专利摘要:
An arrangement for holding the overhead line of electric rail vehicles consisting of carrying cable (11) and contact wire (12) has a catenary mast (1, 2) with guides (6, 21) for a carrier (7, 7) extending upwards the mast (1, 2) ) on. The carrier (7) is displaceable in the guides (6, 21) and carries a cantilever (10) holding the overhead line. The boom (10) consists of a rod shaped into an open loop, the ends of which are mounted on the carrier (7). This arrangement is simpler and safer than the known arrangements.

专利说明:

The invention relates to an arrangement for holding the catenary and trolley wire catenary electrical rail vehicles, with a catenary mast having guides for a mast upwardly extending carrier, wherein the carrier is slidable in the guides and carries a overhead line holding boom ,
In known arrangements Z-arms are in use, which have a variety of complicated items. There were accidents, because the suspension of the lower Z-pipe broke and the pipe collided with the pantograph.
The invention has set itself the goal to provide an arrangement which is simpler and safer than the known arrangements.
This is achieved by the fact that the boom consists of a rod shaped into an open loop, the ends of which are mounted on the carrier.
In the context of the invention, the carrier consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP). As a result, the use of insulators, as was previously necessary, not required.
It is envisaged that the two opposite sections of the loop are connected by at least one strut. This will cause stiffening of the loop.
A strut can also be used for storage of the overhead line. And that is at the upper part of a strut, the support cable and stored at the bottom of the contact wire.
In this case, the storage of the contact wire is advantageously connected via a serving as a side holder pull rope with the strut.
In order to enable a zig-zag course of the overhead line, according to a further feature of the invention, the strut is mounted transversely displaceably on the loop.
An inexpensive embodiment of an inventive arrangement results when the rod of the loop and the struts are made of aluminum tubes.
It is further contemplated that the support cable is attached to an arm which is pivotable about the axis of the strut.
As a result, a tension of the support cable at a
Pivoting the boom avoided.
In the following, the invention will be described in detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, without being limited to this example. Showing:
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of an arrangement according to the invention;
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the upper guide of the carrier;
Fig. 3 is a view of the upper guide with an inserted partial section;
Fig. 4 is a side view of the arrangement according to the invention;
Figure 5 on an enlarged scale, a view of the support of supporting cable and contact wire.
Fig. 6 is a side view of the arrangement in two positions.
According to FIG. 1, a catenary mast according to the invention has two forming tubes 1 and 2, which are connected to one another at the bottom by a connecting piece 3 and at the top by a connecting piece 4. At the connector 3, a pipe 5 is attached, which serves to anchor the mast in the ground.
At the upper guide piece 4, a guide 6 is fixed to a carrier 7, which is vertically displaceable in the guide 6.
On the support 7 made of fiberglass, the ends of a boom 10 are supported at 8 and 9, which consists of a rod formed into an open loop. The boom 10 carries the overhead line, the support cable 11 and the contact wire 12th
The guide 6, shown enlarged in FIGS. 2 and 3 with respect to FIG. 1, has two guide parts 12 and 13, which open outwards in the form of a mouth. By means of a mounting plate 14, the guide 6 is attached to the upper connector 4. In openings 15 protrude locking springs 16 which are pivotable about their outer ends 17, to which they are attached to the mouth-shaped ends of the guide members 12 and 13.
When inserting the carrier 7 between the guide members 12 and 13, therefore, the locking springs 16 move to the outside to spring back after the insertion of inward and thus prevent a return movement of the carrier 7.
Between the two guide members 12 and 13, a nut 18 is mounted on a plate 19. In the nut 18 is a parallel to the carrier 7 extending threaded spindle 20 can be screwed, which is rotatably mounted in a lower guide member 21. The guide member 21 is slidably guided in the trained as guides bars 1 and 2.
The two opposite sections of the loop of the boom 10 are connected by struts 30, 31 with each other. The strut 31 is slidably mounted on the loop. On the strut 31, the support cable 11 and the contact wire 12 are attached.
Due to the displaceability of the strut 31, it is possible to guide the overhead line zig-zag, whereby a more uniform wear is achieved. In Fig. 4, this is indicated.
From Fig. 5 it can be seen that the strut 31 is rotatably mounted in tubes 32, 33 and secured at the bottom by Seegerringe 34.
At the upper end of the strut 31, an arm 35 is attached, which supports the supporting cable 11. In a pivoting of the boom 10, the support cable 11 is therefore not verwürgt.
The contact wire 12, which is held in a suspension clamp, is connected to the strut 31 via a traction cable 36 serving as a side holder. The connection takes place via an arm 37, with the central effect of the pull cable 36 on the
Contact wire 12 can be adjusted, this is thus not twisted.
According to Fig. 6, the boom 10 is shown in two positions.
The Höhenverschwenkung takes place by moving the threaded spindle 20, which in the nut 18 of the guide 6 on or unscrews, so that the carrier 7 is moved vertically. It is also important for the arrangement according to the invention that no mass force, as from a side support rod, acts on the contact wire. Thus no contact interruption occurs at high speed of the train (arc).
