The present invention relates to a novel cradle for adults and children. This is controlled by a pneumatic device by hand control. A rocking movement should help adults and children to relax, calm down and sleep at best.
State of the art
There are different forms of weighing. Most cradles work with a levitation device with pendulum motion or a lifting device. Mostly the cradles are designed for children and babies.
As described in EP 0 804 891 A1, there is also the possibility of a laterally two-sided eccentric drive to generate a weighing movement. In this case, the slatted base is fixed in the middle above and below. However, it is unclear whether the resilience is also given for an adult.
Presentation of the invention
The invention is a floor cradle for a single bed or a single bed construction.
The single bed can also be used normally for sleeping.
At the bottom of the cradle can be mounted either 2 or 3 specially made wooden skids. Furthermore, 2 plastic pneumatic cushions are mounted on the bottom left and right. By means of a crank drive, a double-acting pneumatic cylinder is operated via an electric worm geared motor or belt motor, which alternately pumps and sucks air and vacuum into the two airpads. This process results in the Wiegeweg.
The pneumatic cushions and the pneumatic cylinder are connected by 2 compressed air hoses.
The geared motor employs a manual hand control to control the speed of weighing.
The aim is to achieve a harmonious uniformity in the weighing movement.
It was found by the piston, a difference in air pressure, which is negligible.
Brief description of the drawings
Fig.l shows the floor cradle seen from above with the wooden skids 2, 3 and 4. It can also be used only 2 wooden skids to operate.
The pneumatic cushion 5 and 6 are mounted on the underside of the bed.
2 shows the compressed air hoses 7 and 8 which are connected to the pneumatic cylinder 9.
The pneumatic cylinder 9 supplies the two pneumatic cushions with air.
The crank mechanism 10 consists of a turntable, to which a push rod is attached.
The push rod is connected to the piston of the pneumatic cylinder 9 to reciprocate the piston.
By the engine control element 12 of the geared motor 11 is controlled, which drives the crank mechanism 10.
The manual control 13 is controlled by the motor control element 12.
Fig.3 describes the left hand pump, with which the left pneumatics are additionally set kaim. In order to obtain an optimal weighing feeling, you can with the left hand pump air in the left pneumatic pad on and off.

Embodiment of the invention
The lying surface (1) is designed for people and has the size of about 90 x 200 cm.
On the underside of the bed is a specially made wooden skid (2) attached. Also on the lower end of the underside of the bed is a specially made wooden skid (4) attached. Furthermore, an additional wooden skid (3) is also planned as an option in the middle. The wooden skids are each about 4 cm wide.
Also on the underside of the lying surface is located on the left side of a pneumatic cushion (5), which is connected to the left compressed air hose (8) to pump or suck air.
In order to produce a weighing movement, a pneumatic cushion (6) is also connected to the right compressed air hose (7) on the right side.
The left compressed air hose (8) and the right compressed air hose (7) are connected to a pneumatic cylinder (9).
The Pneiunatikzylinder (9) is double-acting with pistons.
The piston of the pneumatic cylinder (9) is moved by a piston drive (10) consisting of a push rod and a metal rotary disk.
The piston movement brings air into the two pneumatic cushions (5) + (6).
The crank mechanism (10) is operated by means of a geared motor (11). The control of the geared motor by means of manual control (13) which is connected by a connecting cable (15) with a motor control element (12). The engine control element (12) is connected by a connecting cable (14) to the geared motor.
The hand control (13) allows a person to control the weighing speed individually.
To individually control the pneumatic cushions (5) and (6), there are two compressed air hoses left (16) and right (18). These are equipped with one hand pump left (17) and right (19) at the end.
