, a corresponding stem glass can be securely fixed within the packaging in a simple manner, wherein at the same time the packaging material is significantly reduced, since the second side member only partially seals the stem glass, ie. H. essentially only in the area of the foot and a portion of the glass handle surrounds. This waiver of packaging material not only reduces the cost, but also allows a look at the thus packed stemmed glass. Here, the package is designed in such a way that stemware of different shapes can be packed in the same package, so that no size-dependent packaging must be provided here.
The packaging thus enables optimum protection of high-quality glasses, whereby the packaging material can be reduced as much as possible, which on the one hand reduces the costs, on the other hand is advantageous in terms of environmental protection.
According to a particular embodiment of the present invention, in the region of the second wall section, a further third horizontal crease line is formed to divide the second wall section into two wall section areas arranged at a predetermined angle to each other, an upper wall section area adjoining the first wall section and a lower one to the third Wall portion adjacent wall portion portion, wherein the third horizontal bending line to the second side member, the lower wall portion portion inclines to the outer side wall member and the receiving slot perpendicular to the third bending line in the upper and lower wall portion portion extends.
As a result, on the one hand, the inner side wall element can be fixed within the package, so that no additional handling steps are required by the packer, at the same time the stem can be easily inserted into the receiving slot and thus the glass already held in the package.
Another preferred embodiment may provide that the receiving slot is formed in the region of the third bending line with a positioning recess, wherein the immediately adjacent to the receiving slot wall portions are formed as tabs, which are hinged by the handle to the rear. The Positionierausnehmung allows on the one hand a very simple guidance of the stem, as not long after the receiving slot must be searched, but the stem is already arranged in a perfect position to the receiving slot. At the same time, the handle can simply be pushed into the receiving slot by the broad tabs. In this case, the tabs not only widen the receiving slot, but the handle is also held by the tabs, as they lay around the stem, so that stems of different diameters can be inserted into one and the same receiving slot, and held securely in this. Consequently, the glass is securely held in the package even before being fixed by the second side member.
It has proven particularly useful if four retaining tabs are formed in each receiving slot, two in the upper wall section area and two in the lower wall portion region, wherein three edges of each tab is formed as a cutting edge and a bend line, the receiving slot defines one of the cut edges, the fold line parallel to Receiving slot is arranged and the lateral edges are each formed at a predetermined angle to the side remote from the positioning recess end of the receiving slot. The tabs are thus provided by simply introducing further cutting or bending lines in the existing material, so that an additional holding function in the region of the glass stem can be formed by simple means. In this case, the lateral cutting edges of the tabs advantageously taper toward each other, the side edges being remote from one another in the upper or lower wall section region. In this way, by the lower side edges, d. H. the side edges of the tabs adjoining the bending edge are simultaneously provided with the positioning recess.
According to another preferred embodiment, in the second wall portion adjacent to the second crease line at least one circular section may be punched out, wherein the point of the circle section farthest from the second crease line is in line with the receiving slot and the punched out area in use on the floor element on the of The third wall portion facing away from the second bending line is arranged. By this embodiment, a receiving opening for the foot of the stem glass is provided, so that the inclination of the wall portion can be selected independently of the width of the foot. At the same time, a second area arranged on the bottom element is achieved for better stability of the packaging.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the second side element is angled away from the bottom element, that the second side element and the upper wall portion region extend approximately in a plane. This embodiment has proven to be particularly material-saving. In addition, the possibilities of movement of the foot of the glass are further restricted by the oblique side element.
Advantageously, on the side remote from the bottom element edge of the wide side member between each two fixing tabs a retaining tab may be formed, which in use in the region of the receiving slot, i. especially in front of the receiving slot, is arranged to additionally fix the stem. Consequently, the second side element has, at its terminal edge, adjacently arranged fixing elements and retaining elements which on the one hand engage below, on the other hand, above the second wall section, so that the second wall section is securely fixed and held on all sides. The retaining tab also serves as a buffer when a shock from the side of the package, so that a possible movement of the stem glass is collected and this is additionally protected.
Advantageously, the retaining tab can be hinged to the second side member via a crease line, wherein the crease line is arranged a predetermined distance from the edge of the second side member within the second side member. That is, the retaining tab is slightly offset from the end edge to provide sufficient clearance for the buckling edge of the second wall section. In case of impact or vibration comes the
Retaining tab in direct contact with the glass stem and can thus catch the force acting on the glass stem force or transferred to the retaining tab.
It has proven to be advantageous if below the retaining tab an elongated recess is formed, which extends approximately centrally to the retaining tab in the second side member. Through the provided cavity, d. H. the elongated recess, a yielding of the tab, possibly with deformation thereof, allows, whereby the tab winds in an impact around the stem and protects him in this way.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the fold lines can be interrupted at least partially between web element and the first side element by web elements which are punched out of the region of the bottom element and extend the first side element in use over the bending line to the bottom element addition. The web elements preferably form small "feet" for the packaging, so that the bottom element does not come into direct contact with a substrate. The web elements serve as additional buffer in case of an impact on the ground, since the packaging stands on the web elements, the packaged stem glass game to the ground, so that in a collision, the bottom element can move without causing damage to the glass.
It has proved to be particularly advantageous if the web elements are formed with a corrugated outer edge, wherein the package stand up on the shaft tips.
Particularly preferably, corresponding web elements are formed on both crease lines towards the bottom element.
Another embodiment may provide that the outer side wall element extends at least over the height of the stem glass and is connected via a bending line with a lid member which extends above the stem glass. In this way, a complete encasement of the glass, be guaranteed even in the area of the cup.
Herein, the lid member may include an upper cover portion, a side portion, and a holding portion, wherein the cover portion and the holding portion are creased to the side portion such that they are parallel to each other and the side portion is disposed parallel to the outer side wall member. The height of the side section ensures that glasses of different sizes can be packed.
Further, the holding portion may be connected via a crease line with the first wall portion of the inner side wall member. This embodiment makes it possible to make the package in one piece, at the same time a fixation of the lid member is achieved in the region of the cup opening.
According to a preferred embodiment, the holding portion may have at least one receiving opening for receiving the cup of the stem glass, wherein the inner peripheral portion of the receiving opening is formed by tab members and the receiving opening has a smaller diameter than the cup diameter. By providing a receiving opening, the holding action of the retaining element is supported. Since the cup outside is encompassed by the tab elements, it can be ensured at the same time that in the holding section glasses with different shapes, d. H. different glass diameters can be used. The tab members are displaced from the cup after insertion of the glass and abut the outer surface of the cup to hold the glass. On the one hand, a larger surface of the packaging is provided by the tabs, which is in contact with the outer surface of the glass cup, so that a better pressure distribution of the tabs is achieved, which advantageously also has an effect, particularly in the case of an impact, since the tabs provide a spring action.
It has proven to be preferred if the tab elements arranged next to one another are completely punched out in the region of the receiving opening only on the sides facing the outer side wall section and the side section. It has been found that the receiving opening does not have to be completely formed with severed tabs, but rather the stability of the package in the area of the outer edge and in the area between two glasses is increased, thus increasing the stability of the entire package. At the same time, the spring force provided by the cut tabs is sufficient to adequately protect the glass in an impact and to prevent two glasses from moving towards each other.
Another embodiment may provide that between two adjacent receiving openings in the region of the holding portion, a web portion is arranged, which extends between the holding portion, the upper cover portion, the side portion and the outer side wall member. Such a web portion not only provides a separation between the individual juxtaposed glasses, but also serves as a stiffening of the lid member. A corresponding reinforcement in particular has an advantage if the packaging is arranged in an outer packaging, and must be pulled out of this. By providing the web element, warping of the carton can be prevented so as to increase the protection of the glass.
Advantageously, the web portion may be formed by a part of the cover portion which is foldable down along an perpendicular to the side portion and the outer side wall member extending buckling line in abutment with the holding portion. In this way, the web element can be made of the existing material, so that no further elements are necessary and material can be saved.
In this case, the fold lines between the cover section, the outer side wall element and the side section may be formed in sections as punching lines, which form the side edge of the web section. By forming the crease lines as stamped lines, the web element already has the corresponding width, so that production can be simplified.
Advantageously, an engagement opening can be formed adjacent to the bend line in the area of the web section. Equally, a corresponding engagement opening can also be formed in the region of the side section or particularly preferably of the outer side wall element. As a result, the removal of the packaging from an outer packaging is simplified. The provision of an engagement opening in the region of the outer side wall element may be used to provide a clamping portion on the web portion to clamp the web portion between the two side walls.
According to a further preferred embodiment it can be provided that the second side element is first angled at right angles from the bottom element parallel to the outer side wall element and then angled parallel to the bottom element at a horizontal fourth crease line to form a right angle. In contrast to the embodiment described above, in this embodiment, the second side member is not formed obliquely angled, but forms a rectangular element, which then defines the second wall portion.
This embodiment provides a particularly stable floor element.
According to a further preferred embodiment it can be provided that the packaging is manufactured in one piece. As a result, the unfolding of the packaging is simplified, there are only a few splices necessary, at the same time the packaging can be stored lying flat, so that the necessary storage space is minimized.
In this case, it has proven useful if the packaging is made of cardboard. Cardboard has proven to be a particularly suitable material, in particular also with regard to the buffer effect in the event of a possible impact.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the packaging can be inserted in an outer packaging. The packaging according to the invention is then used as an insert, and can be additionally protected by the outer packaging. This has proved particularly advantageous for high-priced glasses.
The packaging according to the invention is characterized in particular by a lower material requirement, both with regard to the packaging material and to the necessary splices.
In the following, an embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It shows:

Condition, with the packaging shown from the side,
FIG. 2 shows the packaging from FIG. 1 in a three-dimensional representation, the side and the front side being shown,
3 shows a detail of the packaging according to FIGS. 1 and 2, in the semi-finished state, shown in a three-dimensional view obliquely from above, FIG.
FIG. 4 shows the insert according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in a lying position, with two glasses being used,
5 shows the packaging according to the invention in a flat position before the bonding of the individual elements,
Figures 6 and 7 show two packages according to the invention according to other embodiments.
A packaging 1 according to the invention is shown in FIG. Here, the package is in the erected position, i. H. after insertion of a glass 2 shown.
As is clear from FIG. 1, the glass is surrounded by the packaging 1 at least in the area of the foot 3 and in the region of the cup opening 4, at least from three sides.
In detail, the packaging comprises a bottom element 5, to which the side elements 6 and 7 are articulated on two opposite sides. The articulation takes place here over bending lines 8 and 9. The first of the two side elements, the side member 6, has an outer 10 and an inner side member 11. In this case, the outer side wall member 10 extends over the entire height of the package, thus corresponding to the total height of the package. The inner side wall member 11 is divided by several creases in individual wall sections, but extends only over a predetermined range of the outer side wall member 10, as will be explained in more detail below. To the upper edge of the outer sidewall element, d. H. At the bottom of the element 5 opposite edge, a cover member 12 connects, which is designed such that it surrounds at least the cup opening 4 of four sides.
The stemmed glass is thus held in the region of the foot and in the region of the gob opening of the packaging, the glass being visible from at least one side and the front side in the region of the lower goblet and the stem.
By structuring the packaging according to the invention, in particular the inner side wall element 11 and the second side element 7, a fixation of the stem and the foot 3 of the glass 2 can be achieved. Here, the inner side member 11 does not extend beyond the full height of the outer side member 10, and is divided by crease lines into a plurality of wall sections. A first wall section 16 extends parallel to the outer side wall element 10 at a position facing away from the bottom element 5 and is adhesively bonded to the outer side wall element 10 via the parallel region. Along a first horizontal bend line 13, a second wall section 17 is angled away from the first wall section 16, wherein the second wall section 17 extends in the direction of the bottom element 5 and the second side element 7.
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the second wall section 17 is again subdivided along a further bending line 14 into two wall section sections 17 'and 17 ", ie. H. a first extending between the horizontal crease line 13 and the horizontal crease line 14, and a second wall section area 17 "extending between the horizontal crease line 14 and another horizontal crease line 5. The second wall portion 17 "is angled at the horizontal crease line 14 so as to extend back to the outer sidewall member 10, but impinges on the bottom member 5 at a distance from the outer sidewall member, with an angle trapped between the two wall portion portions. At the crease line 15, a further, third wall section region 18 is angled, which extends parallel to the bottom element 5 on the second side member 7, and is firmly glued in use with the bottom element 5.
It is also clear from FIG. 1 that the individual wall section regions 16, 17, 18 have different sizes, the second wall section 17, in particular the wall section region 17 ', being the longest, and the third wall section 18 the shortest.
For fixing the glass stalk, at least one receiving slot 19 is formed in the region of the second wall section 17. In this case, a receiving slot 19 is provided per glass 1 to be packed in the packaging 1, wherein a plurality of receiving slots are arranged parallel to one another in the packaging. Each receiving slot 19 in this case extends perpendicularly from the second bending line 14 into the wall section regions 17 ', 17 ".
In the area of the bending line 14, 19 each 19 receiving openings 20 are also provided on both sides of each receiving slot. Preferably, the fixing holes 20 extend to the outer edge of the second wall portion 17, d. H. the perpendicular to the bending line 14 extending edge. If two receiving slots 19 are provided in the packaging, only one fixing opening 20 extends between the two adjacent receiving slots 19.
The fixing holes 20 make it possible to connect the second side member 7 with the inner side wall member 11 and thus fix it in position around the glass stem.
For this purpose, the second side member 7 is angled at the crease line 9 on the first side member 6, wherein between the bottom member 5 and the second side member 7, an acute angle is formed. As is clear in particular from FIG. 3 and from FIG. 5, the outer edge 21, of the second side element 7 is provided with fixing elements 22, which can be inserted into the fixing openings 20. It is particularly preferred if the tabs are laterally formed with locking or hook elements which engage in the fixing holes 20, so as to prevent slipping out of the fixing elements 22.
The outer edge 21 of the second side element further comprises retaining tabs 23, which extend in sections between the fixing elements 22, and are arranged in use substantially at a position corresponding to the position of the receiving slots 19 of the inner side wall element 11. The retaining tabs are hereby easily placed by the crease line 14 of the inner side wall member 11 and lie over the receiving slots 19. If a shock on the package exerted by the glass 2 possibly slipping easily, the energy of the glass stem is cushioned by the retaining tab 23, and prevents it from disengaging from the second wall section 17. In particular, the flexibility of the retaining tabs 23, which are attached via a crease line to the second side member 7, helps to absorb the energy of a corresponding impact. The crease line to the retaining tab 23 may in this case, inwardly, offset in the second side member 7, be arranged parallel to the outer edge 21 to allow the retaining tabs more play.
For additional support, an elongated recess 24 is further provided, which extends below the retaining tab 23, starting from the bending line to the second side member 7 in the second side member 7. Here, the elongated recess 24 substantially forms a line to the receiving slot 19th
The retaining tab 23 and the elongate recess 24 are particularly well shown in Figure 2. If a particularly strong impact is exerted on the packaging, or in the event of an unintended fall, the retaining tab can be pushed through the glass handle back into the recess, d. H. the material of the retaining tab can deform into the elongated recess 24, so as to absorb the impact, without the glass stem from the receiving slot 19 can slip. In this way, an additional assurance of the glass is achieved.
For receiving the foot 3, a substantially circular recess is further provided in the second wall section region 17 ", which adjoins the bend line 15 directly. The circular section 25 thus punched out of the second wall section area 17 "is folded downwards and, in use, is arranged parallel to the floor element 5. Also, the circular portion 25 is firmly glued in use with the bottom member 5, and extending from the fold line 15 in the direction remote from the third wall portion 18 of the inner side wall member 11 direction.
In this way, the inner side wall element 11 is alternately fixed on both sides in the region of the bottom element 5 by the third wall section 18 and the circular sections 25.
The circle portion 25 is formed in a size sufficient to ensure that glasses of different sizes, i. H. also with different feet, can be recorded. Even if the opening is formed much larger than the foot, an additional fixation of the foot 3 is achieved through the opening, since its movement is additionally limited to the receiving slot 19 by the circular opening formed.
Another particularity of the packaging according to the invention with respect to the receiving slot 19 is in connection with the flat packaging, as shown in Figure 5, d. H. before erection and bonding, explained in more detail. In order to ensure a secure reception of the glass stalk in the receiving slot 19, without the glass having to be forced into the slot 19 by applying an increased power output, whereby possible damage to the glass can not be ruled out if not handled properly, the receiving slot is on the one hand in the area the bending line 14 is formed with a positioning recess 26. In this case, the crease line 14 simply has a small recess in the region of the upper and lower wall section regions directly adjoining it. In this way, the correct positioning of the glass shaft is immediately recognized, and this is already in the position suitable for further inclusion in the receiving slot 19.
At the receiving slot 19 close on both sides tabs 27, wherein the tabs are interrupted by the Positionierausnehmung 26, d. H. the tabs 27 extend both in the upper wall section area 17 'and in the lower wall section area 17 ". The tabs themselves are formed by three cutting edges as well as a bending line, wherein the bending line is arranged parallel to the receiving slot 19, and the receiving slot 19 itself forms one of the cut edges. At the disposed between the receiving slot 19 and the fold lines arranged in parallel to the tabs 27 sides of the cut edges are formed obliquely, with the side edges to extend to the receiving slot, so that the receiving slot represents the highest point of the tab. When the glass stem is inserted into the receiving opening 19, the tabs 27 yield by applying pressure, and the glass can be easily inserted into the receiving slot. Here, the tabs embrace the glass handle, and thus provide additional fixation.
As explained, the glass 2 is held in the region of the glass stem and of the foot 3 between the second side element 7 and the inner side wall element and the bottom element 5. For additional fixation, the packaging according to the invention is formed with your lid element 12, which surrounds the glass in the region of the cup in such a way that the glass opening 4 is protected. The packaging encompasses the glass from four sides, with the glass top projecting through the lower side, and this remains visible from the side through the packaging. The lid member 12 is shown from various perspectives also in Figures 2, 3 and 4, wherein Figure 3 shows the lid member in the erected state, before the introduction of the glass.
The lid member 12 includes an upper cover portion which extends parallel to the bottom member 5, a side portion 29 which is angled downwardly from the cover portion 28 to form a right angle, and a holding portion 30 which in turn forms a right angle of the Side portion 29 pa rallel to the bottom element 5 and to the upper cover portion 28 is angled. The holding portion 30 in this case points in the direction of the outer side wall member 10 and corresponds in length to the upper cover portion 28. The arranged on the outer side wall member 10 edge of the holding portion 30 is formed as a crease line, which is followed by the inner side wall member 11, so that the packaging can be integrally formed.
Here, the outer side wall member and the inner side wall member are in the adjoining the holding portion 30 area, d. H. formed glued together in the region of the first wall portion 16.
For receiving the glass chalice, the holding portion 30 is provided with at least one receiving opening 31, d. H. per glass to be packaged a receiving opening 31. The inner peripheral portion of the receiving opening is formed by tab members 31, the outer edge of which also form the outer edge of the receiving opening 31. The receiving opening 31 formed by the outer edge of the tab members 32 in this case has a smaller diameter than the cup diameter, to ensure that different glasses are inserted into the receiving opening, and securely held in this. Upon insertion of the glass, the tabs are pushed upwardly into the lid member 12 from the periphery of the glass cup, and abut the outer periphery of the glass. The individual tab elements fix the glass, but at the same time allow movement of the glass in different directions upon impact or impact. A corresponding movement of the glass is then collected and compensated by moving the tab members in one or the other direction. In view of the fact that the packaging is designed to be open at the side, d. H. allows free view of the glass cup as well as the foot, the tab members 32 adjacent to the lateral outer edge 33 of the holding portion 30, preferably not completely punched formed, but hang in this area two or three or more tabs together and can only be completely shifted. Since the tab members 32 are integrally formed in these areas, the side areas can be formed more firmly, so that the side areas can be made more stable as a whole. However, a corresponding only partially complete punching of the tab members 32 carries the spring action of the tab members 32 in the region of the receiving opening 31, but no demolition.
Here, the lateral tab elements, d. H. the not completely punched tab elements, be arranged on both sides of the receiving opening, so as to protect the juxtaposed glasses from each other and here to curb movement of the glasses on each other.
An additional stabilization of the cover element 12 is achieved by an additional web section 34 which extends between the holding section 30, the upper cover section 28, the side section 29 and the outer side wall element 10. In a particularly simple manner, a corresponding web section 34 can be provided by forming a partial area of the upper cover section 28 along the crease lines to the side section 29 as well as to the outer side wall element 10 and simply folding it down onto the holding section 30 vertically downward , That is, in the region of the upper cover section 29 an additional crease line 35 is provided, which extends perpendicular to the fold lines, to the side portion 29 and the outer side wall member 10.
An additional stability is achieved if parallel to the bending line 35 in the region of the upper cover section 28 a punching line is formed so that a partial section of the upper cover section 28 remains on both sides of the web section 34. The two remaining areas of the upper cover section in each case adjoin the open sides of the packaging. In use, the web portion is disposed between two adjacent, packaged glasses.
If, in use, the packaging according to the invention is introduced into an outer packaging for additional protection, intervention openings 36 can be provided here in the region of the web section or in the region of the adjacent surfaces of the packaging, which facilitate easy removal of the packaging 1 according to the invention from the outer packaging. The user can simply intervene with a finger in the engagement opening 36 below the upper cover portion, and so pull by applying pressure to the bottom of the package from the outer packaging. During this process, the web portion 34 provides sufficient stability in the region of the lid member, so as to avoid a strong twisting of the package when pulling out.
Figure 3 shows the packaging according to the invention in the semi-erect state, wherein the lid member 12 has already been erected, and the web portion 34 has been folded down.
The packaging 1 according to the invention is additionally provided with additional web sections 37 or "foot elements" in the region of the bottom element 5 or in the region of the transition between the bottom element 5 and the outer side wall element 10 and the second side element 7. These web portions 37 in this case form an extension of the outer side wall element 10 and are angled perpendicularly from the bottom element 5 in extension of the second side element 7. In the illustrated embodiments, two web sections 37 are provided per bend line 8. The web elements 37 are preferably provided with a wave-shaped outer edge 38, wherein the outer edge of the standing surface of the packaging corresponds, which is arranged parallel to the fold lines 8 and 9. The material of the web elements 37 is in this case punched out of the region of the bottom element 5 and folded away from it. By providing corresponding web elements, an additional buffer effect is achieved because the packaging does not stand upright on the bottom element 5, but is mounted on the web elements 37, which can easily be compressed in the event of impact or impact and thus be able to absorb the impact elastically.
In use, the flat packaging shown in Figure 5 is first glued in the region of the first side wall portion 16 with the inside of the outer side wall member 10 to erect the lid member 12. Subsequently, the web portion 34 can be folded down to the holding portion 30 for fixing and stabilizing the lid member. Insofar as engagement openings 36 adjoin the web section, in particular at its side edges, latching sections can be provided in the region of the side edge of the web section 34 which abut the inner sides of the outer side wall element and of the side section in the erected state, the better fixation of the web section 34 within the Cover element 12 serve.
Subsequently, or simultaneously with the first bonding, the bonding of the inner side wall element 11 to the bottom element 5 takes place, the inner side wall element 11 being glued to the bottom element in the area of the third wall section 18 and in the region of the circular section 15. FIG. 3 shows the packaging according to the invention after the lid element has been erected.
After the gluing has taken place, the glass can first be introduced into the receiving opening 31 in the region of the cover element 12. At the same time the glass stem is placed in the region of the positioning opening 26 and can be pressed into the receiving slot 19, whereby the tabs 27 are pressed backwards. Subsequently, the fixing members 22 of the second side member 7 are inserted into the fixing hole 20 of the inner side wall member 11, and the inner side wall member fixed in this way. However, the packaging can also be provided in advance with the bonds and stored.
The packaging according to the invention can then be introduced into an outer packaging.
Two other embodiments of the present packaging according to the invention are shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, wherein the package according to FIG. 6 differs from the previously described one in that the second side element 7 is not angled away from the bottom element 5 at an acute angle, but instead a further crease line 39 is divided into two sections, which each extend at right angles to each other or to the bottom element. In this case, the retaining tabs 23 abut directly on the glass shaft, and are angled by the glass shaft substantially perpendicularly from the second side member 7.
A corresponding design of the second side element is also formed in the embodiment shown in Figure 7, wherein in this embodiment, the second wall portion 17 is formed continuously, and is not divided into two wall portion regions.
