![]() Drive device for a surfboard
专利摘要:
A drive device for a surfboard comprises movable elements in order to increase the propulsion through the drive device. The elements are set in motion by the user of the surfboard. The user drives his surfboard through the water and at the same time trains his body. 公开号:AT517084A1 申请号:T126/2015 申请日:2015-03-09 公开日:2016-11-15 发明作者:Hermann Riegerbauer 申请人:Hermann Riegerbauer; IPC主号:
专利说明:
Drive device for a surfboard Surfboards have long been known in the art. A well-known surfboard (DE 202011108482) usually consists of thermoplastic material or composite, (glass and carbon) or is made of wood, for example bamboo or balsa wood. On the underside of the surfboards are fixed and immovable stabilizers, called "Finns" in technical usage, the number depending on the type of board can be variable. The invention in the document (US8043134) describes a device for driving a surfboard. The user of the surfboard stands on the surfboard and moves by the up and down movement of a lever two attached to the rear of the board fins. The fins move against immediately to stabilize the board. The problem is that the user is always in the same position on the surfboard and controllability is hardly given. On a known surfboard (US4464126) the user can change his position on the board while operating the device for forward movement. A disadvantage of this type of drive is that the controllability of the board is hardly given. An object of the invention is therefore to provide a drive device which achieves an improvement in the controllability of the surfboard. This object is achieved with a device of the type mentioned above in that at least one movable drive fins, which is laterally deflectable, is arranged on the lower side of the surfboard. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one flexible fin is additionally arranged on the underside of the surfboard. The invention together with further advantages is explained below with reference to some non-limiting embodiments, which are illustrated in the drawings. In this show: Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a cross section through the subject invention; Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a cross section through the subject invention in different positions of movement; 2 is a schematic representation of the movement linkage of the subject invention, 3 is a schematic representation of a cutaway top view of the subject invention, Fig. 4 is a schematic representation of a fin; Figure 5 is a schematic representation of an alternative fin with adjustable resistance. Fig. 6 is a schematic representation of a fin package especially for shallow Waters. Fig. 1 is a schematic representation of a drive device (1) according to the invention. According to FIG. 1, the drive device comprises a drive rod (1) rotatably arranged via a rolling or slide bearing (2) which is fixed in or on the upper side of the surfboard by means of a mounting plate (3). The drive rod (1) is connected via a ball joint (4) with at least one adjustable connecting rod (5). The drive rod (1) can be folded in and can be adjusted in height so that users of different sizes can drive. For transport, the drive rod (1) can be removed. The connecting rod (5) is connected via a ball joint (4 ') with a further adjustable connecting rod (5'). At least at one end of the connecting rod (5 ') may be mounted a ball joint (4 ") connecting the connecting rod (5') to at least one adjustable lever arm (6) .The lever arm (6) is defined by a rod (7). The swivel rod (9) is fixed on the side of the lever arm (6) lying opposite the connecting rod (5 '), in each case being fixed to the top and bottom sides of the surfboard by a respective rolling or sliding bearing (8) To stabilize the surfboard upon actuation of the propulsion device, a flexible fin (11) is mounted in the direction of the surfboard bow The flexible fin (11) is rigidly connected to the surfboard via a rod (12) It is particularly advantageous to mount a plurality of fins (10, 10 ') movably in succession on the underside of the board, thereby stabilizing the board and increasing the propulsion en users. If the drive rod (1) moves forward (right) (see FIG. 2), the connection rods (5, 5 '), the ball joints (4, 4', 4 ") and the lever arms (6, 6 ') a corresponding deflection (right) of the swivel rods (9, 9') and associated movement of the fins (10,10 ') .The surfboard is thereby pushed forward in the water. The flexible fin (11) experiences by the forward movement a small deflection, which counteracts the respective sideways movement, so that the surfboard stabilizes and generates a small forward movement. To allow the user different positions on the surfboard, the drive rod (1) can be adjustable. 2) slidably mounted on the mounting plate 3. The rolling or sliding bearing (2) stabilizes the drive rod (1) laterally and allows only a back and forth movement. This is due to the small arrow for forward (re) and return movement (left) in Fig. 2 symbolizes If the user makes short movements in front of the zero point of the drive rod (1) as shown (right), the board moves to the right. Does he make these short moves behind, so at (left) the board moves to the left. The respective direction is dependent on the arrangement of the connecting rods (5, 5 ') to the lever arm (6,6'). By moving the drive rod (1) back and forth around the zero point, the board experiences a forward movement. In Fig. 3, the entire boom is shown schematically in a top view. As soon as the connecting rod (5) moves forward (in the direction of the arrow), a corresponding deflection of the pivot rods (9,9 ') and the fins (10,10') takes place. By deflecting the drive rod (1) to the mounting plate (3) to the front or to the rear is a tilting of the lever arm (6) by 180 °, whereby the board can be driven in the opposite direction. If one were to look at a circuit in a car, then this reverse would be engaged by this tilting. An alternative embodiment of the subject invention is shown in Fig. 4. This alternative shows a linkage assembly with four fins (10, 10 ''). As can be seen from Fig. 4, the subject invention also encompasses other arrangements of the linkage, with suitable rods and levers to achieve the desired effect An alternative embodiment would have two fins (10 ', 10 ") one in front of and behind the drive rod (1). This arrangement allows the user to control the board even better. The user of the surfboard can by movement of the drive rod (1) move the board in motion and control as described. In addition, the drive rod contributes to the safety of the user as he can hold on to avoid falling off the surfboard. In principle, the fin (10) can be rigidly attached to the pivot rod (9). However, an arrangement is particularly advantageous, as shown in Figure 5, in which the fin (10) is mounted flexibly on the pivot rod (9). This flexibility can be achieved by a spring or the like. As a result, the fin (10) adapts better to the water and the forward movement is additionally supported by the spring force. Another alternative flexible fin (10) with adjustable resistance is shown in FIG. When the spring (13) is tensioned, the fin (10) becomes stiffer. The stiffness is changed so that the fin can be used more efficiently at higher speeds. It is particularly advantageous if the resistance of the drive rod (1) can be adjusted. Suitable cable assemblies are conceivable. In order to further increase the Trainingsefifekt and propulsion, fin packages are conceivable as in Fig. 7. This special type is also particularly suitable for shallow waters.
