专利说明:

The invention relates to a fully covered stall for pigs.
Animal welfare is becoming increasingly important in modern pig farming. On the one hand, it should be possible to move the animals as freely as possible in the barn, on the other hand, however, a simple cleaning of the barn as well as an efficient care of the animals must be ensured.
It is an object of the invention to provide a stable, which allows both a great freedom of movement for the animals and ensures a high standard of hygiene in a simple manner.
This object is achieved with a stall of the type mentioned in the present invention that the stable in an at least one lying bay for at least one pig and an access corridor for persons having, preferably thermally insulated, interior and one of the interior structurally separated by at least one wall outlet area is divided with a feeding area and a Kotbereich separate from the feeding area, wherein the at least one wall at least one, at least one Liegebucht and the feeding area connecting passage, wherein the at least one lying bay between the operating passage and the outlet area and the inner area separating wall arranged is, wherein the feeding area between the Kotbereich and the outlet area of the inner area separating wall is arranged, wherein the Kotbereich is preferably arranged between the feeding area and another passage for persons.
The solution according to the invention provides a functional separation of the individual areas essential for the animal. Thus, an unhindered change between the sheltered Liegebucht and the feeding area is made possible, whereby the arrangement of the Kotbereiches behind the feeding area contamination of the lying area is prevented. In addition, a reliable supply of pigs is ensured via the inner gangway.
According to a preferred embodiment, in which the animals can remain continuously in the same lying berth and the lying surface can be increased according to the growth of the animals, it is provided that the at least one lying berth has at least two lateral dividing elements for laterally delimiting the at least one lying berth at least one end-side separating element, by which the lying bay is separated from the operating passage, relative to the at least two lateral separating elements for changing a surface of the lying bay displaced, in particular displaceable, is mounted.
A good supply of fresh air to the interior area can be achieved by roofing the at least one interior area with at least one first roof section and at least one upper ventilation opening in the region of a roof ridge of the at least one first roof section and at least in an area located below a eaves of the at least one first roof section a lower vent opening is arranged.
In order to be able to control an air flow and thus to optimally adjust the indoor climate in the inner area, it can be provided that the inner area has at least one closing flap pivotably and / or displaceably mounted in the region of the roof ridge of the at least one first roof section for closing the at least one upper ventilation opening and / or at least one in the region of the eaves of the at least one first roof section slidably and / or pivotally mounted closure flap for closing the at least one lower ventilation opening.
A good fresh air supply of the outlet area can be ensured by the fact that at least the outlet area is roofed with at least a second roof section, wherein in the region of a roof ridge of the second roof section at least one upper ventilation opening and in a below
Eaves of the at least one second roof section located area a lower vent opening is arranged.
In order to achieve a good ventilation of the entire house, it can be provided that the roof ridge of the at least one first roof section is lower than the roof ridge of the at least one second roof section.
Particularly preferably, the upper ventilation opening of the first roof section is flow-connected to the upper ventilation opening of the second roof section, wherein the upper ventilation opening of the second roof section is preferably higher than the upper ventilation opening of the first roof section.
In order to promote a release of urine and feces over the faeces area, it can be provided that at least one drinking trough is arranged in the faeces area and at least one feeding trough is arranged in the feeding area.
In order to enable easy cleaning of the house, a slatted floor can be arranged in the drop zone, under which there is a conveyor for removing feces and urine from the house or a manure cellar.
According to a variant of the invention, it can be provided that at least one fan for extracting exhaust air from the inner area and the outlet area is arranged in a region of the at least one first roof ridge and / or in a region of the at least one second roof ridge.
For a better understanding of the invention, this will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures.
In each case, in a highly simplified, schematic representation:
Fig. 1 shows a cross section through a stall according to the invention and
2 is a plan view of a portion of the house of FIG. 1
By way of introduction, it should be noted that in the embodiments described differently, identical parts have the same reference numerals or the same component designation.
Drawings are provided, wherein the disclosures contained in the entire description can be transferred mutatis mutandis to the same parts with the same reference numerals or identical component names. Also, the location information chosen in the description, such as top, bottom, side, etc. related to the immediately described and illustrated figure and these position information in a change in position mutatis mutandis to transfer to the new location.
According to FIG. 1, a stable 1 according to the invention for pigs is completely covered. The stable 1 has an inner area 2 and a discharge area 3 separated from the inner area 2. In the interior 2 are lying berths 4 and an access corridor 5 for persons. Preferably, the interior region 2 is thermally insulated. By "thermally insulated" in the present context, it is meant that a heat transfer coefficient of a side surface of the inner region 2 bounded by a lower edge of a roof of the inner region 2 and a bottom of the housing 1 is smaller than a heat transfer coefficient of a lower edge of a roof of the drainage region 3 and 3 the bottom of the stable 1 limited side surface of the outlet area. 3
The outlet region 3 has feeding areas 6 and a faeces area 7 separate from the feeding area 6. The individual feeding areas 6 are, as shown in FIG. 2 can be seen, separated from each other by separating elements 8. The same applies to the Kotbereiche 7, which are also separated by separating elements 9 from each other. The separating elements 8 and 9 can be designed, for example, as lattice walls.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, drinking troughs 28 are arranged in the dropping area 7 and feed troughs 29 in the feeding area. The feed troughs 29 are in this case set up so that they run parallel to the separating elements 8, thereby an unhindered change from the feeding area 6 into the dropping area 7 is possible.
In the Kotbereich 7 can be arranged a slatted floor, under which there is a conveyor system for the removal of feces and urine from the stable 1 or a slurry cellar. The feeding area 6, however, is preferably designed as a closed floor.
Furthermore, the inner area 2 and the outlet area 3 are separated from each other by a wall 10. Between each of the lying berths 4 and the feeding areas 6 there is a passage 11 to allow a change between the inner area 2 and the outlet area 3 for the pigs.
The reclining lights 4 are arranged between the operating gear 5 and the wall 10. The feeding area 6 is located between the Kotbereich 7 and the wall 10 is arranged. The manure area 7 is arranged between the feeding area 6 and a further passage 12 for persons. A pig can freely switch between the Liegebucht 4, the feeding area 6 and the Kotbereich 7.
4. The lateral dividing element 14, for example grid walls, by which the reclining bays 4 are respectively separated from the operating passage 5, relative to or at the lateral dividing elements 14 for altering a surface the Liegebucht 4 displaced, in particular displaceable, stored.
As shown in FIG. 1, the inner area 2 is covered with at least one first roof section 15. In the region of a roof ridge 16 of the first roof section 15 are upper ventilation openings 17. In a below a eaves 18 of the first roof section 15 area lower ventilation openings 19 are arranged.
In the region of the roof ridge 16 of the first roof section 15, pivotable and / or displaceably mounted closing flaps 20 for closing the upper ventilation openings 17 are arranged. Additionally or alternatively, in the region of the eaves 18 of the first roof section 15 slidably and / or pivotably mounted closing flaps 21 may be provided for closing the lower ventilation openings 19.
As can also be seen from FIG. 1, the outlet region 3 is covered by a second roof section 22. In an area of a roof ridge 23 of the second roof section 22 is an upper vent opening 24 and in a below a
Eaves 25 of the second roof portion 22 located area a lower vent opening 26 is arranged.
The upper ventilation opening 17 is fluidly connected to the upper ventilation opening 24, so that the collected air flow from the inner area 2 and the outlet area 3 can escape through the ventilation opening 24 from the housing 1. The roof ridge 16 is in this case lower than the roof ridge 23, whereby the ventilation opening 24 is higher than the ventilation opening 17. The upper ventilation opening 24 may be formed in another embodiment as a chimney 27. The air flow is indicated in Fig. 1 by arrows.
In addition, a fan may be arranged in the region of the ventilation opening 17 or the ventilation opening 24. If required, filters can also be used to filter the exhaust air.
For the sake of order, it should finally be pointed out that for a better understanding of the construction, elements have been shown partially unevenly and / or enlarged and / or reduced in size.
