FIG. 1a shows a piece of furniture 110 in a perspective view. The furniture 110 has a furniture body 103 and three drawers 102. The drawers 102 in turn have drawer side walls 100 and front panels 101 attached thereto. The front panels 101 were attached to the drawer side walls 100 of the drawer 102 via fastening devices 1, not shown here.
FIG. 1b shows the furniture 110 as shown in FIG. 1a, wherein the uppermost front panel 101 has not yet been fastened to the drawer 102 or its two drawer side walls 100.
In this embodiment, four disassembled furniture fittings 20 can be seen on the front panel 101, via which the front panel 101 is attached to the drawer side walls 100.
Figures 2a and 2b show the perspective view of a drawer side wall 100 disposed therein fastener 1. In the drawer side wall 100 while the safety gear 10 is formed, which catches the furniture fitting 20 and thus the front panel 101, not shown, on which normally the furniture fitting 20 is pre-assembled , with the drawer side wall 100 connects.
Figure 3a shows a perspective view of the fastening device 1, consisting of the safety gear 10, which is usually mounted in a drawer side wall 100, not shown here, and the furniture fitting 20, which is usually pre-mounted on a front panel 101, not shown here.
For aligning the front panel 101, the safety gear 10 has a height adjustment device 50 and a lateral adjustment device 60.
To unlock an already attached furniture fitting 20 in the safety gear 10, the safety gear 10 on an unlocking device 40, which allows an intentional release of the furniture fitting 20 from the safety gear 10, wherein the unlocking device 40, the catch element 11 of the safety gear 10 and thereby the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 releases. In this preferred embodiment, the Entriegeiungsvorrichtung 40 is equipped with an externally accessible tool holder 42, whereby the unlocking device 40 can be actuated by means of a tool.
The fastening device 1 for attaching a front panel 101 to a drawer 102, in particular to a drawer side wall 100, in this embodiment, at least one pre-assembled on the front panel 101 furniture fitting 20, wherein the furniture fitting 20 at least one of the
Front bezel 101 projecting web 21 and 22 and a transverse to the web 21 and 22 extending bolt 23 and one of the drawer 102 (not shown) associated with safety gear 10, the safety device 10 when inserting the furniture fitting 20 holds this automatically and the safety gear 10th a movable, spring-loaded catch element 11 which is triggered by the bolt 23 and holds the bolt 23, wherein the catch element 11 along a guide plate 12 is movable, wherein at one of the front panel 101 associated side 13 of the guide plate 12 at least one deflector 2 - In this preferred exemplary embodiment, a plurality of deflector elements 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are provided against the furniture fitting 20 pre-assembled in the front panel 101.
In this preferred exemplary embodiment, two deflector elements 2 and 3 are designed as lugs 32 and 33 and make it easier to insert the furniture fitting 20 or the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 into the catching device 10.
The further deflector elements 4, 5, 6 (or 7, 8 and 9, see FIG. 3b) are in this case designed as laterally protruding projections 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49.
In this preferred embodiment, the laterally projecting projections 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 are further formed as nubs. Of course, it would also be conceivable that these are designed as webs or the like. It is important only that they project laterally from the guide plate 12 and thus can prevent false triggering of the catch element 11 through the webs 21 and 22 of the furniture fitting 20 - what would happen if the furniture fitting 20 is not exactly inserted into the safety gear 10 (see Figures 4a and 4b and 5a and 5b).
To exclude a false triggering of the catch element 11, while the laterally projecting projections 44, 45,46,47,48,49 have a height which is at least as large as the thickness of the flat, plate-shaped Fangelements eleventh
In this embodiment, the plate-shaped catching element 11 is formed parallel to the guide plate 12 and slides along the guide plate 12 along.
In the front region, the catch element 11 has a catch opening 14 at its free end, into which the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is introduced.
In this preferred embodiment, two catching elements 11 and 11 'are provided {catching element 11' see FIG. 3 b or FIG. 6), which can slide along the guide plate 12 on both sides. In order to prevent false triggering on both sides, the laterally protruding projections 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 are therefore formed on both sides of the guide mat 12 and can thus prevent the webs 21 and 22 of the furniture fitting 20, the catch elements 11 and 11 'to touch, which prevents a false trip.
FIG. 3b shows a further perspective view of the fastening device as shown in FIG. 3a. At this back the second catch element 11 'is now recognizable. So that there can be no false triggering of the spring-loaded catch element 11 'through the webs 21 or 22 of the furniture fitting 20, the three deflectors 7, 8 and 9 are provided on the guide plate 12, which in this preferred embodiment as laterally projecting projections 47,48 and 49 are formed. Otherwise, the same applies mutatis mutandis to the figure description of Figure 3a mentioned.
Figure 4a and its detailed view Figure 4b show a perspective view of how the deflector 4 can prevent false triggering of the catch element 11 through the web 21 of the furniture fitting 20 by the web 21 on the deflector 4, which in this preferred embodiment as a laterally projecting projection 44th is formed, is present and thus can not get behind this and thus the contact with the catch element 11 can be prevented by the web 21. 10
Thus, a false triggering by the furniture fitting 20 from below in the direction of catch element 11 is not possible.
Figure 5a shows a perspective view of how the deflector 6 prevents false triggering by the furniture fitting 20 from above, since the web 21 of the furniture fitting 20 can not pass the designed as a laterally projecting projection 46 deflector 6 and thus can not touch the catch element 11 ,
In this representation of the furniture fitting 20 is clearly visible that the distance between the free end face 26 of the webs 21 and 22 of the front panel facing back 25 of the furniture fitting 20 is greater than the distance of the pin 23 of the front panel facing back 25 of the furniture fitting 20th This causes the webs 21 and 22 continue to penetrate into the safety gear 10 as the bolt 23. This is one reason why it can lead to Fehiauslösungen through the webs 21 and 22, as this before the bolt 23 in the safety gear 10th penetration.
The deflector 5 - designed as a laterally projecting projection 45 - is intended to prevent false tripping by a straight - so substantially horizontally - introduced furniture fitting 20 (not shown).
Figure 6 shows an exploded perspective view of the safety gear 10 and a perspective view of the furniture fitting 20. Here are the two well-spring-loaded spring 11 - catch elements 11 and 11 'with their catch openings 14 recognizable, which are arranged on both sides of the guide plate 12 and thus contribute to a stable construction.
On the guide plate 12, the three deflectors 4, 5 and 6 are shown, which prevent false triggering of the Fangelements 11, if the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is not properly inserted into the guide track 16 of the guide plate 12. On the back of the guide plate 12, the three deflectors 7, 8 and 9 are formed, which prevent false triggering of Fangelements 11 ', if the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is not properly inserted into the guide track 16 of the guide plate 12.
At the beginning of the guide track 16 of the guide plate 12 while a locking recess 15 is formed, which is intended to receive the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 when no locking of the fastening device 1 is desired. This case occurs especially when the furniture fitting 20 is released from the safety gear 10 and thus can go into this waiting position, whereupon then the front panel can be removed together with the furniture fitting 20 of the drawer, not shown here (see also Figure 8c ).
The fastening process of a furniture fitting 20 in a safety catch 10 according to the prior art will now be described with reference to FIGS. 7a to 7f in order subsequently to carry out the differences and advantages of the new fastening device 1 with reference to FIGS. 8a to 8g.
In Figure 7a, a furniture fitting 20 is shown, which has not yet been introduced into the safety gear 10, but is still with its bolt 23 in front of the front edge 300 of the side wall of the drawer. This belonging to the prior art safety gear 10 also has a spring-loaded by a spring 17 catch element (not shown), which is to catch and lock the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20.
In FIG. 7b, the pin 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is located at the position of the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall and is then subsequently inserted into an insertion channel of the catching device 10, as shown in FIG. 7c, until reaching its insertion position 302 in the prior art fastening device 1 is already a distance 2 ··· · »» * · * * «* · · · * ♦ *« «* * · *« «« v # * «tfc · · ·« · «· · C to the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall of more than 20 mm. In this particular example, it is 29.8 mm.
The insertion path - from the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall to the insertion position 302 - is 29.8 mm.
Further advancement of the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 in the insertion channel of the safety gear 10 brings the bolt 23 to its release position 303 in which the dead center of the Fangelements 11 is overcome - as shown in Figure 7d. This release position 303 already has a distance D from the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall of more than 25 mm. In this particular embodiment, this is 30.8 mm.
The tripping distance - from the insertion position 302 to the tripping position 303 - is 1 mm.
In Figure 7e is now shown how the spring 17 has pivoted the catch element of the safety gear 10 and thereby pulled the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 in the safety gear 10 - up to its closed position 304. This closed position 304 already has a distance E to the front edge 300th the drawer side wall of more than 30 mm. In this particular embodiment, this is 35.8 mm.
The closing distance - from the tripping position 303 to the closing position 304 - is 5 mm.
In FIG. 7f, the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is in its closing reserve position 305, which already has a distance of more than 35 mm from the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall. In this particular embodiment, this is already 37.8 mm.
The closing reserve path - from the closing position 304 to the closing reserve position 305 - is 2 mm.
FIGS. 8a to 8g now show the mentioned positions and paths on the new fastening device 1.
Figure 8a shows the fastening device 1, in which her furniture fitting 20 and its transverse to the insertion direction bolt 23 has not yet reached the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall.
In the safety gear 10, the spring 17 is formed, which can pivot about a pivot system, the catch element 11 about its axis of rotation A, as soon as the pin 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is in the catching opening 14 of the catch element 11 and triggers the pivoting of the catch element 11.
The safety gear 10 further has the guide plate 12, which has an insertion channel, in which the latching recess 15 is formed in its front region and in its rear region the guide track 16 for the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20.
In this representation of the furniture fitting 20 is again clearly visible that the distance between the free end face 26 of the webs 21 and 22 of the front panel facing back 25 of the furniture fitting 20 is greater than the distance of the pin 23 of the front panel facing back 25 of the furniture fitting 20 (compare the description of the figures of Figures 5a and 5b).
In the figure 8b, the pin 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is located at the position of the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall and is in the next step - as shown in Figure 8c - are inserted into the recess 15. To prevent false triggering of the catching element 11 of the catching device 10 during this process, the laterally protruding deflecting elements 4, 5 and 6 are formed on the guide plate 12, which prevent the web 21 of the furniture fitting 20 from catching the catching device 10 in FIG Can come - which would cause a false trip.
Thus, the furniture fitting 20 can only be properly inserted into the safety gear 10 and reach the locking position 201 in the locking receptacle 15.
This locking position 201 has a distance B to the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall of less than 15 mm - preferably less than 10 mm -auf, in this particular embodiment, it is 3.8 mm.
The detent path - from the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall to the detent position 201 - is 3.8 mm.
In Figure 8d is now shown how the furniture fitting 20 and its bolt 23 has been advanced so far into the insertion channel of the safety gear 10, that he has reached its insertion 202, in which the bolt 23 is already in the catch opening 14 of the catch element 11 of Safety catch 10 is located, the catch element 11 but not yet moved.
This insertion position 202 has a distance C to the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall of less than 25 mm - preferably less than 10 mm - in this particular embodiment, it is 4.2 mm. If one compares the insertion position in the prior art attachment device described in FIG. 7c, it can be seen that its insertion position has a distance C which is more than 7 times greater than in the present new attachment device, as in FIG. 8d described.
The insertion path - from the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall to the insertion position 202 - is 4.2 mm. In the prior art, the Einführweg was 37.8 mm (see figure description of Figure 7c). 8e shows how the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 is in the release position 203, in which the catch element 11 is pivoted about its axis of rotation A by the spring 17 of the safety gear 10 at its lever mechanism and then the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 into the safety gear 10 - as shown in Figure 8f.
The release position 203 in this case has a distance D to the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall of less than 25 mm - preferably smaller than 10 mm -auf. In this particular embodiment, it is even only 7.4 mm. In comparison thereto, as described in FIG. 7d, the release position in the prior art attachment device is already more than 30 mm away from the front edge 300 of the drawer side wall (distance D).
The tripping distance - from the insertion position 202 to the tripping position 203 - is 3.2 mm. In the prior art, however, the triggering path was only 1 mm (see figure description of Figure 7d).
After the spring 17 has pivoted the catching element 11 about its axis of rotation A and has pulled the bolt 23 of the furniture hinge 20 into the catching device 10, the bolt 23 is in its closed position 204. In this closed position 204, the bolt 23 has a distance E to it Front edge 200 of the drawer side wall of less than 30 mm, preferably less than 20 mm. In this particular embodiment, it is even only 14.6 mm. If one compares the closing position 304 of the fastening device belonging to the prior art, as shown in FIG. 7e, it can be seen that this distance E is greater by more than 20 mm than in the case of the present fastening device 1.
The closing distance - from the release position 203 to the closed position 204 - is 7.2 mm. In the prior art, however, the closing distance was 5 mm (see figure description of Figure 7e).
In Figure 8g, the closing reserve position 205 is gestgestift now in which the bolt 23 of the furniture fitting 20 has a distance F to the front edge 200 of the drawer side wall and which is also below 30 mm - preferably smaller than 20 mm. In this particular embodiment, it is exactly 15 mm, which is less than half that required by the prior art fastener (see description of Figure 7f, distance F: 37.8 mm). The closing reserve is used to compensate for dimensional tolerances.
The closing reserve path - from the closing position 204 to the closing reserve position 205 - is 0.4 mm. In the prior art, however, the closing reserve path was 2 mm (see figure description of Figure 7f).
This means that the present fastening device 1 is much more compact than the fastening devices belonging to the prior art.
