专利说明:
The invention relates to a closure of a weapon having a housing in which a barrel is mounted and a closure block is slidably mounted in the longitudinal direction of the weapon, wherein in the housing at least one locking element is mounted substantially transversely to the direction of movement of the closure block slidably, wherein the closure block in the locked State of the weapon rests positively on the locking element, and wherein in the housing at least one control rail is mounted for displacing the locking element. Such a closure is known from DE 297 06 938 Ul. In this system, locking bolts are lowered against the force of springs by retracting a cocking handle via a control cam, whereupon the released locking block is moved back by springs in a loading position. After the closure block has been advanced by means of the tensioning grip against the spring force, the locking bolts that have been released by the control cam can be brought into their locking position by their springs and lock the system. A disadvantage of this system is that springs must be clamped for opening and locking the closure, which increase the forces required for actuation and functionally represent an uncertainty factor. The invention has for its object to provide a closure that can be easily, quickly and reliably operated. This object is achieved in a closure of the type mentioned in that a control element is movably mounted on the closure block, which acts on the control rail. The control on which preferably an easy-to-grip handle is directly attached, is used directly for opening and Closing the closure, ie for forward and backward movement of the closure block, so that it requires no springs for this purpose. Furthermore, with the control, the control rail is actuated, via which the locking element is actuated. In this way, the lock can be unlocked, opened and then closed again and locked with a single hand movement. Preferred embodiments of the invention are subject of the dependent claims. Further features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention with reference to the drawings. It shows: 1 shows an embodiment of a closure according to the invention in an oblique view, 2 shows a closure block of the closure in an oblique view, 1 shows the closure in side view in a first position, 4 shows the closure in side view in a second position, 5 shows the closure in side view in a third position, 6 shows a lower part of the closure, 7 shows a running block of the closure, 8 shows a control rail of the closure, 9 shows a control lever of the closure and FIG. 10 shows a locking element of the closure. In Fig. 1, an inventive closure 1 of a weapon, e.g. a hunting rifle, shown, which consists essentially of a housing 2 and a closure block 3. The housing 2 has a running block 4 and a lower part 5. in the Running block 4, the run 6 shown only partially attached. The closure block 3 has a front part 7, which is designed substantially solid and has a central bore, not shown, for a firing pin. On the front part 7 two projections 8 are arranged laterally, with which the closure block 3 is supported in the closed and locked position of the closure of locking elements 9, which are slidably received in guide grooves 11 in side walls 12 of the walking block 4. The locking elements 9 have a base body 13 and a laterally projecting from this pin 14. In the region of the end opposite the pin 14, the locking elements 9 each have a stop surface 15, which cooperates with an associated counter-surface 16 on the projections 8 on the front part 7 when the closure is locked. The guide grooves 11 are slightly inclined in the illustrated embodiment, but this would not have to be so. By this oblique orientation, however, the stop surface 15 is correspondingly inclined to the locking elements 9, so that the stop surface is aligned exactly at right angles to the direction of movement of the closure block 3. To move the locking elements 9, the closure according to the invention has two control rails 17, which are arranged laterally outside the side walls 12 of the running block 4 in the longitudinal direction of the weapon slidably. For an exact guidance of the control rails 17, lateral webs 18 with downwardly open grooves 19 are arranged on the side walls 12, in which an upper edge 21 of the control rails 17 is slidably guided. At its arranged in the region of the tread block 4 end 22 of the Control rails 17, an opening is arranged, which forms a control link 23, in which the respective pin 14 of the associated locking element 9 engages. The control link 23 has two mutually substantially parallel end portions 24 and 25 and an obliquely oriented to this connection portion 26. If the control rail 17 is moved back and forth in the direction of the double arrow 27, the locking elements 9 slide from a locking position shown in FIG. 3 into an unlocking position shown in FIG. 4, by moving the pins 14 from the end section 25 via the connecting section 26 into the end section 24 slide. In Fig. 7 it can be seen that in the running block 4 in the region in which the front part 7 of the closure block 3 is received in the closed position, lateral guide grooves 28 are arranged, in which the projections 8 are received and slide. The locking elements 9 are moved to unlock the closure of the control link 23 so far down that they are below the grooves 28 and no longer protrude into it and thus no longer hinder the movement of the closure block 3. In the pushed-up position, the projections 8, as already mentioned, with their mating surfaces 16 on the stop surfaces 15 of Locking elements 9, wherein the locking elements 9 are supported at the same time on the lateral rear wall 10 of the guide grooves 11 so that the locking elements 9 are stably supported in the running block 4, when the closure block 3 is pressed backwards when igniting a cartridge and on the projections. 8 is supported on the locking elements 9. To move the control rails 17, a control lever 31 is pivotably mounted on a rear portion 29 of the closure block 3, which is either fixedly connected to the front part 7 or made of a single part with this. This control lever 31 has'eine in the illustrated embodiment Swivel axis 32, a first lever 33 and two second lever 34. On the first lever 33, a handle 35 is attached. The rear part 29 of the closure block 3 is partially hollow, in which cavity 36 parts of a trigger group not shown in the drawings are arranged, which actuates the firing pin of the weapon. In addition, the two second levers 34 are accommodated in this cavity 36. The first lever 33 with the handle 35 is arranged outside of the rear part 29 on the right side of the weapon or of the closure 1. At the free ends of the second lever 34 laterally outwardly projecting lugs 37 are arranged, which each engage in an opening 38 in the control rail 17, which has a slightly curved shape in the illustrated embodiment and the longitudinal side or the edge 21 of the control rail 17th is open. However, it is not mandatory that the opening 38 to the edge 21 is open. It would be equally possible that the opening 38 has at its upper end a portion extending parallel to the longitudinal direction of the control rail 7 in which the lugs 37 can slide rearwardly when the closure is fully opened. In order to guide the closure block 9 displaceably in the longitudinal direction of the weapon, in the illustrated embodiment, guide rails 20 are fastened to the closure block 9 and are guided displaceably in guide grooves 30 on the lower part 5. If the closure according to the invention is to be opened starting from the closed and locked position shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the control element 31 is pulled backwards on the handle 35, as a result of which the control element 31 rotates counterclockwise. Since the shutter block 3 is locked in this position 1, it can not move backwards, but the control rails 17 are moved backwards via the levers 34 and the projections 37 arranged thereon. As a result of this movement, the locking elements 9 are pulled downwards into the unlocking position via the pins 14 guided in the control slots 23 until the position shown in FIG. 4 is reached. In this position, the lugs 37 on the control element 31 have left the opening 38, so that the closure block 3 can be pulled further back by further tightening on the handle 35, since the latter too Locking elements 9 in the meantime have given the lugs 8 on the front part 7 of the closure block 3 free. The closure block 3 can then be withdrawn to the position shown in Fig. 5, wherein a cartridge 39, which may have been located in the chamber, can be pulled out of the closure block 3 and then ejected. For subsequent closing of the closure 1, the closure block 3 is then pushed forward by pressing on the handle 35. By a suitable guide or lock is prevented for the time being that the control lever 31 is pivoted clockwise. In this case, a possibly inserted by hand or via a magazine supplied cartridge 39 is detected by the front part 7 of the closure block 3 and pushed by the running block 4 in the chamber of the barrel 6. The closure block 3 now assumes the position shown in Fig. 4 again. By further pressing on the handle 35, the closure element 31 is now pivoted clockwise about the axis 32, whereby the control rails 17 are pushed by the first attacking stops 40 and then sliding into the openings 38 lugs 37 forward, bringing in the control gate 23 guided pin 14 of the locking elements 9 slide in the control link up and lock the front part 7 of the closure block 3. By the obliquely upwardly forwardly inclined guide grooves 11 is formed during the movement of the locking elements 9 upwards a high contact pressure with which the front part 7 is pressed against the running and thus the barrel or the chamber is sealed back very well. It is understood that in the closure according to the invention not necessarily two locking elements 9, each with an associated control rail 17 and a lever 34 on the control element 31 must be provided. It may also be provided only a single locking element or more than two locking elements. Furthermore, the locking elements 9 do not have to act on projections 8 on the closure block 3, but it is also possible for only a single recess or a plurality of recesses to be provided in the closure block 3, in which one or more corresponding locking elements engage. Likewise, it is not necessary that the control rails 17 are displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the weapon. A pivotable or displaceable in another direction control rail 17 is also possible. The same applies to the locking element 31, which need not necessarily be pivotally mounted on the closure block 3. A displaceable arrangement would also be possible. Finally, it is also conceivable if, as in the dargestellen embodiment, two control rails 17 and two locking elements 9 are provided, they do not separate to arrange, but to connect them together, so that the locking elements 9 and control rails 17 ultimately as a single component function.
