专利说明:

The present invention relates to a drawer pull-out guide comprising: a cabinet rail to be fixed to a furniture body having a first guide portion and at least a second guide portion, wherein the first guide portion and the second guide portion are vertically spaced apart from one another on the furniture body, at least a pull-out rail which is movably mounted relative to the carcass rail between a closed position and an open position, - a first carriage having a first rolling element and at least one second rolling element, wherein the first rolling element and the second rolling element are arranged one above the other and along the first guide section of the carcass rail are movably mounted, - at least a third and at least one fourth rolling elements, which are arranged one above the other and which along the second guide portion of the carcass rail mounted movable t are.
The Applicant's EP 2 506 738 B1 shows a drawer pull-out guide with a carcass rail to be fastened to a furniture carcass whose catwalk has a first straight guide section and a second straight guide section in the rear end section, vertical through a third guide section in the form of an inclined ramp spaced apart from each other. Moreover, rolling elements with different diameters are movably supported between the carcass rail and the pull-out rail, which interact with the three guide sections when opening the pull-out rail, thereby guiding the pull-out rail into a slight inclined position, so that the front end area of the pull-out rail is raised relative to the rear end area of the pull-out rail. This inclination of the pull-out rail is compensated by the weight of the drawer, so that the pull-out rail together with the drawer can be extended approximately horizontally. In this way, an undesirable lowering of the drawer can be compensated.
In such Schubladenausziehführungen it is such that with fully extended pull-out the foremost upper rolling elements and the rearmost lower rolling elements are subjected to the highest load by the weight of the drawer. Namely, the foremost upper rolling element forms a bearing point when the pull-out rail is fully extended, which is exposed to considerable pressure loads due to the extended pull-out rail. Likewise, the rearmost lower rolling element is heavily loaded by the leverage of the pulled-pull-out rail. Thus, these rolling elements are designed with a relatively large diameter, thus preventing a breakage of the rolling elements and sufficient stability is ensured. Due to the arrangement of larger rolling elements but also the height of the drawer extension guide is relatively large dimensions.
Object of the present invention is to reduce the height of the drawer extension while maintaining the load capacity.
This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
According to the invention, it is therefore provided that a device for limiting the movement of the at least first carriage is provided, which prevents an entry of the at least first carriage in the second guide portion in a movement of the pull-out rail in the open position.
The invention is based first on the basic idea that those rolling elements or Wälzkörpergruppen which is exposed to extended pull-out rail considerable loads (ie at least the foremost upper rolling elements and at least the rearmost lower rolling elements), are designed with a larger diameter than those rolling elements, the to be less loaded when the pull-out rail is pulled out (also due to the deflection of the pull-out rail). For example, the front lower rolling elements and the rear upper rolling elements of the drawer extension guide are loaded less, which is why they can also be made with a smaller diameter. In this way, the overall height of the drawer extension can be reduced in total.
It follows that the first rolling element and the second rolling element of the first carriage have a different diameter, wherein the lower of the first and second rolling elements has a larger diameter than the upper rolling elements. Moreover, the third rolling element and the fourth rolling element may have a different diameter, wherein the lower of the third and fourth rolling elements has a smaller diameter than the upper rolling elements.
In order to compensate for this difference in diameter of the rolling elements again, the carcass rail is provided with a first straight guide portion and a second straight guide portion, wherein the first straight guide portion and the second straight guide portion are vertically spaced from each other in the assembled state on the furniture body. So that the carriage which can be moved on the first guide section does not have to overcome the difference in height between the first guide section and the second guide section, a device is provided for limiting the movement of the at least first carriage which, when the pull-out rail moves in the direction of the open position, enters the at least first carriage in the second Guide section prevents. The first carriage with the first and second rolling bodies is thus movably mounted exclusively along the first guide portion, while the third and the fourth rolling elements cooperate exclusively with the second guide portion of the carcass rail.
The device for limiting the movement of the first carriage is to be designed such that an entry of the first carriage is prevented in the vertically spaced second guide portion of the carcass rail. This can be done for example by a arranged on the rails of the drawer extension guide stop which limits the displacement of the first carriage such that retraction of the first carriage is prevented in the second guide portion.
According to one embodiment, the device for limiting the movement of the first carriage may have a protruding from the first guide portion projection, wherein the projection upon movement of the pull-out in the direction
Open position cooperates with the first carriage and thus prevents entry of the first carriage in the second guide section.
According to a further embodiment, the device for limiting movement may have a cable guide connected to the first carriage with a cable which allows a movement of the carriage until shortly before reaching the second guide section with a movement of the pull-out rail in the open position. During a closing movement of the pull-out rail, the cable of the cable guide can be rewound by the force of a return spring.
Further details and advantages of the invention will be explained with reference to the following description of the figures. It shows or show

Fig. 1a shows a perspective view of a piece of furniture 1 with a cabinet-shaped furniture body 2, wherein drawers 3 via
Drawer extension guides 4 are mounted movable relative to the furniture body 2. The drawer pull-out guides 4 each comprise a cabinet rail 5 to be fastened to the furniture body 2 and at least one pull-out rail 6 which can be displaced relative thereto and which is to be connected to a drawer 3 in each case.
Fig. 1b shows a drawer pull-out guide 4 in a perspective view. The drawer pull-out guide 4 can either be formed as a two-part rail system with a carcass rail 5 and only one pull-out rail 6 or as a three-part rail system, wherein between the stationary carcass rail 5 and the movable pull-out rail 6, an additional displaceable middle rail 7 is mounted, so as a full extension of the drawer 3 relative to the front side of the furniture body 2 to allow.
FIG. 2a shows a drawer pull-out guide 4 located in the closed position in a highly schematic view. The cabinet body 5 to be fastened to the furniture body 2 has a first straight guide section 5a and a second straight guide section 5b, which are separated from each other in the vertical direction by a preferably cliff-like transition 16. The first guide section 5a extends from a rear end region of the carcass rail 5 to approximately half the length of the carcass rail 5, while the second guide section 5b extends from half the length of the carcass rail 5 to a front end region of the carcass rail 5, so that is the first guide portion 5a and the second guide portion 5b have substantially the same length. Between the first guide section 5a of the carcass rail 5 and the pull-out rail 6, first rolling elements 9 and second rolling elements 10 are provided, which are arranged one above the other and movably mounted together in a rear, first carriage 14 along the first guide section 5a. Between the second guide section 5b of the carcass rail 5 and the pull-out rail 6, third rolling elements 11 and fourth rolling elements 12 are provided, which are likewise arranged one above the other. The third rolling elements 11 and the fourth rolling elements 12 may also be mounted together in a front, second carriage 17. This second carriage 17 may either be movably mounted independently of the first carriage 14 or be coupled to the first carriage 14 in a coupled manner. Reference numeral 6a denotes a catwalk of the pull-out rail 6, on which the second rolling elements 10 and the fourth rolling elements 12 can be unrolled. Usually, the pull-6 has a U-profile, wherein the catwalk 6a of the pull-6 is formed by a leg of the U-profile.
In the closed state of the drawer pull-out guide 4, the foremost of the third rolling element 11 is subjected to the highest load, especially since the weight of a drawer front panel acts on the third rolling element 11. In order to reduce the risk of circumferential deformation or fracture of the third rolling bodies 11, they are made with a larger diameter.
FIG. 2b shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 according to FIG. 2a in an open position. In the open position of the drawer 3 acts a weight in the direction of arrow 9, whereby the foremost of the third rolling elements 11 is exposed to heavy loads. Moreover, the rearmost of the lower second rolling elements 10 is considerably loaded in the direction of the arrow 18 due to the lever action of the pull-out rail 6. This is the reason why the second rolling elements 10 and third rolling elements 11 are made with a larger diameter. The first rolling elements 9 and the fourth rolling elements 12, however, are relieved by the leverage of the pull-out rail 6, which is why the first rolling elements 9 and the fourth rolling elements 12 can be performed with a smaller diameter than the rolling elements 10,11. Thus, it is not necessary that all rolling elements 9,10,11,12 have the same large diameter, whereby the height of the drawer extension guide 4 can be reduced. This difference in the rolling element diameter is compensated for again by the guide sections 5a and 5b of the carcass rail 5 which are spaced apart in the vertical direction. It is preferably provided that the first rolling elements 9 and the fourth rolling elements 12 have a same diameter, while the second rolling elements 10 and the third rolling elements 11 are also designed with the same diameter.
So that the rear, first carriage 14 is not moved over the transition 16 and in the second guide portion 5b, a device 15 for limiting the movement of the at least first carriage 14 is provided, which at least one movement of the pull-6 in the open position an entry Carriage 14 in the second guide portion 5b prevented. According to FIGS. 2 a, 2 b, the device 15 for limiting the movement of the first carriage 14 has a projection 22 (FIG. 4) projecting from the first guide section 5 a, the projection 22 cooperating with the first carriage 14 when the pull-out rail 6 moves in the direction of the open position and thus prevents entry of the first carriage 14 into the second guide section 5b.
3a and 3b schematically show a further exemplary embodiment of a drawer pull-out guide 4, the device 15 for limiting the movement of the first carriage 14 having a cable guide with a cable 19. The cable 19 is fastened on the one hand to the rear end region of the carcass rail 5 and on the other hand to the first carriage 14 and prevents the first carriage 14 from entering the second guide section 5b when the pull-out rail 6 moves in the direction of the open position. During a closing movement of the pull-out rail 6, the cable 19 can be rolled up again by the force of a return spring.
4 shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 in an exploded view. The carcass rail 5 has a first straight guide section 5a and a second straight guide section 5b, which are separated from each other by a, preferably cliff-like or stepped transition 16. The height H of the transition 16 results from the diameter of the third rolling elements 11 minus the diameter of the first rolling element 9. Under the exemplary assumption that the third rolling elements 11 have a diameter of 5 mm and the first rolling elements 9 have a diameter of 2 mm, This results in a height H of the transition 16 or a vertical spacing of the two guide sections 5a, 5b of 3 mm. The first and second rolling bodies 9, 10 are movably mounted in a common carriage 14 exclusively along the first guide section 5a, while the third and fourth rolling bodies 11, 12 are movably mounted in a common carriage 17 exclusively along the second guide section 5b.
The two carriages 14,17 each have at least one lateral roller 21a, 21b with a vertical axis of rotation. In order to prevent a retraction of the first carriage 14 in the second guide portion 5b, a device 15 for limiting the movement of the first carriage 14 is provided. In the exemplary embodiment shown, this device 15 comprises a projection 22 protruding from the first guide section 5a, which stops the movement of the first carriage 14 during a movement of the pull-out rail 6 and thus prevents the first carriage 14 from entering the second guide section 5b. The first carriage 14 and the second carriage 17 are coupled to each other in a coupled manner via a web 20, although it is also possible for the carriages 14, 17 to be moved independently and separately from one another along the respective guide sections 5a, 5b.
5a shows the drawer pull-out guide 4 in a cross-section, wherein the guide sections 5a, 5b of the carcass rail 5, which are separate from one another and spaced from one another in the height direction, can be seen. The upper first rolling elements 9 have a smaller diameter than the lower second rolling elements 10, wherein the first rolling elements 9 and the second rolling elements 10 are movably mounted in a common carriage 14 along the first guide section 5a. The upper third rolling elements 11 have a larger diameter than the lower fourth rolling elements 12, wherein the third rolling elements 11 and the fourth rolling elements 12 are movably mounted in a common carriage 17 along the second guide section 5b. In order to prevent the first carriage 14 from entering the second guide section, a device 15 for limiting the movement of the first carriage 14 is provided, the device 15 in the illustrated figure having a projection 22 projecting from the first guide section 5a, which together with the first guide section 5a is integrally formed. Fig. 5b shows an enlarged view of the marked with the reference numeral A region, from which the rear first carriage 14 with the superposed rolling elements 9 and 10 emerges. Fig. 5c shows an enlarged view of the area indicated by the reference numeral B, wherein the front second carriage 17 is shown with the superposed rolling elements 11 and 12.
Fig. 6a shows the carcass rail 5 from the front with the two vertically spaced guide portions 5a and 5b. Along the first guide section 5a of the first carriage 14 is slidably mounted with the first rolling elements 9 and is prevented by the device 15 in the form of a projection 22 at an entrance into the second guide portion 5b. To recognize the flat design of the first carriage 14, whereby the drawer extension guide 4 can be performed with a smaller overall height. Along the second guide portion 5b of the second carriage 17 is slidably mounted with the larger third rolling elements 11. FIGS. 6b and 6c respectively show the areas marked B and A in an enlarged view.
