专利说明:
The invention relates to a method for producing an annularly closed endless tube (torus) from an open, made of plastic hose. Furthermore, the invention relates to an endless hose, in particular for a hose of a vehicle, such as a bicycle, motorcycle, a motor vehicle or aircraft. A method of the aforementioned type has become known for example from EP2497654B1. In the known method, free ends of the tube are welded or glued together to form a closed ring. However, this has the disadvantage that in the region of a junction of the free ends of a seam is present, the mechanical properties of which differ from those of the rest of the hose. In particular, the seam has a lower mechanical load capacity than adjoining areas of the hose. It is therefore an object of the invention to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a plastic tube which has no seam in the region of a junction of its free ends. This object is inventively achieved with a hose of the type mentioned in that in a step i) opposite, end-side end portions of the open tube pulled over at least one connecting element and the open tube is closed by means of the connecting element to a ring, said to a Ring closed hose at least in a region of the connecting element in a step ii) is at least partially coated with a melt of plastic, wherein a step iii) the connecting element by a non-melt coated opening of the endless hose in the region of the connecting element or by a in the Endless tube inserted opening is removed. The solution according to the invention makes it possible to produce a hose without a seam which is unfavorable from a mechanical point of view and extends transversely to the circumferential direction of the hose (transverse seam). According to an advantageous variant of the invention, it may be provided that in a step i) preceding step, the open tube is cut to a length which is smaller than the circumference of the annular closed endless tube or equal to the circumference of the annular closed endless tube. In this way, it is possible to take into account the length of the connection point even when the hose is cut. Preferably, in step ii), the connecting element is overmolded with the melt, wherein preferably the opening in the region of the connecting element is not encapsulated. A release of the opening has the advantage that thereby a simple and time-saving removal of the connecting element is made possible. Alternatively, however, it is also possible that the connecting element is completely coated with the melt and in the annular closed loop the opening is cut, through which the connecting element is removed. A complete coating of the connecting element has the advantage that, if an injection molding process is used for this purpose, a simpler tool can be used. In order to obtain a continuously homogeneous tube and thus the same mechanical properties over the entire circumferential length of the tube, it can be provided that the plastic used in step ii) for coating the connecting element is similar to the plastic from which the in step i) used hose is made. In order to realize a continuously closed tube without a hole, the opening can be closed by welding edge regions of the opening with each other. According to an advantageous development of the invention, it can be provided that a valve is inserted into the opening. This variant of the invention makes it possible to substantially simplify the production of an endless tube, which is intended as a vehicle hose, in particular a bicycle, motorcycle or motor vehicle hose, since the valve can be inserted directly into the already existing opening. It has been found to be particularly advantageous both in terms of the load capacity of the finished continuous tube in its intended operation and in terms of demolding of the endless tube of the connecting element that the open tube (2) used in step i) of a thermoplastic elastomer, in particular TPU, TPE -A, TPE-E, TPE-O, TPE-S, TPE-U, TPE-V, silicone elastomers. In order to design the strength of the connector according to the requirement, it may be provided that in step ii) the coating of the connecting element is such that a wall thickness of the endless tube in the region of the connecting element from a greater wall thickness to a relatively smaller wall thickness runs or stepped. The above object can also be achieved with an endless tube of the type mentioned in the present invention that it is prepared by a method according to any one of claims 1 to 10. The invention together with further advantages will be explained in more detail below with reference to some non-einschrä nkender embodiments, which are illustrated in the drawings. In the drawings, in a schematically simplified form: 1 shows a flow chart of the method according to the invention for producing an endless tube; FIG. 2 shows a region of a hose used for producing an endless hose according to the invention with an inserted connecting part as the core and a die; FIG. Fig. 3 is a plan view of a portion of an endless tube according to the invention and Fig. 4 shows a variant of a tool for producing an endless tube according to the invention. Fig. 5 shows a variant of a tool for producing an endless tube according to the invention. According to FIG. 1, in a method according to the invention for producing an endless tube 1 from an open tube 2 in a step i), opposing frontal end regions 3, 4 of the open tube 2 are pulled over at least one connecting element 5. The open tube 2 is closed by means of the connecting element 5 to form a ring. The endless tube 1 according to the invention is particularly preferably a tube for a tire of a vehicle, such as a bicycle, motorcycle or motor vehicle. The closed to a ring tube 2 in a region of the connecting element 5 in a step ii) at least partially coated with a melt 7 made of plastic. In this case, the connecting element 5 can be completely coated, with the exception of an opening 6 provided with the reference number 6 in FIG. 3. For this purpose, as shown, for example, in FIG. 2, the connecting element can have an extension 15 in an area which is not to be coated. Alternatively, the connecting element 5 could also be completely coated with the melt 7 and the opening 7 cut to remove the connecting element 5 in the endless tube 1. In a step iii), the connecting element 5 is removed through the opening 6, which is not coated with melt 7, of the endless tube 1 in the region of the connecting element 5 or through the opening 6 cut into the endless tube 1. The opening 6 can be closed by welding edge regions of the opening 6 together, if an endless tube 1 without opening 6 is desired. In addition, in the opening 6, a valve can be used. The coating of the connecting element 5 with the melt 7 can be carried out as shown in FIG. 2, for example by an injection molding process. Thus, the connecting element 5 form a core of an injection molding tool 8. Together with a die 9 of the injection molding tool 8, the core or the connecting element 5 can enclose a hollow cylindrical cavity 10. The melt 7 can be injected into the cavity 10 via one or more channels 11. Furthermore, the cavity 10 may have one or more ventilation channels 12. A wall thickness of the tube 2 may correspond to a normal distance between the connecting element / core 5 and the die 9. The matrix 9 is preferably formed from two half-shells which completely cover the connecting element 5 in a closed state. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the injection molding tool 8 can also be designed such that a wall thickness of the endless tube 1 in the region of the connecting element 5 extends from a larger wall thickness to a wall thickness that is smaller in relation thereto. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the injection molding tool 8 can also be designed so that a wall thickness of the endless tube 1 in the region of the connecting element 5 runs in steps from a larger wall thickness to a smaller wall thickness. As an alternative to an injection molding process, the melt can also be carried out by means of other known coating methods, such as, for example, spray coating or dip coating. The tube 2 itself can be made, for example, by extrusion, blow molding, etc. As a raw material for the hose 2 can serve a hose 13 of great length, which can be wound for example to a roll 14. From this hose 13 large Lä length then the hose 2 can be cut in the desired length. In a step i) preceding step, the open tube 2 can be cut to a length which is smaller than the circumference of the annularly closed endless tube 1. However, it is also possible to cut the tube 2 so that its length corresponds to the circumference of the endless tube 1. The plastic used in step ii) for coating the connecting element or the plastic constituting the melt 7 is preferably the same as the plastic from which the tube 2 used in step i) is made. It has proven to be particularly advantageous if this plastic is a thermoplastic elastomer, for example based on polyurethane, in particular TPE-U (urethane-based thermoplastic elastomers), TPE-A (thermoplastic copolyamides), TPE-E (thermoplastic polyester elastomers), TPE-0 (Olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers), TPE-S (styrene block copolymers), TPE-V (olefin-based crosslinked thermoplastic elastomers). Alternatively, non-thermoplastic plastics such as silicone elastomers can be used, in particular LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) materials. The use of a thermoplastic elastomer also allows a particularly simple removal of the connecting element 5 through the opening 6. Thus, for example, an end portion 6a of the opening 6 drawn over a front edge 5a of the connecting element and the connecting part 5 are removed through the opening 6 of the endless tube 1.
