The subject of this invention is also a method for adjusting the mass of the mass balance, which is carried out with the device according to the invention. In particular, in high-speed stamping machines, it is common that an oscillating mass balance is provided to reduce vertical forces, which compensates as a counterweight, the weight of the plunger and the tool. If in such machines, the upper tool part, which is attached to the plunger, is changed, for example when changing to another product to be produced, often changes the oscillating total weight to be compensated, since different tool shells usually have different masses. The mass balance adjustment is currently made during the tool change by the addition or removal of metal weights attached to the oscillating mass balance. Such mass adjustment is time consuming and expensive, especially if the upper tool part is changed frequently. The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a press or a punching machine, in which a tool change can be performed quickly and easily. This object is achieved by a press or a stamping machine with a mass balance, which has a tank which is befiillbar with a substance. The mass of the mass balance can thus be very easily adjusted by the Befiillung or by the emptying of the tank. The substance used may be water, or preferably 01, which in any case is required in large quantities for the press operation. But it can also be a solid, such as lead or steel balls or sand used for the Befiillung of the tank. The adjustment of the mass of the mass balance is preferably carried out during the tool change, ideally automatically. It is advantageous if in the tank baffles (partitions) are arranged, through which the movement of the substance, for example, the 01s, is reduced in the tank. However, the tank can also be subdivided into several subregions which can be ordered separately, so that the substance has as little free space as possible for any movement. Alternatively, several tanks can be provided separately befiillbare. As a result, for example, a foaming of the 01s can be prevented. In the tank but also a displacement body, such as a plastic bladder, be provided which loses in a Befiillung the tank with the substance in volume and limits the possibility of movement of the substance in the tank. The tank is preferably connected via a flexible hose and a pump with a fixed reservoir. The connection via the flexible hose allows the tank to move easily with the mass balance, without having to loosen the connection to the reservoir. The invention also includes a method of adjusting the mass balancing mass in a press or stamping machine. The mass of the mass balance is adjusted in a tool change by changing the amount of material in the mass balance, preferably during the tool change. It is also conceivable that a tank is attached to existing machines later on the oscillating mass balance, so that even with these machines, the simple mass adjustment in a tool change is possible. In the following an embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to a drawing. Figure 1 shows a punching machine 1 with a drive 7, which drives a eccentric shaft 4 via a clutch-brake combination 6 and a flywheel 5. The eccentric shaft 4 drives the plunger 2 via the connecting rod 3 in an oscillating manner. At the lower ram end a punching tool 15 is attached. The eccentric shaft 4 also drives the mass balance 9 oscillatingly via a further connecting rod 8 in such a way that the mass balance 9 moves in the opposite direction to the plunger 2. At the mass balance 9, a tank 10 is attached, which can be here via a flexible hose 16 by means of a pump 12 with 01 befiillt. The 01 is removed from a reservoir 13. The tank 10 is part of the mass balance 9 and attached via tension bands 11 on the remaining mass balance 9. Alternatively, the tank 10 can also be connected via rubber pads for vibration damping with the remaining mass balance 9, e.g. screwed down, be. In the tank interior there are baffles 14, through which the liquid movement is calmed. Now, if the punching tool 15 is changed, for example, for processing another product, then the mass of the mass balance 9 is adjusted by changing the amount of oil in the tank 10 at the same time.
