专利摘要:
Arrangement for holding the catenary (11) and contact wire (12) existing overhead line electric rail vehicles, with a catenary mast (1, 2) of the guides (6, 21) for a mast upwardly extending carrier. The carrier (7) is displaceable in the guides (6, 21) and carries a catenary support (10) consisting of a rod shaped into an open loop (10), the ends of which are mounted on the carrier (7). The two opposite sections of the loop are connected by a strut (31), at the upper part of the support cable (11) and at the lower part of the contact wire (12) is mounted. The strut (31) is mounted transversely displaceable on the loop (10). On the strut (31) engages a rope (41), over which the strut (31) from the bottom is displaceable. This facilitates the operation.

专利说明:

The invention relates to an arrangement for holding the catenary and trolley wire catenary electrical rail vehicles, with a catenary mast having guides for a mast upwardly extending carrier, wherein the carrier is slidable in the guides and carries a overhead line holding boom consisting of a rod shaped into an open loop, the ends of which are mounted on the support, the two opposite portions of the loop being interconnected by a strut, at the upper part of which the support cable and at the lower part the contact wire is supported the strut is mounted transversely displaceable on the loop.
Such an arrangement is described in patent number ... (A 476/2015).
By the invention of the parent patent, an arrangement is provided which is simpler and safer than the known Z-cantilever.
Due to the displaceability of the strut a zig-zag course of the overhead line is possible.
The invention has set itself the goal of enabling a displacement of the strut from the ground.
This is achieved by the strut engaging a rope over which the strut is slidable from the ground.
In the context of the invention, the rope may be an endless rope, which is guided over two pulleys.
The rotation of the pulleys could e.g. be done by an electric motor that can be operated by a switch from the ground.
In a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention, mechanical actuation can be achieved by connecting the deflection roller closer to the mast to a further deflection roller, via which a further endless cable is guided, which is looped over a deflection roller arranged near the bottom, preferably via a crank. Also, an embodiment with only one endless rope, which is guided over three pulleys to the ground, possible.
In the following, the invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, without being limited to this example. Showing:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an arrangement according to the invention;
Fig. 2 in an enlarged scale a partial view of the strut.
An inventive catenary mast has two mold tubes, of which in Fig. 1, only the forming tube 1 is visible on. The parallel shaping tubes are connected to each other at the bottom by a connecting piece 3 and at the top by a connecting piece 4. At the connector 3, a pipe 5 is attached, which serves to anchor the mast in the ground.
At the upper guide piece 4, a guide 6 is fixed to a carrier 7, which is vertically displaceable in the guide 6.
At the support 7 made of GRP, at 8 and 9, the ends of a cantilever 10 are supported, consisting of a rod shaped into an open loop. The boom 10 carries the overhead line, namely the top of the support cable 11 and below, as can be seen from the parent patent, the contact wire 12th
The two opposite sections of the loop of the boom 10 are connected by struts 30, 31 with each other. The strut 31 is slidably mounted on the loop. On the strut 31, the support cable 11 and the contact wire are attached.
Due to the displaceability of the strut 31, it is possible to guide the overhead line zig-zag, whereby a more uniform wear is achieved. In Fig. 1, this is indicated.
From FIGS. 1 and 2 it can be seen that the strut 31 is slidably mounted in tubes 32, 33.
At the upper end of the strut 31, an arm 35 is attached, which supports the supporting cable 11. In a pivoting of the boom 10, the support cable 11 is therefore not verwürgt.
On the strut 31, a tube 40 is slidably mounted on which an endless cable 41 is fixed, which is guided over two pulleys 42, 43. With the guide roller 42 is coaxially another deflection roller 44 is connected, via which a further endless cable 45 is guided. The endless cable 45 is looped over a deflection roller 46 arranged near the bottom, which is provided with a crank 47.
By actuation of the crank 47, the guide roller 46 is rotated, thereby moving endless cable 45 rotates the guide roller 44, whereby the seated on the same axis pulley 42 is rotated.
As a result, the endless cable 41 is moved, which thereby entrains the strut 31, which is guided in the opposite sections of the loop.
Numerous modifications are possible within the scope of the invention. Thus, as already stated, the actuation of the deflection roller 42 could take place via an electric motor controlled from the ground. Furthermore, a strut sliding rope could also be an open rope, both ends of which are led to the ground, so that by tightening at one of the ends of the strut is moved.
