Actuators with a locking device for locking a pivotal position of the actuating arm are used in particular for moving furniture flaps, which are mounted hochbewegbar relative to a furniture body. By the spring device, the weight of the furniture flap is at least partially compensated, so that the movement of the furniture flap supported by the spring device and thus the operation is facilitated for a user. Critical situations may arise when the furniture flap is not yet connected to the actuator arm. In such a case, no counterweight acts on the spring device, so that the flapless actuator arm can deflect uncontrollably by the force of the spring device acting on and cause serious injury to the installation personnel or damage to objects.
Actuators with a locking device for releasably locking a pivotal position of the actuating arm are shown, for example, in WO 2007/041736 A1 and in WO 2011/011800 A2.
Object of the present invention is to provide an actuator of the type mentioned above with a more comfortable unlocking option.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, it is thus provided that the locking device has at least one movably mounted locking element which cooperates with the locking arm locking position in a locking recess and that the locking element by a manually operable switching element or by a control arm mounted on the control part, which by a Assembly of the movable furniture part on the actuating arm can be acted upon, from which at least one locking recess can be unlocked.
In other words, a locking device is provided with a movably mounted locking element which can be unlocked both by a manual actuation of a switching element and by the mounting of the movable furniture part on the actuating arm from a locking position locking the actuating arm. The switching element may be movably mounted between a first switching position and a second switching position, wherein in the first switching position, the locking element is locked to the at least one detent recess and that in the second switching position, the locking element of the detent recess is unlocked. The switching element is designed for manual operation or may have an adapter for receiving a tool, wherein the locking between the locking element and the at least one detent recess is releasable by applying force to the switching element.
If the force is lifted to the switching element or dissolved the connection between the movable furniture part and the actuator arm, the locking element is immediately moved by the force of a spring element back into the locking position, so that the actuator arm is locked in its pivotal position and thus not further in the direction Open position can turn out.
According to one embodiment, it can be provided that the actuating arm can be locked in a closed position by the interaction of the locking element with the at least one detent recess. The actuator 4 further comprises a locking device 17 for locking a pivotal position of the actuating arm 6. This locking device 17 is advantageous if the movable furniture part 3 is not yet connected to the actuator arm 6, so that an uncontrolled deflection of the flapless actuator arm 6 is prevented in the opening direction due to the force exerted by the spring device 7 on the actuator arm 6 torque. The locking device 17 comprises a manually operable switching element 18 and a control part 19 movably mounted on the control arm 6, which can be acted upon by the assembly of the movable furniture part 3 on the control arm 6 (i.e., by the fitting part 22 to be fastened to the movable furniture part 3). Fig. 2a shows the actuator 4 of FIG. 1b in a cross section. The limiting device 16 for limiting the opening angle of the actuating arm 6 comprises a stop 24, wherein a position of the stop 24, preferably continuously, is adjustable by an actuation of the actuating element 16a. The actuating element 16a is mounted on the lever 8, the stop 24 acts in a position limiting the opening angle with the lever 14, preferably with a material thickness of the lever 14 together. In Fig. 2a, the actuator arm 6 is locked by the locking device 17, so that an unintentional opening or knocking out of the actuating arm 6 in that pivotal region in which the spring device 7 acts on the actuating arm 6 in the opening direction is prevented.
The locking device 17 comprises the locking element 20, by means of which the hinge axis I, the switching element 18 and the control part 19 can be locked together in a position which locks the adjusting arm 6. The actuating arm 6 is in this case locked in the closed position, wherein the locking element 20 is received in a first detent recess 28a of the lever 8. To lock the actuator arm 6 in one
Open position, a second detent recess 28b is provided, wherein the actuating arm 6 in the open position in the second detent recess 28b is receivable. The switching element 18 is movably mounted in the figure shown on the actuating arm 6 in the direction of arrow 29 (Fig. 2b) and has at least a first guide track 25 for slidably supporting the locking element 20 and a second guide track 26 for slidably supporting the hinge axis I, wherein the locking member 20 are movably supported by a manual operation of the switching element 18 or by the action of the control element 19 in or along the first guide track 25 and the hinge axis I in or along the second guide track 26.
