专利说明:

The invention relates to an arrangement according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
Furthermore, a method for fixing a furniture fitting such an arrangement is to be specified.
Such furniture fittings are already part of the prior art and are given for example in DE 10 2013 106 092 A1. If front panels are attached to side frames of, for example, drawers or drawer inserts, the connecting means required for this should no longer be visible or optically demanding after assembly of the piece of furniture. The connecting means, such as the furniture fitting, should remain hidden - preferably inside the side frame or the front fitting. Another problem arises due to the dimensioning of the side frames and front panels. These should not be too massive, as they otherwise unnecessarily consume space or optically not demanding. Is a very thin-walled construction of side frames and front panel desired, there is the problem that the furniture fitting or fasteners often due to the thin-walled construction not enough grip in the base material of the front panel or side frame and the stability of the furniture is impaired.
This is achieved in the inventive arrangement by the features of the characterizing part of the main claim. If the insert element and the furniture fitting in mounting position are arranged substantially transversely to each other and hold each other on the at least one fastening element and the at least one counter-holding element, a very compact design can be achieved due to the cross-connection between the insert element and furniture fitting. Especially when the insert element in a recess provided for this purpose - which is the front side in the first piece of furniture, such as a front panel is pushed-and connects positively to the first furniture part.
If the at least one fastening means in the mounting position substantially perpendicular to the retractable into the first furniture part insertion section of
Oriented insert element, the mounting of the fastener is greatly facilitated. If the fastening means is designed, for example, as a screw, the insertion of the fastening means and the fastening of the furniture fitting in a favorable mounting position can be carried out.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous that the insertion section is designed plate-shaped. Due to the plate-shaped configuration, it is possible to realize a very thin-walled front panel. By thus achieved compact design, it is possible to realize front panels in wall thicknesses between 4 mm to 14 mm, preferably between 6 mm and 11 mm.
If the insert element forms a web which is arranged essentially transversely to the insertion section, then the web can have a geometry matched to an end-face side of the first furniture part, the web completely covering in the assembly position at least the end face of the first furniture part. Thus, it is possible, depending on the configuration of the web, to produce a visually sophisticated connection between the first and second furniture part or between the first furniture part and furniture fitting.
In this case, if the insertion portion has two non-parallel opposite section surfaces, one of the section surfaces is arranged substantially parallel to a plane perpendicular to the web and the other section surface at a 2 ° angled angle to a plane perpendicular to the web, so we insert the insert element facilitated due to the converging section surfaces and it tolerance tolerances can be compensated for the depression in the end face of the first furniture part.
When the web forms a shoulder in the transition to the insertion portion, wherein the shoulder contacted in mounting position with the first furniture part and the web spaced a distance from the first furniture part, wherein the distance is between 0.1 mm and 0.8 mm, so creates a gap between the bridge and the furniture part - also called shadow gap - which improves the visual appearance of the furniture part. For example, fissures, eruptions or optically non-demanding cut surfaces are covered by the bridge and not made visible by the shadow gap. However, the shadow gap can also compensate for any tolerance problems that may arise.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that the counter-holding element is designed as at least one threaded hole, wherein on the first piece of furniture at least one passage opening is arranged, which coincides in the mounting position with the counter-holding member. Thus, it is ensured that when fastening the furniture fitting by the at least one fastening means at this passage opening, which is located above the counter-holding element, a part of the piece of furniture between the furniture fitting and the insert element. Thus, all four components (insert element, first furniture part, fasteners, furniture fitting) are connected to each other and can not be separated from each other. This connection can be released only by removing the at least one fastening means. If the depression in the end face of the first furniture part has a corresponding shape to the insertion portion of the insert element, the assembly of the insert element is facilitated and prevents incorrect assembly.
The method of attaching the furniture fitting of the arrangement described above facilitates the assembly of a drawer or a drawer insert and creates a stable and visually sophisticated product.
Further advantageous embodiments are defined in the dependent subclaims.
Further details and advantages of the present invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the description of the figures with reference to the exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings. Show:

Figure 1 shows a piece of furniture 20 with a first furniture part 1 and a second furniture part 2. The piece of furniture 20 may for example be a drawer or a drawer insert or simply a container for sorting objects such as accessories. The first furniture part 1 is connected to the second furniture part 2 via a connecting element 3.
FIG. 2 shows a first furniture part 1 with a connecting element 3. The connecting element 3 is formed from an insert element 4, a furniture fitting 8 and at least one fastening means 7. The at least one fastening means 7 can be designed, for example, as a screw. However, other fastening means, such as rivets, are also conceivable. The furniture fitting 8 is configured as a clip connector, the corresponding counterpart is located in the second furniture part and is not shown in the figure 2, since this is the known prior art counts. The insert element 4 covers with the web 9, the complete end face of the first furniture part. 1
Figure 3 shows an exploded view of the arrangement consisting of insert element 4, furniture fitting 8, fastening means 7 and first furniture part 1. The insert element 4 is not yet introduced into the recess 5 of the end face 6 of the first furniture part 1. It can be seen that the insert element 4 has an insertion section 12, which in turn forms the at least one counter-holding element 11. The at least one counter-holding element is designed as a threaded hole in this embodiment. However, it would also be conceivable to carry out a normal through hole instead of a threaded hole, which serves to receive a blind rivet or other fastening means. Furthermore, it can be seen that the first furniture part 1 has at least one passage opening 10, which essentially completely coincides with the at least one counter-holding element 11 of the insert element 4, as soon as it has been inserted into the first furniture part 1. After inserting the insert element 4 into the depression 5 of the end face 6 of the first furniture part 1, the furniture fitting 8 can be fastened by the at least one through opening 10 in the counter holding element 11 via the at least one fastening means 7.
FIG. 4a shows the rear view of a first furniture part 1 with a furniture fitting 8 fastened thereto. The furniture fitting 8 is anchored in the first furniture part 1 by at least one fastening means 7 in cooperation with the insert element 4. The section D - D indicated in FIG. 4a is shown in FIG. 4b. There is a gap between the web 9 and the side surface 6. The distance X shown results from a shoulder 14 which is formed by a section of the web 9. This resulting shadow gap is defined by the distance X between the web 9 and the first furniture part 1 with a value between 0.1 mm and 0.8 mm, preferably, this value moves by 0.3 mm. This shadow gap improves the visual appearance through the lamination of the end face 6 and its corners.
FIG. 4b shows the section D-D from FIG. 4a. It can be seen that the at least one attachment means 7 extends through the furniture fitting 8, which extends at least one passage opening 10 in the first furniture part 1 and into the at least one counter-holding element 11 of the insertion section 12. By applying the at least one fastening element 7 so the furniture fitting 8 is pressed against the first furniture part 1, since the insertion element 12 with the at least one counter-holding element 11 serves as an abutment. A component of the first furniture part 1 is clamped between the furniture fitting 8 and the insertion portion 12.
The result is a firm connection between furniture fitting 8 and the first furniture part 1, wherein the not visible in Figure 4b end face 6 of the first furniture part by the web 9 - visible in the figure 4a or in the figure 3 - is covered. By a slight oversize of the web 9 in relation to the end face 6 of the first furniture part 1 is achieved that due to the supernatant U manufacturing tolerances in the manufacture of the first furniture part 1 or 4 of the insert element can be compensated. The supernatant U is between 0.1 mm and 0.8 mm, preferably 0.3 mm.
FIG. 5a shows the insert element 4 in a side view. It can be seen that the web 9 forms a shoulder 14 on its rear side. This paragraph 14 contributes to the formation of the shadow gap, which has been explained in detail in Figure 4a. Almost perpendicular to the web 9, the insertion portion 12 extends with the insertion aids 15. The insertion aids 15 facilitate insertion into the not visible in the figure 5a depression 5 of the first furniture part 1. In this Ausführungsbeilspiel are the
Insertion aids 15 designed as radii. In the insertion portion 12, the at least one counter-holding element 11 is arranged - in this embodiment as two threaded holes. Preferably, at the insertion portion 12, a mark 13 is attached, which indicates the installation position of the insert element 4.
FIG. 5b shows the insert element 4 orthogonally on the rear side of the web 9 in a viewing angle, wherein the shoulder 14 for forming the shadow gap is clearly visible as a delimitation between the insertion section 12 and the web 9. Since the two section surfaces 12a, 12b (shown in FIG. 5c) do not run parallel to one another, one of the section surfaces 12a, 12b of the insertion section 12 can also be seen in this view.
FIG. 5c shows the T-shaped cross-section of the insert element 4-the top view of the insert element 4. It can be seen that the insertion section 12 is formed by a first section surface 12a and second section surface 12b. These sectional areas 12a, 12b are not parallel to each other. In this embodiment, it is shown that the second section surface 12 b is arranged substantially perpendicular to the web 9. The first section surface 12a is arranged at an angle of 2 ° to the web 9, deviating from the rectangular plane. It follows that the insert element 4 can be inserted more easily into the not visible in the figure 5c depression 5 of the first furniture part 1. The second section surface 12b is pressed against the inside of the first furniture part 1 when the fastening means 7, not visible in FIG. Since this second section surface 12b is arranged substantially perpendicular to the web 9, the web 9 is in the mounting position parallel to the not visible in Figure 5c end face 6 of the furniture. The first section surface 12 a with its plane running obliquely relative to the second section surface 12 b serves for easier insertion of the start-up section 12 into the first furniture part 1.
