Wheel cover as a full panel of the steered vehicle wheels (closing the wheel arches for visual enhancement, or for aerodynamic optimization) (Fig.l), which is an element of the body. Since the wheel cover is an element of the body, it is only useful to carry along the steering movement when disconnecting the spring movement.
