专利说明:
1 The invention relates to a vessel, in particular a beverage container, preferably made of glass, which is double-walled in a lower, an opening region opposite, and which has a single-walled area between the double-walled area and the opening. Forming vessels double-walled for the purpose of thermal insulation has been known since the invention of the principle by James Dewar in 1874 and the application of a patent based thereon by Reinhold Burger in 1903 (DE 170057 C). Based on this principle, the AT 9949 Ul shows a food serving vessel which has a single-walled end edge at the top. The single-walled area serves drinking comfort. The vessels disclosed therein all have a stem-shaped portion, on which - similar to a wine glass - followed by a substantially plate-shaped foot for parking. Furthermore, US Pat. No. 6,419,108 B1 shows a thermally insulated beverage container. The thermal insulation is an evacuated space between an outer and an inner wall. The inner wall protrudes beyond the height of the outer wall and thus forms an upper single-walled area. The glass is substantially cylindrical so that the bottom circumference and opening circumference are substantially identical. On the other hand, DE 10 2004 056 932 A1 discloses a stackable heat-insulating paper cup. The thermal insulation is achieved by a double-walled construction of an outer and a spaced inner shell. The inner and outer shells have substantially the same length and each extend from a lower crimping roller, which is arranged substantially at the lower end of the cup - in particular below the cup bottom - to an upper crimping roller, which forms the upper cup rim. It is an object of the invention to provide a vessel of the type mentioned, which on the one hand has good thermal insulation properties and on the other hand, a space-saving Lage- - 2 - tion of many similar vessels, as it is desirable for example in the catering allowed. This is inventively achieved in that an inner profile of the single-walled region of the vessel is at least partially matched with an outer profile of a lower stacking area of another, similar vessel such that the vessels are stackable. Due to the corresponding design of the inner profile in the upper region of the vessel and the outer profile of the lower double-walled Dämmbereichs thus suitable for the catering vessel is created, which also has the advantages of a thermally insulated double-walled vessel. The space savings achieved and the stability in stacking and thus the maximum number of vessels in a stack can consequently be controlled simply by choosing a suitable height of the single-walled area. In order to achieve a high stability in the inserted position of at least two vessels, it is advantageous if the outer profile of the lower stack area corresponds to the formation of a game at least partially the inner profile of an upper stack area. It is furthermore favorable if an upper stack area accommodating the further vessel substantially coincides with the single-walled area, since thus the risk of damage to the container forming the inner wall of the double wall section is reliably avoided. In addition, the outer profile of the lower stacking area may have a significantly larger circumference than would allow the inner profile in the double-walled area and thus the inner volume of the vessel despite the partially double-walled design and regardless of the wall distance in the double-walled area be relatively large. In a preferred variant, the vessel is substantially frusto-conical, whereby particularly good stacking properties are achieved, without giving the impression that the mold is subjected exclusively to the stacking function. In addition, the outer profile of the vessel at one point above 3 be at least partially tapered half of the Dämmbereichs upwards. Due to the taper, the outer profile above the double-walled region can at least partially approach the inner profile to form the single-walled region. An opposite step on the inner profile above the double-walled area can thus be reduced or even completely avoided. It also proves to be advantageous if the outer profile of the vessel is widened at one point upwards. By thus also expanded inner diameter, the stackability is particularly favored. Conveniently, the vessel also has a grip area with substantially the same shape and smaller circumference with respect to the rest of the outer profile. The handle area prevents slipping on the vessel and gives the user haptic information about the height at which he holds the vessel, which - even without visual control - gives the feeling of a secure hold. If a cover, preferably a cover ring, is arranged in the grip area from a material different from the vessel, preferably from plastic, in particular from silicone, the grip safety is improved even further. In addition, the stacking security can be increased if the cover in the stack acts as an intermediate layer between two vessels. For example, if the vessel walls are made of glass, scratching of the glass can be prevented and stacking noise when stacking a plurality of vessels is reduced. In a preferred variant of the vessel according to the invention, a cover arranged outside the vessel, preferably a covering ring, is arranged in a transition region from the double-walled region into the single-walled region. With this arrangement, the transition between the double-walled and the single-walled area can be concealed so that the user initially sees the vessel, especially in the filled state, as one-walled and gives the impression of a relatively large internal volume. In addition, the cover of the additional 4 thermal insulation between the vessel or its contents and the environment, for example, the surrounding room air or the hand of a person who touches the vessel on the cover ring. It proves to be advantageous if a base with a smaller circumference is formed on the underside of the vessel. In this case, the indentation or step may be selected such that it corresponds to a step in the inner profile of a lower vessel in the stack, whereby the stability during stacking is further improved. In addition, a cover made of a different material from the vessel, preferably made of plastic, in particular silicone, may be arranged on the base. As a result, on the one hand improves the stability of the vessel on a smooth and possibly slippery surface and on the other hand shocks between the lower edge of the vessel and any steps in the inner profile of another vessel are attenuated during stacking. For the thermal insulation, it is advantageous if the double-walled area encloses a cavity. The insulating properties can thus be set up in a simple manner by a suitable choice of the dimensions of the cavity. In particular, good insulation properties are achieved if the cavity contains air, since this has a low thermal conductivity. The invention will be explained below with reference to particularly preferred embodiments, to which it should not be limited, and with reference to the drawings. The drawings show in detail: Fig. 1 is a side view of a vessel according to the invention without covers; FIG. 2 shows a vessel according to FIG. 1 with covers; FIG. and 3 is a sectional view of two stacked vessels according to FIG. 2. 5 In Fig. 1, a substantially frusto-conical vessel 1 is shown, which has an opening 3 on an upper side 2. The opening 3 is bounded by an upper edge 4. Approximately halfway up the vessel 1, a grip area 5 is provided, which is essentially vertically centered, wherein the vessel 1 has a smaller circumference in the grip area 5 than a continuous truncated cone shape. At the lower and upper edge (6 and 7) of the handle portion 5, the outer profile 8 of the vessel 1 has a taper 9 respectively an extension 10, which are each formed by an edge or a bead. The vessel 1 is formed from the upper edge 4 to a lower edge 6 of the handle portion 5 single-walled. Below the grip region 5, the vessel 1 has a double-walled region 11, which is achieved in that the wall of the vessel 1 has an outer part 12 and, arranged therein, an inner part 13. Between outer part 12 and inner part 13, a cavity 14 is formed, which contains substantially air. Through the double-walled region 11 and the air trapped in the cavity 14, a thermal insulation with respect to the outside of the vessel 1 is achieved. Here, the volume of the cavity 14 determines the degree of thermal insulation. In particular, the configuration of the inner part 13 may be selected so that suitable insulating properties are achieved. Due to the thermal insulation is a Temperature compensation of the vessel contents with both the ambient air surrounding the vessel 1 and with a substrate with which the bottom 15 of the vessel 1 may be in thermal contact, reduced. In addition, an unpleasant feeling due to very high or very low temperatures, for example, when touching the vessel 1 is prevented. On a bottom 16, the vessel 1 has a base 17. The base 17 is formed by an inwardly step or indentation 18. Therefore, the bottom 15 has a smaller diameter than would be the case with a continuous truncated cone shape of the vessel 1. The thus reduced area of the bottom 15 additionally reduces the thermal conductivity between the contents of the vessel 1 and a substrate. In addition, the step 18 may be formed such that, when stacked in a further vessel 1 '(see Fig. 3), it inserts into an extension 6 (defect: reference not found) in the interior of the further vessel. Fig. 2 shows a vessel 1 (see Fig. 1) with a cover ring 19 in the handle portion 5 and a cover 20 on the base 17. The cover ring 19 and the cover 20 are both formed of silicone. The cover ring 19 has on one side an advertising space 21, which may show, for example, a logo. To increase the grip, the cover ring has a groove structure. Since the cover ring 19 covers the entire grip region 5 and thus also a transition from the double-walled region 11 into a single-walled region 22, the vessel 1 appears to be single-walled at first sight or has a plane (apart from the groove structure) outer surface on. In addition to the covering function, the covering ring 19 also fulfills an insulating function. It is thus formed by the double-walled area 11 together with the cover ring 19 in the handle portion 5 an enlarged Dämmbereich extending from the upper edge 7 of the handle portion 5 down to the bottom 15. Through the cover 20 on the base 17, the heat insulation is further improved in the region of the bottom 16. The cover 20 also prevents slippage of the vessel 1 on a smooth surface and serves to protect the vessel 1 during stacking, since it forms a shock-absorbing layer between the vessel 1 and another vessel 1 '(see Fig. 3). If the cover ring 19 substantially compensates for the circumference reduced in the grip area 5 and the cover 20 also substantially compensates for the rating 18 on the base 17, the outer profile error: reference not found of the vessel 1 is substantially continuous frustoconical. FIG. 3 shows a section of the vessel 1 according to FIG. 2 with another similar vessel 1 '. The further vessel 1T is stacked in the vessel 1. At an external profile error: Reference not found opposite side, the inner profile 23 of the vessels 1, 1 'can be seen. In the single-walled area 22, the inner profile 23 essentially follows the outer profile 7 of the vessels 1, 1 '. For example, the inner profile 23 in an essentially same height as the extension 10 on the outer profile 8 an extension error: reference not found on. In the double-walled region 11, on the other hand, the inner profile 23 deviates from the outer profile 8 and is determined by the shape of the inner part 13. The arrangement of the further vessel 1 'in the vessel 1 during stacking is predetermined by the inner profile 23 in an upper stack area 25 and the outer profile error: reference not found in a lower stack area 24. As shown in FIG. 3, in stacking, the lower stack area 24 of the further vessel 1 'fits into the upper stack area 25 of the vessel 1. In the illustrated preferred embodiment, the upper stack area 25 is substantially identical to the single-wall area 22. The floor the further vessel 1 'is thereby arranged in the stack at a height with the lower edge 6 of the handle region 5 of the vessel 1. The cover 20 of the further vessel 1 'is in contact with an extension 26 of the inner profile 23. The extension 26 is due to the smaller inner diameter of the inner part 13 in the double-walled region 11 or by the distance between the inner part 13 and outer part 12 and the radial Expansion of the cavity 14. In the example shown in Fig. 3 open the inner part 13 and the outer part 12 in the single-walled area 22 by the outer part 12 tapers and the inner part 13 expands. Alternatively, for example, each one of the two parts can pass straight into the single-walled area 22 while the other part is either tapered or widened. In the example shown, the upper stack area 25 overlaps with the lower stack area 24 of the same vessel 1, as a result of which more than half the height of the further vessel 1 'can be introduced into the vessel 1. However, it is also conceivable that the stack areas 24, 25 do not overlap. For example, the lower stack area 24 may be provided substantially identical to the double-walled area 11. It is only essential that the two vessels 1, 1 'are stackable, i. the further vessel 1 'can be guided into the vessel 1 at least in sections and can be guided in the inserted position in a form-fitting manner, preferably with play, i. not completely immobile, is held.
