Furthermore, this invention relates to a method for producing this device for transporting natural casings. It is known to use casings of pigs, sheep and other livestock as sausage casings. For this purpose, the intestines are cleaned and processed for transport to customers, especially sausage factories, and for their processing. For this purpose, the natural casings are pushed onto pipe sections made of a plastic material, in particular a polyamide or a polyolefin, and shirred thereon, with a hose of natural casings having a total length of up to about 60 m being located on a pipe section with a length of about 50 cm. The transport of the fitted with the natural casings pieces of pipe for the processing takes place in with a liquid, in particular brine, filled containers made of plastic films. In order to ensure that the natural casings are kept on the pipe sections during transport, it is necessary to apply rubber rings to the pipe sections which, during transport, form stops against slipping of the natural casings from the pipe sections. In the sausage factories, the rubber rings are removed and the natural casings are pushed from the pipe sections to filling pipes. Then they are filled with sausage meat, whereupon the filled natural casings are divided into sausages with predetermined lengths. Since it must be ensured that rubber rings which have accidentally entered the sausage meat are found, there is a need to form them with metal inserts, whereby they are found by means of metal detectors. However, the procedure described above has the following disadvantages: There are provided with metal inserts rubber rings, by their production further costs are caused. These rubber rings must on the one hand, as soon as a piece of pipe has been equipped with natural casings, applied to the pipe section and on the other hand removed in the sausage factory from the pipe section again. Since the rubber rings are placed on a piece of pipe with little pressure in order to facilitate their manipulation, the gathering of the natural casings on the pipe section must not exceed a predetermined value, whereby the extent of gathering natural casings on the pipe section is severely limited. Since further the rubber rings must be applied to a piece of pipe at a distance from the ends, about 20% of the length of the pipe section are not available for the absorption of natural casings. The subject invention has for its object to provide a piece of pipe made of a plastic material for the transport of natural casings, by which these disadvantages are avoided. This is inventively achieved in that the pipe section is formed in its two end regions with radially expanded surfaces which form stops for the natural casings located on the pipe section. Preferably, the pipe section is formed on at least one of its two end regions with a radially widening surface facing the adjacent free end. In this case, one of the two end regions of the pipe section can be plastically deformed to a radially widening surface towards the end. In particular, the radially expanding surface is designed as a conical surface. Preferably, a pipe socket is further inserted into the other end region of the pipe section, which is formed with a radially widening surface to the free end. Again, the pipe socket can be plastically deformed with a radially outwardly widening surface to the free end. In particular, the radially widening surface may be formed as a conical surface. Furthermore, the pipe socket is preferably spring-elastic. The pipe socket is preferably made of a colored material, in particular of a plastic material. The subject invention further relates to a method for producing a piece of pipe made of a plastic material, in particular of a polyamide or a polyolefin, for use as a support for natural casings, which is formed at its two end portions with stops through which during transport a sliding on this located natural casings is prevented by these. An inventive device and a method according to the invention are explained below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. This pipe section 1 has a length of ewa 50 cm, a diameter of about 1.5 cm and a wall thickness of about 1.5 mm. As shown in FIG. 1A, the pipe section 1 is formed at its left end portion with a radially widening surface 10 towards the end, whereby the pipe section la is formed, which is formed at its left end with a stop for natural casings located on this. By an inventive pipe section 1 on the one hand the cost of attaching the natural casings on the pipe sections 1, which serve as a carrier for natural casings 2, significantly reduced. On the other hand, about twice the amount of natural casings can be applied and transported for processing by means of such a pipe section 1 compared to the known state of the art.
