The heat exchanger of an oven is very complicated according to the current state. To provide advantageous manufacturing costs, the heat exchanger has been simplified.
Description of the invention
The invention relates to the heat exchanger of a furnace. The flue gases must flow through the baffles 1 a longer way to the exhaust fan 3. This will dissipate more heat to the outside. The baffles 1 therefore form with the outer wall of the combustion chamber 7 and the two Brennkammerrückbleche2 left and right on which the insulating plate 9 abuts the heat exchanger. The baffles 1 therefore serve equally as a distance for the two combustion chamber baffles 2 (sealing surface for insulation plate) on which the insulating plate 4 rests as well as for the deflection of the flue gas. In addition, the baffles 1 through the two Brennkammerrückbleche 2 still serve as a lateral positioning of the insulating 9. An additional advantage is that the heat exchanger and the exhaust duct 5 to the exhaust fan 3 from the front when opening the blaze door 6 or an otherwise openable area (eg flap, Maintenance cover) and removal of the insulating plate 9 through the combustion chamber 8 can clean. This has the advantage of not requiring a cleaning lid for cleaning and thus saving manufacturing costs.

Claims 1. The heat exchanger characterized in that the diverting plates (1) serve equally as a distance for the two combustion chamber back plates (2), which is at the same time also the sealing surface for the insulating plate (9), as well as for the deflection of the flue gas.

2. The heat exchanger according to claim 1, characterized in that the baffles (1) are simultaneously the positioning of the insulating plate (4).

The heat exchanger according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that the heat exchanger or the exhaust duct (5) to the exhaust fan (3), by the special arrangement, with open combustion chamber door (6) or otherwise to be opened area and removal of the insulating plate (4) through the combustion chamber is accessible.
