专利说明:

The invention relates to a signal light having a plurality of light sources in an x- or cross-shaped arrangement, which with a radio unit for transmitting and receiving signals according to GSM standard, a transmitting and receiving unit according to BLUETOOTH standard and the current geographic position determining each GPS unit is provided.
In particular, to hedge in traffic accidents, or in the event of a vehicle breakdown, it is known to use a so-called "breakdown warning triangle" to hedge the accident or a damaged vehicle and other road users on the occurred accident, or to alert the damaged vehicle and to warn, in order to prevent a recent accident by the following traffic. Such known warning triangles usually consist of three equally long strips, which are provided with a reflective surface or so-called "cat's eyes" through which the light from vehicles is to be reflected in order to generate an optical warning. From practice, however, it has become known that these known warning triangle devices have a number of disadvantages. Thus, the recognizability of, only visually striking by reflection of the beam of a vehicle warning triangle only be given for the approaching to the warning triangle vehicle when the available braking distance for safe deceleration of the subject vehicle is no longer sufficient before the scene of the accident. If the light of a vehicle is too weak or not beamed at the correct angle on the warning triangle, the warning effect may be correspondingly inadequate. A further significant reduction in the visibility of the warning triangle is given in bad weather conditions, such as heavy precipitation by rain or snow, fog, smoke near the scene of the accident, and at dusk and darkness. Such a warning triangle is described for example in the document DE 20 2004 013 522 Ul. In order to eliminate these known disadvantages of a warning triangle, it has already been proposed to provide a warning triangle with various active lighting units, such as light-emitting diodes (LEDs), which emit optical signals alone or in combination with light guides (cf., for example, DE 20 2013 103 219 Ul, DE 10 2010 025 607 A1 and AT 407 977 B).
As another way to warn other road users of an accident or a damaged vehicle, the use of so-called "warning lights" has become known. Such warning lights consist mainly of a housing for receiving a light source or a light source controlling the electronics, a parabolic reflector and a transparent disc, which in turn may contain refractive elements. The light exit surface is thereby facing the incoming traffic to warn them by the effects of light. Such warning lights, which are used in particular for the protection of construction sites, have long been prior art (see, for example: DE 195 22 420 Al). Although such warning lights have evolved over time, they still have various shortcomings. In particular, in poor visibility conditions (precipitation of rain or snow, smoke, sandstorm, blizzard, etc.) can be confused with brake, tail or flashing lights. Moreover, the lighting elements may be damaged by breakage of the outer sheaths, especially when considering that such a warning light without fixation in the trunk of a vehicle is carried in a certain place so that they can easily slip, except that when carrying luggage, the luggage can damage the warning light.
Warning triangles and warning lights are used to safeguard an accident or breakdown in accordance with legal requirements.
Fonts always placed at a certain distance to the events to be secured on the ground. In practice, however, it has been found that this can have a significant adverse effect. Thus, in an urban breakdown, a warning triangle or a warning light, which is on the ground, already covered by the immediately following vehicle so that the vehicles behind it no longer see the warning triangle or the warning light and are therefore no longer informed about the accident or breakdown , In accidents or breakdowns on highways or highways breakdown lights or warning triangles from approaching traffic - especially trucks due to the increased angle - discovered too late and regularly "run over" so that due to the associated destruction no warning effect is given and thus the danger for all road users.
Although automobiles themselves are constantly evolving to improve their active and passive safety systems, accidents can not be completely avoided. In order to mitigate the consequences of such accidents, it is essential that the emergency services be immediately informed of the events and the exact location of the accident to ensure the fastest possible technical and medical care. Here, the use of an emergency call system, with devices installed in vehicles having location signals from satellite receiving means for detecting the position of the vehicle and transmitting means for transmitting the vehicle position of comprehensive information to a receiver, is advantageous. Such information systems have become known as "eCall". ECall (short for "emergency call") is an automatic emergency call system planned by the European Union, which from 31 March 2018 is mandatory in all new models of passenger cars and certain
Commercial vehicles must be installed. In the event of an accident, a crash sensor will stop an automatic emergency call. This also contains the exact GPS position data of the vehicle, so that rescue personnel can act accordingly by knowing the exact location of the accident. A disadvantage of this technology is that it will only be available serially from 2018 onwards for future new cars, so that the large number of vehicle owners today does not have direct access to this very much necessary rescue device.
For this reason, in view of the disadvantages of warning triangles, warning lights and automatic emergency call systems, after much study, numerous trials and constant improvements, a solution to these problems has been sought. For example, it has been proposed in PCT / AT2006 / 000379 to integrate an optical warning element in a fuel canister - hereinafter referred to as canister. It has been proposed that the warning element forms a separate body which is mounted in a recess or bead in one of the walls of the canister. Thus, the canister body surrounding the depression assumes a desired protective function for the optical warning element. In practice, however, it has been found that this arrangement of a warning element in a canister is not able to provide a satisfactory result.
It is an object of the invention to provide a mobile warning device in the form of a signal light, which combines the advantages of a warning triangle, a warning light and an emergency call system in an ideal manner. Specifically, it is an object of the invention to provide a signal lamp, which by its particular shape already represents a warning symbol, the luminous body is particularly protected, which can be mounted by means of adapter system at various opposite the traffic positions, preferably, e.g. by means of GPS, is able to determine their own geographic position, and send by means of GSM standard messages to information recipients and can receive messages from information providers. In addition, it is desirable that the signal light can be controlled by means of a Bluetooth standard by means of its own remote control or a so-called "app" via a mobile phone.
To solve the above-mentioned main task signal lamp according to the invention has the features cited in claim 1. In order to achieve further advantages and effects, in particular below, advantageous embodiments and further developments are provided, as defined in the subclaims.
In the present signal lamp, the stated object is achieved in that the signal light consists of an X- or cross-shaped carrier on which a plurality of light sources, for example, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) - in an X or. Cross-array are placed, this support is supplemented by, on one side - the front, transparent, or translucent cover. The carrier and the cover are arranged in a corresponding x- or cruciform outer housing, which is also open on one side - the front -. The outer housing consists in particular of a soft-elastic natural or synthetic rubber material, for example of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE, TPV).
In one embodiment of the invention, for ease of assembly, it is particularly advantageous if the housing is connected to the carrier or cover via a snap connection.
It is also advantageous if the outer housing forms a bead on the front, which overlaps the carrier or the cover at the edge. In this case, the bead is preferably closed in itself. For the use of the signal light outdoors, it is also advantageous if the outer housing has a Shore A hardness of 50 - 80.
In the case of the signal light according to the invention, the transparent or translucent cover is preferably fastened to the support by means of a screw connection, adhesive connection or ultrasonic welding connection.
Also, it is favorable according to the invention, when the housing or the carrier has a central receiving part for an electronic unit from which extend cross arms away. It is further provided with advantage that the electronics unit one or more accessible from the back of the carrier switching elements - for example in the form of film or key switches - has. In this context, it is also preferred if the electronic unit contains a radio unit with at least one radio transmitter and / or one radio receiver, which can preferably transmit or receive signals in the GSM standard. This is z. B. possible to send a data message as an emergency call to a receiving center and to receive from this a response as an acknowledgment for the receipt of the emergency call.
Preferably, it is also provided if the electronic unit contains a GPS ("Global Positioning System") unit or the like, which is able to determine the respective current geographic position of the signal light and this position, in particular in the context of GSM emergency call to transmit a receiving center.
According to a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that the housing is an adapter for attaching the signal light to various attachments. Such an attachment is, for example, a Saugbefestigung for the roof of a vehicle to place the signal light for the approaching traffic clearly perceptible and to protect against damage by "driving over". Another attachment is, for example, a mandrel mount for connecting the signal light with a warning cone.
The invention will be explained in the following in the form of embodiments with reference to the drawings, without being limited to these embodiments. This drawing illustrates preferred embodiments of the invention and should not serve as a definition of the limits and scope of the invention. All equivalent changes and modifications are within the scope of this invention.
In detail in the drawing:
Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of the present signal lamp in the form of an exploded view;
Fig. 2 is a view of the carrier of this signal lamp;
Fig. 3 is an oblique view of the rear side of the housing of the signal lamp;
Fig. 4 is an oblique view of the rear side of the housing of the signal lamp, illustrating the arrangement of an adapter;
Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the signal light when used on a car;
6 shows in FIGS. 6a and 6b two further perspective views of the signal light when used on warning signs; and
7 shows a perspective view of the signal light when used on a dangerous goods transporter;
Fig. 1 shows an exemplary signal light S, which has a support 2, a cover 3 and a housing 4. On the support 2 numerous LEDs 1 are arranged, which are covered by the cover 3 in the assembled state. The unit consisting of carrier 2 and cover 3 is fixed in the housing 4. In this case, a bead 5 overlaps the cover 3 at the edge. The cover 3 is transparent or translucent in order to forward the light signal of the LEDs 1 into the environment. The entire unit consisting of housing 4, carrier 2 and cover 3 is formed in an X or cross shape.
FIG. 2 shows a view of such a signal light S with an open receiving part 6 in the carrier 2 and with cross arms 7 on the carrier 2. On or in the receiving part 6 are a radio receiver 8, a radio transmitter 9 and a GPS unit 10.
FIG. 3 shows switching elements 12 located on the rear side of the housing 4.
FIG. 4 shows, according to a further preferred embodiment, an adapter 13 located on the rear side of the housing 4 for fastening the signal light to a support, pedestal, pedestal, or the like, not shown.
Fig. 5 shows the use of the signal light S in a car. The signal light S is positioned on the roof of the car by means of a suction cup holder 14. This roof positioning allows a much better visibility and prevents the risk of crossing the signal light S by other road users.
Fig. 6 (Fig. 6a, 6b) shows the use of the signal light S according to the invention on a hinged, e.g. three-legged warning sign 15 (in Fig. 6a in the unfolded position, in Fig. 6b with folded legs).
Finally, FIG. 7 shows the use of the signal light S on a dangerous goods transporter. In this case, the signal light S is e.g. by means of a Saugnapfhalterung 14 mounted on the back of the dangerous goods transporter 16 to be secured.
