专利说明:
The invention relates to a firearm comprising a housing with a cartridge feeder, a closure, a trigger unit with trigger and optionally with a magazine shaft for receiving a magazine, and a unit of two superimposed runs. The threat scenario of the cold war, which reached into the late 80s and early 90s, and in which the armies faced each other and had to operate in troop maneuvers and position wars, moves more and more into the background in this form. In today's conflicts civil warlike scenarios and decentralized terrorist actions predominate in the urban environment. As a venue is thus more and more to accept the house fight. In this cramped urban space, the assault rifles of the soldiers, some of which were designed in the 1970s, are clearly too clumsy and outdated. A soldier, who has to fight both in the "close combat" in a staircase as well as immediately afterwards for example in 150m distance in a row of houses, should have a weapon, which adapts itself to the respective conditions. On the one hand, he needs a weapon with a long, precise barrel to be able to effectively combat a target at a distance, and on the other a short weapon, as one knows from the special units, in order to operate agile and agile in confined spaces. In the prior art adapter devices are known, which allow to clamp a normal pistol and use this weapon with a shoulder rest and an extended barrel at a greater distance. These solutions all have the disadvantage that on the one hand additional parts must be carried separately from the weapon, the conversion usually several handles, if not even the use of tools needed, and on the other hand, a mere extension of the barrel of the gun with a Aufsteckadapter also reduced reliability brings with it. These adapters are more technical gimmicks or are only used in private shooting, where the advantage should be that you do not have to buy two weapons in order to shoot at different shooting ranges. For use in crisis situations, these solutions are all unsuitable, since a change must take place quickly, without additional parts to be carried for the conversion. From WO 2014207586 Al, for example, a shotgun with telescopically extendable barrel is known. This telescopic extension serves primarily to change the angle of scatter of the shotgun pellets. For rifled-barreled rifles, however, such a solution is inappropriate. In US 3123928 A, a weapon is shown, in which a split barrel for cartridges and one for shotgun balls for transport can be folded down. However, the weapon is not ready for use in the transport state, since the two weggeklappten running sections hinder the actuation of the trigger. Furthermore, there is the problem that the split runs, just as with the adapter solutions, the reliability of the weapon against a solution with continuous one-piece run decreases. Object of the present invention is thus to provide a firearm, which eliminates the above-mentioned disadvantages, both as a compact weapon at a short distance, as well as longer firing ranges can be used, and wherein in the respective operating mode in each case an integrally continuous active running is present. The weapon should be switchable quickly and without the use of additional attachments between the individual operating modes. This object is achieved in that the upper run is longer than the lower run, and that guide units are provided on the unit of the two runs, which are guided in corresponding cams in the housing, whereby the two runs along the cams between two end positions movable are, whereby upon reaching the respective End positions alternately one of the two runs with the cartridge supply is aligned and thus forms the active barrel, which is lockable in this position. The weapon according to the invention thus combines two weapon systems, e.g. an assault rifle and submachine gun, in a single light handgun. You can switch between the two operating modes within a few seconds. The unit of the two superimposed runs is guided by the cams in the housing and centered in the respective end positions and locked. The lock can be released by means of a push button or lever and the running unit can be quickly transferred to the other operating mode. It is understood by one of ordinary skill in the art that depending on the design of the weapon, the cams on the barrel unit and the guide projections may be disposed in the housing. According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that both runs have the same caliber diameter. In principle, this weapon can also be used to quickly change two runs with different calibers. However, it is preferred that both runs have the same caliber diameter, so that no magazine change nor any other modifications are necessary and only the operation distance of the weapon is rapidly changeable. Another feature of the invention is that two substantially identically designed control cams are arranged on both sides of the unit consisting of two barrels in the housing, each barrel having on both sides at least one guide projection associated with the respective control cam. This represents a particularly simple and cost-effective solution, which allows high reliability and precise guidance of the running unit. It is further a feature of the present invention that each control curve each have two edge portions which extend from the lower and the upper end position, respectively, substantially parallel to the running direction, and a central portion which extends at an angle to the running direction and the two edge portions interconnecting and serving the vertical displacement of the two runs have. When switching between the two operating modes, consequently, after unlocking the currently active barrel, the user first pulls the barrel unit forward from the housing in the direction of the barrel, whereby the guide projections move along the respective edge portion of the control cam. Thereafter, the walking unit is moved vertically by moving over the central portion of the cams, either down when switching from short to long arms, or up when switching from long to short arms. Finally, the running unit is withdrawn along the respective second edge portion in the direction of the housing and the active barrel is locked again to the housing. It is a further feature of the present invention that the unit of the two superimposed runs is biased by means of at least one spring connected to the housing towards an end position, preferably in the direction of the end position in which the shorter barrel is aligned with the cartridge feed. Depending on the type of weapon, it may be a tension or compression spring or several springs. Also depending on the application, the switching in the direction of one or the other end position, ie in the direction of long gun or in the direction of the short weapon, by the bias can be done automatically. Preferably, a switch from long gun to short weapon thus particularly quickly possible. If the gun is currently using the longer barrel than the active barrel, all it takes is a release of the latch and the barrel will snap back to the active short barrel end position due to the spring and lock. Thus, the weapon can be made very quickly ready for close combat with just a hand grip. Finally, it is a feature of the invention that in the housing an extendable shaft is arranged with a shoulder rest. In order to additionally increase the aiming accuracy and the comfort in the operating mode with long running in active end position, an extendable shaft with shoulder rest can be provided in the housing. The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein 1 shows a schematic view of a weapon according to the invention in an end position with active short barrel, Fig. 2 shows the weapon of the invention from Fig. 1 in the other end position with active long barrel and Fig. 3 shows the weapon of the invention from Fig. 1 in an intermediate position when switching between the two end positions. The firearm according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 comprises a housing 1 in which a cartridge feeder 2, a beater unit, a shutter and a trigger (not shown) are housed. Furthermore, the housing 1 has a magazine shaft 3 for receiving a magazine 4 and handles 16. Optionally, as shown in the embodiment shown, other attachments may be housed on the housing, such as a sight 17 or mounting rails 18, such as a weaver rail. In the housing are also upper 9 and lower cams 10, in each of which guide projections 8 of a unit 5 of two superimposed runs 6.7, are performed. The guide projection of the upper barrel 6 is guided in the upper cam 9 and that of the lower barrel 7 in the lower cam 10th The cams 9,10 are each configured substantially the same. Each control cam has an upper edge portion 11 and a lower edge portion 12 which extend substantially parallel to the direction of the runs 6,7. These two edge sections 11, 12 each connect a middle section 13 which runs obliquely to the two edge sections 11, 12 and connects them to one another. In Fig. 1, the firearm is shown in an end position in which the shorter lower barrel 7 is aligned with the cartridge feeder 2 and locked as an active barrel. The longer upper run 6 is space-saving in the housing 1 brought underweight, so that the weapon is no longer than a standard handgun with short barrel. The weapon can therefore be easily used in close combat situations. Another advantage is that the overall structural length of the weapon is significantly, sometimes even more than half, compared to conventional long weapons shortened, which also facilitates the transport and storage of the weapon. If you now want to switch the weapon for use at a long distance, the barrel unit 5 is unlocked and initially pushed away in the direction of the runs 6.7 away from the housing, whereby the guide projections 8 along the upper edge portion 11 of the respective cam 9,10 slide. Upon reaching the central portion 13 of the cams 9,10, the unit 5 of the two runs 6.7 is displaced downwards, whereby the long upper run 6 is pushed in front of the cartridge feed 2. This intermediate position during displacement is shown in FIG. 3. Along the lower edge portion 12, the running unit 5 is pushed back towards the housing 1 and the now active longer run 6, which is now aligned with the cartridge feeder 2, locked, as shown in Fig. 2. In addition, for the use of the weapon at a long distance a housed in the housing 1 shaft 14 are pulled out with shoulder support 15.
