Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement with a furniture part and with a furniture fitting of the type to be described. Such furniture fittings are known for example from EP 0 698 357 B1 of the Applicant and serve to assemble or disassemble the furniture fitting without the use of a tool on furniture parts. For mounting, a fastening element in the form of a dowel is firstly inserted in a cylindrical bore of a furniture part, whereupon a spreading part for the dowel can be moved by turning or tilting a fitting body, so that the dowel is widened into an expanded position and thus fixable within the bore. To disassemble the furniture fitting of the fitting body is moved back so that the anchor assumes a release position and thus can be pulled out of the hole. This dismantling of the furniture fitting is often difficult because the dowel is in the release position with the inner wall of the bore in partial frictional contact and thus the withdrawal of the dowel is impeded from the bore. Object of the present invention is therefore to provide a furniture fitting of the type mentioned above while avoiding the above drawback. This is solved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. According to the invention it is thus provided that the at least two fastening elements are retractable by rotation of the locking element in the second direction of rotation from the spread position to the starting position.
