专利说明:

The invention relates to a mobile wood bundling device.
Firewood is increasingly not transported as bulk material, but in bundled form. For example, wooden pallets are provided according to Euronorm with side wooden walls, in which then the individual wood sections, which usually have a cutting length of either 330 or 500 mm, are bundled. These pallets are then transported to the dealers or to the consumer.
In addition, there are wood bundles, the round wood bundles with a certain size, usually 1 Rm produce. During storage, however, the bundles often deform, which can make further processing or further transport more difficult.
The object of the invention is to provide a mobile wood bundle device that allows fast bundling, transporting and possibly also further processing of the wood blanks.
The object is achieved by a mobile wood bundle device, with a bottom, a back wall extending from a rear edge of the floor, a coupling device to the floor and / or rear wall, with which the wood bundle device is reversibly coupled to a vehicle, characterized by a with a front side edge of the floor reversibly coupled (ie on and also decoupled) front wall, a cross-beam, which connects the rear wall and the front wall, between bottom and cross member on the one hand and between the rear wall and front wall on the other hand, a laterally accessible, cuboid bundle space is defined, and a drive means which can move the cross-beam and the front wall into a bundle unloading position in which the front wall is decoupled from the ground and moved away from the bundle at the front so that the bundling space is open at the front.
The bundling apparatus according to the invention is very easy to connect to (and reversibly connect to) a tractor, wheel loader, Unimog or the like and has a parallelepiped-shaped bundle space defined by a bottom, a cross-beam, a front wall and a rear wall. The front wall can be brought from a position in which it is coupled to the ground and defines the bundling space in a bundle unloading position in which the bundling space is open on the front, so that the previously generated bundle can be removed from the front of the device, because the front wall is no longer in the way of the bundle when unloading.
The drive means may be adapted to move the crosshead and the front panel from the bundle unloading position back to the front edge to restrain the bundling space again forwards and upwards. Thus, the drive means acts in two directions, from the bundle unloading position to the bundling position, in which the front wall is mechanically coupled to the ground, and in the opposite direction.
The drive device is preferably a pivoting device which acts on the crossbeam. An example of the execution of a pivoting device is a hydraulic cylinder, which may have a hydraulic connection on the vehicle side.
The crossbeam is particularly movably mounted in the region of the upper end of the rear wall in order to be moved into the bundle unloading position.
Furthermore, it is envisaged to form the crossbeam hinged. For this purpose, the cross-beam, for example, in two or more mutually movable, and in fact divided over a pivot axis coupled sections. In a further processing position, these pivotable sections are folded toward one another, so that the front wall, which is coupled to the front wall-side end of the cross-beam, can be space-savingly brought close to the rear wall.
In the further processing position, the front wall may even be arranged behind the contact surfaces of the rear wall delimiting the contact space, against which the wood sections abut.
In the wood bundle device itself, the bundle of wood can then be tensioned by straps that wrap around the wood bundle. For this purpose, the wood bundling device according to the invention has a belt tensioning device, via which the belt wrapping the bundle can be tensioned. A variant of this belt tensioning device provides that in the region of the rear wall a winding shaft is mounted, which allows a tensioning of the belt. This winding shaft can additionally increase the stability of the rear wall construction.
The invention also relates to a wood bundle device, which allows further processing of the wood bundled on it on the device itself. This is made possible by the fact that at least one vertically extending guide for a power saw is present on the wood bundling device. This long, especially 1 m long logs are cut to length. After bundling, for example, but also after tensioning the bundle with one or more straps, the bundle can be split longitudinally by the guide by holding or guiding a chain saw in the bundle device side guide and cutting it through the bundle of wood.
Preferably, several guides are provided in order to realize different log lengths. For example, there is a central guide that allows for cutting to 500 mm long logs, and additionally two further guides that allow cutting to 330 mm when the original log lengths were 1 m.
The at least one guide is preferably provided in the region of the rear wall. The at least one guide is free in a further processing position to the wood bundle, so that in this position the chainsaw can engage in the guide.
The wood bundling device according to the invention is also particularly easy to handle and particularly universally usable as a mobile wood bundling device. For this purpose, it is provided according to an embodiment of the invention that the bottom has freely projecting forks, which are retractable in pallet floors, especially in Euro pallets. Thus, the bundle of wood is immediately piled on a pallet, which is fixed in the wood bundle device, via the forks. The pallet base thus forms the bearing surface for the bundle formed on it.
The forks on the wood bundling device can preferably be moved towards and away from each other to be used flexibly for different pallet floors.
As an easy way to create a coupling device, the forks are made hollow. The forks are also open from the rear wall so that on-board forks on a tractor or other vehicle can be easily retracted into the hollow forks on the wood bundling apparatus to lift the wood bundling apparatus.
In the area of the rear wall, alternatively or in addition to these hollow forks, other coupling devices may also be provided. In particular, coupling points for a vehicle-side three-point linkage are formed in the region of the rear wall. Such a three-point power lift is also referred to as three-point hydraulic and serves as a universal interface attachments or attachments hydraulically coupled to the tractor or raise. Such three-point power lift are realized both on the back of a tractor and on the front (Heckhubwerk or front hitch). The downward movement is either hydraulically or in simple systems by the weight of the elements, in particular the lower link or the implements. The coupling points for the three-point linkage can in particular be transverse, freely accessible bolts or hollow pins or recordings for this purpose.
The wood bundling device according to the invention is in particular as far as possible welded together from hollow profiles in order to realize a high strength and still a low weight.
The rear wall has, for example, on the outside, that is to say left and right, hollow carrier profiles, from which stop walls protrude in the direction of the front side. These stop walls can be, for example, angled sheets. The contact surfaces of the stop walls are contacted by the bundle of wood and thus limit the bundling space.
Between the hollow beam profiles and the stop walls, a receiving space is formed, which can optionally accommodate the front wall in the finishing position. Thus, the front wall is not about far up, but the crossbar is pivoted together with the front wall upwards and then, due to the Faltbarkeit the crossbar, down safely introduced into the receiving space. Even in the further processing position, the wood bundle device according to the invention thus has a compact form.
The wood bundling device according to the invention can produce pallet dimensions of 1,200 x 1,000 mm, which can then be loaded on a truck in a form-fitting manner and without wasting space by means of the device and without changing tools.
The device itself has a dead weight of less than 200 kg, while maintaining high stability. Due to the displaceability of the forks, the bundle of wood does not have to be centered (as viewed in the longitudinal direction) on the device, but rather can be adjusted by shifting the forks. Furthermore, other dimensions of the logs can be produced, because on the displaceability of the forks relative to the guide rails, the length dimension of the logs is variable.
Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description and from the following drawings, to which reference is made.

FIG. 1 shows a mobile wood bundling apparatus which can be coupled to a tractor, another agricultural implement or a wheel loader and decoupled from it by means of a coupling device which is shown in greater detail.
The wood bundle device can produce a cuboid wood bundle (see FIG. 2), transport it and allow it to be further processed within the device, so it can assume three different positions in the sense of shapes.
The wood bundling apparatus comprises a floor 10, which is defined by two cantilevered forks 12. The forks 12 are designed so that they can be retracted on the bottom side in a Euro pallet 14 shown in FIG.
The two forks 12 are on a crossbar 16 of a multi-part rear wall 18 to each other and away from each other displaceable by the forks 12 have on their upper side a square tube 20, in which the crossbar 16 is received, so that forms a guide.
The rear wall 18 is designed as a load-bearing wall very stable and includes, inter alia, two outside vertical support in the form of hollow beam profiles 22. From these hollow beam profiles 22 extend attached to them, L-shaped stop walls 24 to the front ends of the forks 12 out. At the front-side contact surfaces 26 of the stop walls 24 are transverse to the forks 12 bundled logs 28 at.
The receiving space shown in FIG. 2, onto which and into which the individual logs 28 are bundled, is shown in side view (see FIG. 2) by the stop walls 24 provided at the rear edge of the floor 10, the forks 12, one at the front edge of the floor 10 positioned, eg grid-like front wall 30 and defined by a arranged at the upper end of the rear wall 18 cross-beam 32 and limited.
The front wall 30 comprises a substantially rectangular outer frame and a vertical central web 34, which still connects the upper and the lower cross bars 36 with each other. Further, in a window formed by the central web 34 and a parallel outside longitudinal bar, a mechanical locking device is provided, with a vertically extending locking bar 38, which can be raised vertically via a handle (see arrow in Figure 1).
The locking bar 38 passes through brackets 40 and through a corresponding opening in the transverse bar 36, opposite which it projects downwardly when locked. As a result, the locking bar 38 has a downwardly projecting from the transverse bar 36 pin which can engage in a top opening in a fork 12 (see Figure 4), so that there is a positive connection, but which is releasable by operating the handle. By this positive connection, the front wall 30 is fixed immovably to the bottom 10.
The cross-beam 32 is coupled via a pivot bearing 44 with the front wall 30. The cross-beam 32 extends to the rear wall 18 and is pivotally mounted there on a pivot bearing 46. A fork-shaped, one-armed double lever 48 is also connected to the cross-beam 32 and extends from the pivot bearing 46 further to the rear and forms a receptacle for a hydraulic cylinder 50 which is fastened at its lower pivot point to the rear wall and forms a drive means in the form of a pivoting device.
The cross-beam 32 is not a continuous rod, but, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, it consists of two sections, namely a rear-side portion 52 and a front wall-side portion 54, which are coupled to each other at a pivot axis 56. The rear wall-side portion 52 terminates in a kind of fork, which receives between them the back near end of the front wall side portion 54, wherein here also the pivot axis 56 is executed.
The fork-shaped end is closed by a stop plate 58 on its upper side, which is welded to the fork. The stop member 58 ensures that upon application of a downward force on the cross-beam 32, this is stable. In the opposite direction, the crossbeam would fold about the pivot axis 56, in the position shown in Figure 8 later explained in more detail. But to ensure a lock even when applying a force coming from below, a locking pin 60 is provided which can be inserted through corresponding openings 70 in the fork and corresponding aligned openings in the section 54. Then the cross-beam 32 is bending stable in all directions. After removal of the locking pin 60, the crossbeam is hinged.
The rear wall 18 also has an additional stabilization by a carrier 72, which connects the vertically extending hollow beam profiles 22 together.
A belt tensioning device 74 in the form of a winding shaft 76 also stabilizes the rear wall 18. The winding shaft 76 extends through openings, for example in the upper end of the hollow beam profiles 22. Laterally projecting ends of the shaft 76 carry handles 78, with which rotation of the shaft 76 is possible.
As already explained above, the mobile wood bundling device has a coupling device, with which it can be coupled to a vehicle-side three-point linkage. For this purpose, three triangularly arranged coupling points 80 are provided. The lower coupling points 80 are nose-shaped metal plates 80, each with an insertion direction for lower link pins, which can be used here. These metal plates 80 are welded to sheet metal strips 82, which in turn are welded to the hollow carrier profiles 22. The upper, middle coupling point is formed by a so-called Oberlenkeraufnahme 84, with two welded to the rear wall, spaced-apart plates having a plurality of mutually aligned openings through which a top link pin can be inserted.
Downwardly open U-shaped, welded to the metal strips 82 fork-shaped receptacles 86 also allow the wood bundle device quickly coupled on the vehicle side.
The function of the device according to the invention is explained below with reference to the figures.
Figures 1 and 2 show the device when it is circumferentially closed as viewed in a lateral view, that is, the front wall 30 is locked to the floor 10, and the cross-beam 32 is also locked, as shown in Figure 7. The laterally accessible bundle space is filled with wood, the individual logs 28 are transverse to the forks 12th
Preferably, however, before wood is bundled here, a pallet 14 is still placed on the ground. This pallet 14 can be inserted laterally in the bundle position, that is to be placed on the forks 12. Alternatively, this is the preferred variant, the front wall 30 is unlocked from the bottom 10, so that the forks 12 can be driven with their cantilevered ends under the bottom of the pallet 14. After completing the bundling process, which produces a bundle of wood bundles, straps are placed around the bundle which enclose the bundle by passing the straps along the back wall 18, the bottom 10, the front wall 30 and the crossbar 32. The straps are received on the shaft 76 via brackets 90, for example. Subsequently, the shaft 76 is rotated until the straps are stretched and the logs 28 are fixedly coupled to the pallet 14. This compacts the bundle and is inherently stable.
In this state, the lock can then be released by operating the handle on the locking rod 38. In the preferred variant, the hydraulic cylinder is so strong that it pulls the front wall 30 itself out of the lock. The operator does not have to leave his tractor.
To settle the sitting on the pallet 14 and with him a unit forming bundle for several years drying, therefore, the cross-beam 32 together with the front wall 30 with the
Hydraulic cylinder pivoted so high that the front wall 30 depends on the stack, for which purpose the locking pin 60 is not released, the cross-beam 32 thus remains a unit. The stack can then be deposited at a storage location, since the front wall does not stand in the way when the pallet is removed. The lowering and pivoting back of the front wall 30 together with the cross-beam 32 in the position in which is bundled, can then be carried out hydraulically via the cylinder 50 then again. Before, however, an empty pallet 14 is usually put on again.
In this front open, also known as bundle unloading position, the device can be moved, for example, by a wheel loader. Namely, the forks 12 are hollow and open from the rear wall 18 so as to provide insertion holes 92 for the forks of the vehicle.
Thus, not only the coupling points 80, 84 or 86, but also the hollow forks 12 are present as a coupling device. Several of these coupling devices can be used or only some, so that the wood bundle device is very flexible and independent of the fleet of the user.
When the operator then wishes to pick up and split a dry bundle, he converts the device to a third position (further processing position), which is shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
Without the bundle being received, the locking pin 60 is pulled and the front wall 30 is pivoted upwardly by the drive means. Thus, the cross-beam 32 bends about the pivot axis 56, so that the illustrated in Figure 5, compact, so to speak folded position of the front wall 30 and cross-beam 32 results. In this position, as can be seen in FIG. 6, the front wall 30 lies behind the stop walls 26 in a receiving space of the rear wall 30. This receiving space is formed between the stop walls 26 and the hollow profile carriers 22.
In the position shown in Figure 5, the bundle of wood can be further processed, on the device itself. Furthermore, the processed bundle can also be moved and transported as a forklift and sold. For further processing, as can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, a plurality of U-shaped strips formed vertically mounted on the rear wall 18 guides 98 are provided. The guides 98 serve as receptacles for the sword of a power saw, which can be inserted into the corresponding guide 98 and moved vertically. Depending on the desired length of the logs, either only the middle guide 98 can be used, which then separates 1 m long wooden logs 28 in 500 mm long logs in a Euro pallet, or the two outer guides 98, so that logs with a length of 330 mm result.
After further processing, the pallet can also be loaded onto a truck with the wood bundling device, which acts like a forklift end. Finally, the wood bundle device is removed from the pallet and can be used again for further bundling.
The device can then be e.g. be quickly rebuilt for bundling by the section 52 is pivoted forward and the portion 54, including the front wall is pivoted upward until finally the locking pin 60 and the locking rod 38 can be inserted into their Verrieglungsöffnungen again.
The wood bundling apparatus shown is also characterized by the fact that the activities undertaken by the user are very easy to handle, they are more or less just locking and unlocking handles. The handling is very fast, and the device is extremely flexible. It is not only suitable for bundling, but also for transporting the finished stocked pallets and for further processing, that is, for cutting the logs through the guides 98th
The locks are self-locking, that is, they can not open independently, but require a manual or hydraulic.
The wood bundle device is also very simple and easy to build, by numerous hollow tubes that are welded together.
