专利说明:

The invention relates to a brake lining carrier plate comprising a carrier plate base body which has a front side for the arrangement of at least one brake pad and a back for arranging the carrier plate base body on a carrier element, wherein at least one securing element is arranged on the back and projecting over this.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a brake lining element comprising a brake pad carrier plate and at least one brake pad.
In addition, the invention relates to a disc brake comprising a carrier element on which a plurality of brake lining elements are arranged and connected thereto.
The invention also relates to a method for producing a brake lining element comprising a brake pad carrier plate and at least one brake pad, wherein the brake pad carrier plate has a carrier plate main body with a front side for arranging the at least one brake pad and a back for arranging the carrier plate main body on a carrier element, wherein on the back of the carrier plate body and projecting over this at least one securing element is arranged.
Brake pads for heavy-duty disc brakes, as used for example in rail vehicles, are known from the prior art. For example, reference is made to DE 10 2012 103 196 A1, which also gives a good overview of the different production methods of the brake lining carrier plates used in these disc brakes. Such disc brakes usually have a plurality of brake pad elements, which are mounted on egg nem support member grouped together, as can be seen for example from DE 20 2005 004 040 U1 or DE 44 36 457 A1. For mounting the brake pad carrier plates on a support member rivets are usually used, being used to secure additional security elements that protrude beyond the back of the brake pad support plate and protrude into corresponding recesses in the support member. These securing elements are usually made of steel bolts, which are turned off to the correct level and then pressed into the brake pad carrier plate. This not only causes additional work, but is also a risk of breakage in this area. After these securing element are connected only in the region of the brake lining carrier plate with this, but not with the support member, the securing elements in the direction of the brake pad "emigrate" and possibly damage this.
The invention has for its object to provide an improved brake pad, in particular an improved brake pad carrier plate available.
The object of the invention is achieved by the brake pad carrier plate mentioned above, in which the securing element is formed integrally with the carrier plate base body.
Next, the object of the invention is achieved by the aforementioned brake pad member having a brake pad support plate according to the invention.
In addition, the object of the invention is achieved by the disc brake mentioned above, in which the brake lining elements are designed according to the invention.
The object of the invention is also achieved by the method mentioned, according to which it is provided that the at least one securing element is produced by deep drawing of the carrier plate base body of the material.
The advantage here is that the production of the brake pad support plate can be significantly simplified by the saving of the steps "turning" and "press-in" with respect to the attachment of the at least one securing element to the carrier plate base body. In addition, can be better prevented by the integral formation of at least one fuse element that this can solve unexpectedly during operation of the disc brake.
According to a variant embodiment of the brake lining carrier plate, it is preferably provided that the securing element is produced from the material of the carrier plate base body by deep drawing of the carrier plate base body. It can thus be easily manufactured with high accuracy at least one fuse element, which can be saved by its production from the carrier plate body additional material, which not only cost savings can be achieved, but thus a reduction in weight of the brake pad support plate by the elimination of additional material for the at least one fuse element can be realized.
According to another embodiment of the brake lining carrier plate can be provided that the securing element has a recess in the axial direction of the securing element. It is thus an embodiment of the brake pad member allows, in which the brake pad is arranged extending into the recess in the securing element. This embodiment of the brake lining carrier plate and the brake lining element allows a better stiffening of the at least one securing element, so that it is better protected against deformations during operation of the disc brake.
According to a further embodiment of the brake lining element can be provided that the brake pad is positively received in the recess of the securing element, whereby the above-mentioned effects can be improved. In addition, a better connection of the brake lining to the brake pad carrier plate can thus be achieved.
For a better understanding of the invention, this will be explained in more detail with reference to the following figures.
Each shows in a simplified, schematic representation:
Figure 1 shows a braking element in plan view.
FIG. 2 shows the brake element according to FIG. 1 cut in side view according to the line II-II in FIG. 1.
By way of introduction, it should be noted that the location information chosen in the description, such as the top, bottom, side, etc. related to the immediately described and illustrated figure and to be transferred to a new position analogously to the new situation.
In Figs. 1 and 2, a brake pad member 1 is shown in plan view and cut in side view. The brake lining element 1 comprises or consists of a brake lining carrier plate 2 on which at least one brake lining 3 is arranged or fastened.
In principle, it is possible that, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, that the brake pad support plate 2 in terms of their size - as viewed in plan view - is just so large that only one brake pad 3 can be arranged thereon. Optionally, the brake lining carrier plate 2 may be slightly larger by up to 10%, in particular by up to 5%, so that the brake lining element 1 has an annular free edge 4 along the outer circumference on the outer circumference, which may possibly also be pulled up, so that the brake lining 3 may be bordered at least partially along its outer periphery of the brake pad support plate 2, as indicated by dashed lines in Fig. 2.
In addition, however, it is also possible for the brake pad carrier plate 2 to be larger than the brake pad 3 (again viewed in plan view), so that more than one brake pad 3, for example two or three or four, etc., brake pads 3 are arranged on a single brake pad carrier plate 2 and can be connected to it.
The brake pad support plate 2 comprises one or consists of a carrier plate base body 4. The carrier plate body 4 is in the preferred imple mentation of the brake lining carrier plate 2 made of a flat sheet of a metallic material, in particular steel, by punching. The brake pad carrier plate 2 is thus preferably made at least approximately endkon-tournah. Of course, other methods, such as cutting, e.g. Laser cutting, etc., can be used.
The brake lining element 1 is shown in plan view in plan view at least approximately triangular with rounded tips. It should be noted, however, that the brake lining element 1 can also have a different shape.
The base plate body 4 has a front 5 and a back 6. The front side 5 is that side or surface of the carrier plate base body 4, on which the at least one brake pad 3 is arranged. On the other hand, the brake pad support plate 2, and thus the brake lining element 1, is arranged on a carrier element 7 via the rear side 6 and fastened thereon. The support member 7 is shown in Figs. 1 and 2 fragmentary. Usually, a plurality of such brake lining element 1 are arranged on the carrier element 7, as has been mentioned above.
The brake lining element 1 can be fastened directly on the carrier element 7. But it is also possible that between the support member 7 and the brake pad member 1, in particular the brake pad support plate 2, at least one spring element is arranged, as is known per se.
The connection of the brake lining element 1 to the carrier element 7 via at least one, in particular exclusively one, fastener 8. The fastener 8 is preferably bolt-shaped, in particular a rivet, as is also known per se. But there are also other attachment methods applicable, such as a screw, etc. Preferably, the brake pad member 1 is releasably connected to the support member.
To arrange the fastening element 8 on the brake lining carrier plate 2, a recess 9 in the form of a through-hole, in particular a bore, is introduced into the carrier plate base body 4 so that the fastening element 8 can be inserted from the front 5 into this recess 9. The fastening element 8 extends through the entire layer thickness of the carrier plate base body 4 and projects beyond the rear side 6, as can be seen from FIG. Preferably, the head of the fastening element 8 is arranged sunk in the carrier plate body so that it does not protrude into the brake pad 3.
In addition to the at least one fastening element 8, the carrier plate main body 4 still has at least one securing element 10. However, more than one securing element 10 can also be arranged, preferably two, or three or four, etc.
The at least one securing element 10 is likewise projecting beyond the rear side 6 of the carrier element base body 4 in the direction of the carrier element 7. Preferably, however, the at least one securing element 10 extends only over a length in the direction of the fastening element 8, which is smaller than the total length of the fastening element 8 viewed in the same direction, respectively on the projection of the fastening element 8 and the securing element 10 on the back 6 of Base plate body 4 related. About the at least one securing element 10, the brake pad member 1 can be arranged secured against rotation on the carrier element 7, including the carrier element at the corresponding location has a recess or an opening into or into which projects the at least one securing element 10. Preferably, therefore, the at least one securing element 10 does not penetrate the carrier element 7.
The at least one securing element 10 is formed in one piece with the carrier plate base body 4. In particular, it is made of its material by deep drawing of the carrier plate base body 4.
The at least one securing element 10 may have a circular cross-section viewed in plan view of the brake lining element 1. After the fuse element 10 but is not made of a separate bolt-shaped component by turning, other cross-sections, such as an oval, a quadrangular (square, rectangular, ...), a pentagonal, a hexagonal, etc. are easy to produce, which the rotation of the brake lining element 1 relative to the carrier element 7 can be further improved.
Preferably, the outer circumference of the at least one securing element 10 is adapted to the cross section of this receiving recess or the opening in the support member 7, so that between the securing element 10 and the support member 7, a positive connection is formed.
The brake lining 3 is preferably made of a sintered material, for example on a copper-based sintered material. But there are also other materials possible, such as a fiber-reinforced resin.
The brake lining 3 can be glued or soldered or welded to the brake lining carrier plate 2, as is known per se. In order to improve the connection of the brake lining 3 to the brake lining carrier plate 2, the brake lining 3 may have at least one projection 11 which projects into a recess 12 in the carrier plate base body 4. The recess 12 may also be formed as a breakthrough by the base plate body 4.
Preferably, more than one such projection 11 and more than one such recess 12 are provided, for example two, as can be seen from Fig. 1, or three or four, etc. It is further preferred if between the at least one projection 11 and the at least one recess 12 is also formed a positive connection.
With regard to the cross-sectional shapes of the at least one projection 11 and the at least one recess 12, reference is made to the above statements on the securing element 10 for this purpose.
According to a variant embodiment of the brake lining carrier plate 2 (and thus of the brake lining element 1), it can be provided that the securing element 10 has a recess 13 in an axial direction 14 of the securing element 10. Preferably, this recess 13 is formed as an opening, as is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2. In this case, the at least one projection 11 of the brake pad 3 can be placed on it in such a way that it protrudes into this recess 13 in the securing element 10, as shown in broken lines in FIG. 2. It can then be dispensed with the recesses 12 in the carrier plate base body 4, although it is possible in this embodiment of the brake lining element 1 that the brake pad 3 has a plurality of projections 11, of which a part in the recesses 12 in the carrier plate body 44 and the other part in the recesses 13 in the at least one securing element 10 protrudes.
Preferably, a positive connection is also formed between the at least one projection of the brake lining 3, which protrudes into the recess of the at least one securing element 10. It is thus possible, at least partially compensate for a wall thickness reduction of the securing element 10 based on the wall thickness of the carrier plate base body 4, which is due to the deep-drawing process for producing the at least one securing element 10.
It should be noted at this point that the comments on at least one securing element 10 in the presence of more than one securing element 10 can also be transferred to this further securing element 10.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the fastening element 8, which can also be referred to as a securing element in the broadest sense, can likewise be or can be produced at least partially, in particular entirely, by deep-drawing from the carrier plate base body 4. In this case, the end, which projects into or through the support element 7, or caulked, with the support member 7 can be caulked.
The brake lining element is preferably used in a disc brake for rail vehicles, in particular high-speed trains.
The exemplary embodiments show or describe possible design variants, it being noted at this point that various combinations of the individual design variants are also possible with one another.
For the sake of order, it should finally be pointed out that for a better understanding of the structure of the brake pad element 1, this part has been shown to be incomplete and / or enlarged and / or reduced in size.
