Combi glass holder and thus equipped wood-aluminum composite window
The invention relates to a combination glass holder for holding a glazing on a window or the like, with a fixing portion for fixing the combination glass holder to a window frame, a glass holding portion which extends away from the fixing portion and holds a glazing in the mounted state, and a trim profile recording comprising a holding means for fixing a shutter, wherein the holding means is offset from the mounting portion toward the glass retaining portion. Moreover, the invention relates to a wood-aluminum composite window according to claim 7.
Composite windows with a frame made of wood material and an outer veneer made of aluminum are increasingly used in the construction sector. They are very popular because the wood material of the frame contributes to a friendly atmosphere in the interior, while the aluminum shell of the veneer offers reliable weather protection. For a stable coupling of the aluminum panels holders are provided, which allow easy installation.
Since, in such composite windows, a bipartition of the frame structure is thus already provided on the outside, it is also often necessary to keep the glazing within the frame on this side as well. The inside glass strip is then eliminated. For this purpose, usually for reasons of burglary protection, separate glazing holder are used. However, glass holders have also been developed which both hold the glazing in the frame and have a receptacle for fixing an aluminum panel.
An example of this is shown in the German Utility Model DE 298 10 510 Ul. On a window sash here on the outside of the window, a fastening strip is mounted, which engages over an edge of the glazing and thus produces a positive connection, by which the glazing is held in the frame. In addition, this mounting strip on the outside holding means for a glass panel, which is then pushed or clipped on.
In this construction, the mounting bar is obviously screwed to the frame body. The screwing takes place perpendicular to the glazing plane and centrally through the fastening strip. However, in order for them to be able to hold them reliably, they must keep a certain distance from the edge of the glazing, so that sufficiently stable wood material for receiving the screw is given. The fastening strip must therefore be made wide in order to ensure a reliable attachment to the frame body on the one hand and on the other hand to produce sufficient coverage with the glazing. The glass panel must therefore also have a certain dimension.
Another example of such a wooden composite window with an aluminum panel is shown in EP 1 640 547 A1. Here is also provided on the window outside a glass retaining strip, which on the one hand holds the glazing in the frame and on the other hand offers an anchoring option for the aluminum panel. Since the wooden frame body protrudes on the outside of the glazing, the glass retaining strip is placed thereon and bolted from above perpendicular to the support surface. The glass retaining strip further comprises a glass retaining portion which extends upwardly from the support surface and engages an edge of the glazing by a predetermined amount. Thus, the glazing is positively held on the frame body. In addition, this known glass retaining strip on the outside has two latching sections, in which one end of the aluminum panel is clipped. The other end of the aluminum panel surrounds the wood frame body on the outside completely and is set at its opposite edge portion. This is possible in this construction, since this is a brickwork, i. E. the wall is not plastered on the outside.
A constant requirement of such wood composite windows is that they have a sleek design. Concretely, it would therefore be desirable if the aluminum panel could be kept as narrow as possible on the outside. At the same time there is the problem in such composite windows that the glazing can be used only from the outside. If there is a breakage of the glazing, therefore, a corresponding outside access must be possible. However, this is often not the case especially with fixed glazing. The aluminum panel is plastered in the usual design in the window reveal, so that the glazing replacement is often associated with extensive maintenance. In addition, such composite windows are increasingly supplied to the construction site, especially in larger dimensions without glazing used to keep the weight within limits. After installation of the window frame, the glazing is then used on site.
In addition, constructions of composite windows have become known from practice, in which the aluminum panel itself takes over the glass holding function. For this purpose, it is externally coupled to the wooden frame body and engages over the edge of the glazing. Since the holding force of the grid elements or the like for the aluminum panel is usually not sufficient to hold the glazing reliable in place, additional securing bracket are provided, which are inserted before the onset of the glazing in the receptacle and bolted to the wooden frame. A fold on such securing straps then engages positively in a corresponding receptacle on the aluminum panel and fixes them in addition. The aluminum panel may be formed in one or more parts, but it must ensure that the holding force is reliably transmitted to the glazing.
This construction has proven itself in practice quite well; However, it is still subject to the problem that no narrow appearance of the veneer on the outside can be achieved. In addition, a complete disassembly of the aluminum panel is required here, if necessary, to replace the glazing can. Since the panel is usually plastered, this is a considerable expense.
The invention is based on the object to provide a combination glass holder, by means of which an exchange of the glazing on a wood-aluminum composite window is easily possible and an aluminum panel also receives a sleek design. Furthermore, a corresponding wood-aluminum composite solid is to be created.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, this object is achieved by a combination glass holder with the features of claim 1. This is characterized in particular by the fact that the attachment portion has two legs at an angle to each other, which form an angle stop relative to a window frame and serve to position the combination glass holder thereto and that in the combination glass holder a
Attachment hole is formed, which passes through this obliquely extending to the angle stop.
The combination glass holder according to the invention thus makes it possible to reliably position it on a wooden frame body. The two legs are each based on a surface of the wooden frame and here form a positive connection. This is secured by a fastener such as a screw, which is attracted obliquely through the mounting hole. The combination glass holder according to the invention can thus be reliably positioned and securely anchored to the wooden frame. At the same time, this makes it possible to provide a sufficient holding force on the glass-holding section and thus to reliably hold a glazing.
The mounting direction of the combination glass holder is therefore obliquely from the outside at the level of the glazing level in the wooden frame, so that in principle at any time access to it is possible. This greatly facilitates the replacement of a glazing.
In addition, the design of a combination glass holder according to the invention allows the holding means for fixing a diaphragm in the direction of the glass holding section to be offset from the mounting section. A glass panel can thus be kept in the glazing area, making it particularly narrow. At the same time it is reliably held by the combination glass holder. This results in a particularly appealing appearance of a wood-aluminum composite window, which is equipped with the combination glass holder according to the invention.
Advantageous developments of the combination glass holder according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims 2 to 6.
Thus, the holding means of the trim profile receiving a locking receptacle. This is a reliable and at the same time, however, also removable anchoring a glass panel on the combination glass holder possible. In particular, this facilitates the glazing exchange.
If the load bearing has offset latching lugs, the panel profile can be held even more reliably on the combination glass holder. The staggered locking lugs allow an advantageous distribution of holding forces. In addition, then simplifies the process for producing the combination glass holder.
Another advantage is when the mounting hole extends at an angle between 15 ° and 60 ° to a leg of the angle stop. Then can be achieved by this mounting hole through particularly reliable stable recording of the combination glass holder on a frame body. In addition, the fastening means is then particularly accessible from the outside, so that disassembly is readily possible. Particularly advantageous balance of power can be achieved at an angle of about 45 ° to a leg of the winding stop.
Furthermore, the attachment hole can be arranged centrally in the combination glass holder. Then this can fix a particularly reliable on a wooden frame.
When a sealing material is disposed on the glass retaining portion, the combination glass holder is immediately ready for mounting and fixing a glazing. A further assembly step for positioning the sealing material between the glass holding section and a glazing can be dispensed with accordingly.
According to a further aspect of the present invention, a wood-aluminum composite window is provided with a wooden frame, a glazing and an aluminum cladding on the outside of the window according to claim 7, wherein it further comprises a plurality of combination glass holders according to the invention, each of the angle stop by means of a fastener extending through the attachment hole, such as a screw, are fixed to the wood frame and hold the glazing in position with the glass retaining portion, and a glass screen is fixed to the support means of the trim profile receptacle.
With the wood-aluminum composite window according to the invention thus a reliable fixation of the glazing is achieved by the combination glass holder. At the same time, however, this connection is easily accessible from the outside, so that replacement of the glazing is readily possible.
The fixed on the Verkleidungsprofilaufnahme glass panel can also be made very narrow, since the retaining means is offset from the mounting portion in the direction of the glass retaining portion and thus holds the glass panel already in the glazing area. This achieves a particularly sophisticated appearance of the wood-aluminum composite window.
Advantageous developments of the wood-aluminum composite window according to the invention are the subject of the dependent claims 8 to 13.
As already explained above, a particularly advantageous fixing of the glass panel is possible if a latching connection is used. This is in particular destructively removable, so that the replacement of the glazing is made easier.
In addition, it is further advantageous if the wooden frame is aligned on the outside with the glazing, as this makes it possible to keep the structure low in its width, thereby further improving the appearance of the composite window. The glass panel then protrudes only slightly beyond the glazing to the outside.
If a frame panel is arranged on the outside of the wooden frame, which closes off the composite window to the outside together with the glass panel, this advantageously results in a division of the panel profile. This facilitates, if necessary, the disassembly of a portion of the trim profile, namely the glass panel, if the glazing is to be replaced. The frame panel can then remain on the wooden frame, which is also useful because it is usually plastered into the soffit. Thus, a non-destructive disassembly of relevant for the replacement of the glazing glass panel is readily possible. Furthermore, roller blinds etc. can be readily arranged on the frame panel, without the interchangeability of the glazing would be affected. At the same time, the glass panel can be made particularly narrow, which further improves the appearance.
When the glass panel and the frame panel are sealed against each other, the entry of moisture, etc. can be reliably prevented.
The fact that the glass panel is part of a one-piece, around the glazing circumferential glass frame, simplifies the assembly again. The glass frame can then be handled as one piece. In addition, it is then also possible to cut the glass panels in the corner mitred and put together here, which further improves the appearance. If it is necessary to replace the glazing, the glass frame can be removed as one piece from the combination glass holders.
The further advantage here is that the glass panel and the frame panel are made of one piece and are separated from each other before assembly. Then their manufacturing process simplifies significantly, since a common semi-finished product is created. This also applies to their dressing in particular the cutting to miter before assembly, which can then be done together in one go and very precisely coordinated with each other. The visible gap between the glass panel and the frame panel can then be kept very evenly, whereby the appearance of the wood-aluminum composite window is further improved.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the figures of the drawing. It shows:
Fig. 1 is an external view of a wood-aluminum composite window according to the invention;
2 shows a sectional view through a side wooden frame of the wood-aluminum composite window according to the invention;
3 shows a perspective view of a combination glass holder according to the invention;
4 shows a sectional view through the combination glass holder according to the invention; and
5 shows a semifinished product of the lining.
As shown in Figures 1 and 2, an inventive wood-aluminum composite window 1 a panel 2, a glazing 3 and a wooden frame 4. The composite window 1 is provided here with a fixed glazing. Fig. 2 shows a section through a side wooden frame 4 of the composite window 1; However, the construction is configured circumferentially in all areas of the composite window 1 analog.
The panel 2 is formed of aluminum and has a glass panel 21 and a frame panel 22. These are coupled together by a projection on the glass panel 21 engages in a substantially U-shaped receptacle in the frame panel 22 and there is a sealing cord 23 for sealing.
The wooden frame 4 has a frame profile 41 with a recess 42 for the glazing 3. The recess 42 has a width such that the glazing 3 accommodated therein is present on the outside of the composite window 1 substantially flush with the wooden frame 4. Between an inner side surface of the recess 42 and the glazing 3, a conventional sealant is used.
The base of the recess 42 provided for receiving the glazing 3 forms together with the outer surface of the frame profile 41 a mounting corner 43 for a combination glass holder 5. The mounting corner 43 has a right angle and is slightly rounded in a conventional manner in the immediate corner region.
The combination glass holder 5 is shown in more detail in Figures 3 and 4, a plurality of which are spaced from each other on the frame profile 41 is arranged. It has a fastening portion 51, which is formed by two legs 51a and 51b. These make an angle stop relative to the frame profile 41 ago. The combination glass holder 5 also has in the center a mounting hole 52, which is penetrated in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 by a screw 6, not shown in detail. By means of this screw 6, the combination glass holder 5 is screwed to the frame profile 41. The mounting hole 52 extends obliquely at an angle α of about 45 ° to the angle stop, i. to the leg 51b.
The combination glass holder 5 further includes a glass holding portion 53, by means of which the glazing 3 is held. On the surface of the glass holding section 53 facing the glazing 3, for this purpose, a soft sealing material 54 is provided in advance, e.g. by extrusion on the combination glass holder 5 has been applied. The sealing material 54 accordingly exists between the glass holding section 53 and the glazing 3.
The combination glass holder 5 also has on the outside as a holding means a locking receptacle 55 for holding the glass panel 21. As can be seen in detail from FIG. 3, latching lugs 55a and 55b of the latching receptacle 55 are arranged offset from one another on both sides of the attachment hole 52. Here you lock the glass panel 21 in each case in one direction, but keep them in cooperation with adjacent combination glass holders 5 reliably on the wooden frame 4. The glass panel 21 is thus removably attached to the combination glass holder 5.
On the other hand, the frame panel 22 is detachably attached to the outer surface of the frame profile 41 by means of a rotary holder 7 or the like. It can also be equipped with roller blind rails or, when installed, partially embedded in a plaster layer.
The glass panel 21 as well as the frame panel 22 also have receptacles for sealing elements relative to the glazing 3 and the frame profile 41. In addition, a silicone tracking with respect to the glazing 3 is further arranged on the glass panel 21.
The combination glass holder 5 thus several functions are fulfilled simultaneously. On the one hand, it is positioned exactly on the frame profile 41 by the angle stop by means of the legs 51a and 51b. In addition, it is reliably fixed by means of the screw through the mounting hole 52 on the frame profile 41. In addition, reliable fixing of the glazing 3 is achieved by the glass holding section 53. At the same time the combination glass holder 5 carries the glass panel 21 on its outside.
Since the Rastaufiiahme 55 due to the shape of the combination glass holder 5 by a measure T in the direction of the glazing 3 offset from the mounting portion 51 is present, the glass panel 21 has a small width B. It has on both sides of the holder only recordings for seals, etc., but does not produce any major overlap.
According to the illustration in FIG. 1, four glass panels 21 and frame panels 22 are arranged around the glazing 3 in the present exemplary embodiment and are each mitred in the corner region of the composite window 1. The glass panels 21 are also, e.g. mechanically, connected to one another in such a way that a circumferential glass frame surrounds the glazing 3. This can be handled as one piece. The glass panels 21 are therefore mounted as a glass panel frame in one go on the combination glass holder 5. Also, the frame panels 22 may be joined together to form a circumferential frame.
Should it be necessary that the glazing 3 is replaced, so this only the glass panels 21 are removed from the combination glass shutter 5 and then the easily accessible screw 6 and thus the combination glass holder 5 is to be solved. Then the glazing 3 can be removed and replaced. The frame panel 22 does not have to be dismantled for this purpose.
In Fig. 5, a particularly suitable profile shape for the production of the panel 2 is shown. The glass panel 21 and the frame panel 22 of the panel 2 are made by extrusion molding. Thus, both panels can be made in one go, has a semi-finished 2 ', the profile shape shown in cross section and has at the point S a predetermined breaking point. For further processing, the glass panel 21 must be separated only at the predetermined breaking point S of the frame panel 22 and then pivoted. Such a combined production also has the advantage that the two profiles can be cut together to measure, which is why they are then designed exactly the same length.
The invention allows, in addition to the illustrated embodiment, further design approaches.
The panel 2 with the glass panels 21 and the frame panels 22 may also be attached to the combination glass holder 5 in a different way than by a latching receptacle. In this case, for example, rotary connectors, etc. can be used.
The locking lugs 55a and 55b of the locking receptacle 55 need not be offset from each other, but may also be configured identically with symmetrically arranged locking elements.
The angle α of the mounting hole 52 does not have to be 45 °. He may also deviate from this, with an angular range between 30 ° and 60 ° to a leg of the angle stopper is preferred.
The mounting hole 52 also need not be centrally located in the combination glass holder 5. It could also be present at one end thereof or, for example, two or more holes could also be arranged in the combination glass holder 5.
Instead of the extruded soft sealing material 54 on the glass retaining portion 53, a conventional decorative tape or the like could be provided at this point.
Furthermore, it is also not necessary that the frame profile 41 and the glazing 3 are in alignment with each other on the outside. In some embodiments, the frame profile 41 could be e.g. even further protrude outward, in which case either a further recess for the mounting portion 51 of the combination glass holder 5 is provided, or this is modified accordingly in its shape. In this case, the glass retaining portion 53 would be correspondingly offset from the parallel leg 51a of the
Fixing portion 51 are present.
In some embodiments, could also be dispensed with a frame panel 22 and only a glass panel 21 may be provided. This is particularly the case when the panel 2 is not covered on the outside by plaster or the like.
The sealing of the glass panel 21 with respect to the frame panel 22 at the connection point by means of the sealing cord 23 can also be dispensed with in many application cases. On the other hand, instead of a sealing cord 23, a silicone seal or the like may be provided.
The glass panels 21 need not be combined to form a one-piece, glazing surrounding the glass frame, but can also be provided individually.
Furthermore, it is also not necessary that the glass panel 21 and the frame panel 22 are made in one piece. They can also come from different sources.
The fixation of the combination glass holder 5 does not have to be done by a screw 6. It is also possible to choose one nail or several nails or another suitable method of connection.
It is understood that the composite window 1 also includes French doors or the like. Furthermore, the composite window 1 must not be configured rectangular, but may also include special forms. Moreover, instead of aluminum diaphragms, plastic diaphragms or the like can also be used, since according to the invention they do not have to exert any holding forces and also the glazing.
The composite window 1 does not necessarily have to be a window with fixed glazing; the invention can also be applied to opening windows.
