ground anchor
The invention relates to a basic anchor, which is directly insertable into a floor, comprising an at least partially hollow main body, wherein in this at least two movable, can be driven into the ground arms are arranged.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a use of such a basic anchor.
Basic anchors are known from the prior art. These are used in particular for the attachment of tents or the like, wherein these are driven into a ground. In a simple embodiment, ground anchors are rod-shaped with a hook at their upper ends. About the hook a rope or the like with the ground anchor on the ground can be fastened.
Such simple trained ground anchors or pegs have the disadvantage that they are not designed to be particularly stable or stabilizing. Therefore, with such pegs no large loads fastened, as they can solve even at low forces from the soil or soil.
To overcome this drawback, more complex ground anchors have become known. For example, DE 1 942 775 A discloses an anchor comprising a pile with a tip end. Furthermore, this tenting arms are provided which are slidably disposed within the pile. These tentacles come out of the ground when a force is exerted. However, it is disadvantageous that the tentacles form a hook in the ground, so that they can not be moved back into the pile.
In US 1,629,353 A a ground anchor is disclosed which, after insertion thereof into a ground, can be machined such that arms exit into the earth. Furthermore, such a basic anchor also includes means for retracting the arms. However, a basic anchor disclosed in this document has the disadvantage that it must be inserted into a hole to be made in the ground and constitutes a permanent fixture.
The object of the invention is to provide a basic anchor of the type mentioned, with which tents or the like are stably fixed and which is used several times.
Further, it is an object of the invention to provide a use of such a basic anchor.
The object is achieved in that in a basic anchor of the type mentioned, the arms for fixing the ground anchor in the bottom are reversibly moved out of the main body, wherein the arms are formed elastically deformable.
An advantage achieved by the invention is to be seen in particular in that by the elastically deformable or flexible design of the arms they are so inserted into a soil or in a soil that is fixed by the same ground anchor stable in the ground releasably. When driving the arms, these are bent at the same time, so that a good anchoring is achieved with little effort. For this purpose, it can be provided with advantage that the arms are already arranged with a slight or slight bend in the main body. The elastically deformable formation of the arms in combination with the immediate insertion of the ground anchor in the ground allows a repeated use of the same, this is easy to handle. A previous creation of a hole in the ground for later attachment of the anchor is not required.
The basic anchor or its main body is in particular formed rod-shaped with a round cross-section. However, the cross section of the main body can also be formed, for example, oval or polygonal. In order to enable a simple insertion of the ground anchor in the ground, it is advantageous if this is rotationally symmetrical.
A number of arranged in the main body movable arms is particularly dependent on how strong an attachment should be and what maximum force for driving should not be exceeded. Also, the diameter of the main body plays a role in this regard, as far as a simple production is concerned. In principle, the stronger the attachment should be or the larger the diameter, the more arms can be arranged in the main body.
In order to introduce the base body directly or directly and without a previously created hole in the soil or in a soil, for example, by hammer blows, the lower end may be formed tapered. The lower end of the basic anchor is that which enters as the first part of the same in the ground. Furthermore, it can also be provided that the arms themselves are formed at an exiting into the ground end with a taper, so that an introduction of the same is facilitated in the soil. A cross section of the arms can in principle be of any desired design, for example round, oval, rectangular or square. These are preferably flat in each case. The basic anchor is expediently made to a large extent of a steel, so that it is robust and resistant and thus designed for repeated use.
It is advantageous if the main body is formed with a tip end, wherein the arms are moved out of the main body above the top. The tip is preferably conical or cone-shaped. However, it may be provided that the conical shape is interrupted circumferentially or the cone is not executed over the entire surface. The end-side design of the main body with a tip allows a simple, as possible resistance-free insertion of the ground anchor in the soil or the soil. The tip is arranged at this end of the main body, which first enters the ground. Penetration of the ground anchor in the ground is preferably carried out by hammer blows on the tip of the opposite end of the main body. This can for this purpose include a closure element, which z. B. is arranged non-positively releasably connected to an upper end of the main body. In order to move the arms above the tip out of the main body, recesses are provided therein, a number of the recesses corresponding to a number of the arms. The recesses are designed so that the arms pass through them with as little play as possible in order to prevent soil from entering the hollow main body. At the same time, however, the recesses are formed with the play so that the arms can escape through the same as possible without resistance. Further, it is favorable if the tip is formed within the main body with a conical shape, so that the arms when exiting the main body rest on such a cone.
It is advantageous if, within the main body, a detachably locatable actuating bolt for driving the arms is provided. In particular, the actuating bolt is insertable into the main body after insertion of the basic anchor into the ground. The arrangement of the actuating bolt in the main body is advantageously non-positively, for example by a screw or a bayonet lock. After mounting, the actuating pin projects out of the main body.
It is provided that the actuating pin interacts directly or indirectly with the arms in order to move the arms partially out of the main body by exerting force on the actuating bolt. Preferably, in this case, the actuating pin interacts indirectly with the arms via a connecting element, via which when force is applied to the actuating bolt by, for example, hammering, this force is transmitted to the arms, whereby they move out of the main body. The arms are preferably arranged non-positively on a lower end of the connecting element, wherein the connecting element is slidably mounted or movable in the main body. At an upper end of the connecting element this takes the actuating pin force and / or positively releasable, for example via a screw or a bayonet lock. In order to actuate the actuating bolt in a ground anchor located in the ground or ground, this can be formed with a greater length than the main body. Conveniently, the length of the actuating bolt is adjusted relative to the length of the main body so that the actuating bolt still protrudes from the main body when the arms are fixed in a driven-in position in the ground. As a result, the arms can later easily be released from the ground again by counteracting actuation of the fastening bolt and brought into the original position. The actuating bolt is preferably operated with hammer blows on the upper end or set in motion.
Conveniently, a partially disposed within the main body fastener is provided for a rope, wherein the fastener is releasably connectable to the main body. The fastener is insertable into the same after removal of the actuating bolt from the main body. For this it may be necessary to remove the end element first. This in turn is preferably non-positively connected to the main body, for example via a screw connection. Also, the fastening element preferably projects out of the main body of the basic anchor and its upper end is formed so that a cable or the like can be fastened thereto. For this purpose, this can be formed for example with a hook or a ring. It is advantageous if the fastening element comprises a cover, on the one hand to protect the basic anchor or its components against damage and on the other hand to prevent leg injuries in the event of unintentional contact. The cover is preferably formed from a plastic.
It is advantageous if a returnable element which can be fastened detachably within the main body is provided for retrieving the arms from the floor. The return element is designed, for example, as a slide hammer and can be introduced into the hollow main body of the basic anchor and detachably fastened. It is understood that for this purpose both the fastener and the actuating pin are removed from the main body. Also, the return member preferably protrudes from the main body and is formed at an upper end so that it can be operated by hammer blows on the same so that the arms are recoverable back into the main body. At the same time or in a second step, the entire ground anchor can be removed from the ground again by actuating the return element. Optionally, the actuating bolt may be formed so that it can also serve as a return element. In this case, a part is unnecessary, which simplifies the overall construction.
It is advantageous if the arms are formed from a spring steel. Spring steel has the advantage that it is elastically deformable or flexible in the given dimensions of the arms. In addition, this additionally has a higher strength compared to other steels.
A use of a basic anchor according to the invention is advantageously carried out for the attachment of tents.
Further features, advantages and effects of the invention will become apparent from the embodiments illustrated below. In the drawings, to which reference is made, show:

Fig. 1 shows a basic anchor 1 according to the invention, which is designed for direct or immediate insertion, in particular hammer blows on the same, in an earthy soil or the like; a hole in the ground is not necessary. The basic anchor 1 comprises an at least partially hollow main body 2, in which arms 3 are arranged. In the basic anchor 1 according to FIG. 1, two arms 3 are arranged within the main body 2. However, it can also be provided three, four or more arms 3, wherein a number of arms 3 of the desired strength of a fixation, a diameter of the main body 2 and a geometric design of the arms 3 itself is dependent. An arm 3 is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, wherein FIG. 2 is a side view and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the arm 3. All arranged in the main body 2 arms 3 are identical. The arm 3 is bent and flat and has a rectangular in section shape with an end point 8 on. In addition, the arm 3 is flexible or elastically deformable, in particular made of a spring steel. Arranged in the basic anchor 1 arms 3 can escape with the taper 8 in the soil or the soil. At one of the escalation 8 opposite end of the arm 3 is formed with a hole 9 through which a screw or the like can be guided.
At a lower end of the basic anchor 1 is formed with a tip 4. This is preferably conically shaped, so that the basic anchor 1 can be inserted via the same in a soil. The tip 4 and the main body 2 are shown in Fig. 4 and preferably manufactured in one step. However, it can also be provided that these are formed from two separate parts and brought together, in particular by welding. Between the tip 4 and the main body 2 not shown further recesses are provided, through which the arms 3 can occur in an arrangement of the basic anchor 1 in the ground or in a soil from the main body 2. In order to specify a sliding direction and bending of the arms 3, a rear end arranged inside the main body 2 is likewise conical, the tip 4 of this cone being cut off. A number of the recesses coincides with the number of arms 3 and a size thereof is dimensioned so that the arms 3 can indeed pass through them well, but as little play between the recesses and the arms 3 is provided. As a result, an entry of soil, dirt or the like into the main body 2 is avoided.
For actuating the arms 3, an actuating pin 5 can be detachably arranged in the main body 2 of the basic anchor 1, which is shown in Fig. 5. This preferably interacts directly with the arms 3. For this purpose, a connecting element 10 shown in FIG. 6 is provided within the main body 2, which receives the actuating bolt 5. A connection of the connecting element 10 and the actuating bolt 5 is in particular non-positively, for example via a screw or a bayonet lock, for which purpose both elements are formed accordingly. On the side opposite the actuating pin 5 side of the connecting element 10, this is connected to the arms 3, in particular via screws, for which holes 11 are provided. Between an inner side of the main body 2 and the actuating bolt 5, an intermediate element 12 shown in FIG. 7 is arranged, so that the actuating bolt 5 is connected to the main body 2 indirectly and without recess. The actuating bolt 5 projects beyond an upper end of the main body 2 and thus out of the ground. By an exercise of force, in particular via hammer blows on the actuating pin 5, the arms 3 are moved over the connecting element 10 and pushed out of the main body 2 into the surrounding soil. Have the arms 3 such a position for fixing the
Basic anchor 1 reached in the soil or soil, the actuating pin 5 is removable again from the main body 2.
Fig. 8 shows a fastener 6, which is partially in the main body 2 can be arranged and to which a rope of a tent or the like can be fastened or via which this can be brought into contact with the ground anchor 1. A connection between the fastening element 6 and the main body 2 is preferably carried out non-positively. Before inserting the fastening element 6, it may be necessary to remove a closing element 13 arranged at the upper end of the main body 2. The closing element 13 is shown in FIG. 9.
10 and 11 show two views of a further embodiment of a fastening element 6, which comprises a cover 7. The cover 7 is flat, curved and oval in plan view. This is preferably formed from a plastic.
