    The present invention relates to a drawer having a first wall part and a second wall part, and with a fastening device, via which the first wall part and the second wall part are connectable to each other, wherein the fastening device has at least one locking element for locking the wall elements to each other.
    Furthermore, the invention relates to a piece of furniture with at least one drawer of the kind to be described.
    A generic drawer is described, for example, in WO 2009/111807 A1 of the Applicant, wherein two wall parts can be fixed relative to each other after positioning by a handle element of a fastening device. In the embodiment according to FIG. 6-8 of WO 2009/111807 a holding device with plug-in pins is shown, which can be inserted into guide channels of a wall element. For this construction, a relatively large number of components are necessary, in addition, a considerable manual force must be applied for the clamping of the grip element, depending on the tolerance situation.
    Object of the present invention is to provide a drawer of the type mentioned, wherein the fastening device for locking the two wall elements is simple, inexpensive and robust and allows reliable fixation of the two wall parts to each other.
    This is achieved by the features of claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent subclaims.
    According to the invention, it is thus provided that the locking element has at least one, preferably spring-elastic, tongue, which can be inserted into a recess of one of the wall parts and can be fixed therein-preferably by clamping.
    By - preferably resilient - tongue can be inserted into the recess of a wall part, said tongue is held frictionally within the recess by abutment against a flank of the recess. The tongue is arranged on one of the wall parts and can be inserted into the intended recess of the other wall part. The recess of the wall part may be formed as a running in the longitudinal direction of the wall part groove, wherein the tongue is inserted into an end face of the wall part in the groove and fixed therein by clamping or fixable. The tongue is in rest position over the edge of the recess to the outside and is when inserting - preferably against the spring force of the tongue - bent into the recess, the tongue is held by constant concern on a flank of the recess self-locking.
    According to one embodiment, it may be provided that the at least one tongue has a longitudinal direction, wherein the longitudinal direction of the tongue extends obliquely to a longitudinal extension of the recess. In this way, the free end of the tongue forms a kind of barb, which digs within the recess and unwanted withdrawal of the tongue is prevented.
    The tongue may have a - preferably sharp-edged trained - free end, which points in the insertion direction of the tongue in the recess to the rear. In this way, the tongue can be inserted in the insertion direction, in the opposite direction, however, a pulling out of the tongue is not possible.
    According to one embodiment of the invention can be provided that a release device is provided, through which the at least one tongue from the locked position is releasable.
    The furniture according to the invention is characterized by at least one drawer of the type in question.

    Fig. 1 shows a furniture 1 with a furniture body 2 in a perspective view, with drawers 3, 4, 5 are mounted relative to the furniture body 2 movable. The middle drawer 4 is formed as an internal drawer, which is covered in the closed position by the raised front panel of the lower drawer 5. The drawer 4 has drawer side walls 6, a drawer bottom 32 and a front wall, which in the embodiment shown consists of lateral first wall parts 7 and an intermediate second wall part 8.
    FIG. 2 shows the drawer 4 according to FIG. 1, designed as an internal drawer. This drawer has side walls 6, a drawer bottom 32 and a rear wall 10. The front wall of the drawer 4 comprises two lateral first wall parts 7, which in each case are to be connected to a second wall part 8 via a fastening device 15 to be described later.     Essentially straight drawer wall part - in the present case, the front wall - from. The first wall parts 7 each have at least one rear-side holding part 11, wherein the holding parts 11 are releasably latched with a latching device 12 of the drawer side wall 6.
    Fig. 3 shows the wall parts 7, 8 in a slightly modified embodiment. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the two first wall parts 7 comprise two holding parts 11 which are spaced apart in the height direction and which can be releasably latched into separate catch devices 12 (FIG. 1) of the drawer side wall 6.
    The wall parts 7 are each provided with an insertion pocket 13 for receiving a plate-shaped wall element 14, wherein the plate-shaped wall element 14 may be formed as a decorative insert of glass, wood, metal, plastic or ceramic. On the wall parts 7 each vertically spaced fastening devices 15 are arranged, each having at least one - preferably resilient - tongue 16a (Fig. 5b), which are each frontally in recesses 17 of the second wall part 8 inserted and clamped therein fixable. The second wall part 8 has at the top a - preferably U-shaped - channel 18, in which the plate-shaped wall element 14 can be used with its lower longitudinal edge.
    Fig. 4 shows the interconnected wall parts 7 and 8, between which the plate-shaped wall element 14 is received. For improved fixation of the wall parts 7, 8, it can be provided that each fastening device 15 has a locking element 16 which comprises two or more tongues 16a (FIG. 5b) spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the wall part 8, wherein the tongues 16a each have an edge in the mounting position the recesses 17 (Fig. 2) - preferably by inherent elasticity - abut.
    Fig. 5a shows the first wall part 7 in a perspective view. Visible is the insertion pocket 13 formed thereon, which is provided for receiving an end region of the plate-shaped wall element 14. The two holding parts 11 serve for fastening of the wall part 7 relative to the Schubtadenseitenwand 6. By the two spaced apart in the height direction of the wall part 7 fastening devices 15, a non-tilt connection between the two wall parts 7, 8 are brought about. The fastening devices 15 each have a locking element 16 with at least one or more tongues 16a.
    FIG. 5b shows a part of the first wall part 7 and an end area of the second wall part 8 in an enlarged, perspective view. The recess 17 of the second wall part 8 has a longitudinal extension (L), wherein the longitudinal direction of the tongues 16a extend obliquely to the longitudinal extent (L) of the recess 17. Visible is a substantially comb-like design locking element 16, which has a web 19 and a plurality of tongues 16a spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the web 19, which protrude laterally from the web 19. The tongues 16a each have a - preferably sharp-edged trained - free end, which points in the direction of insertion of the tongues 16a to the rear. The tongues 16a are formed - preferably integrally with the locking element 16 - of metal. The recess 17 of the wall part 8 is formed in the embodiment shown as a longitudinal extension (L) of the wall part 8 extending groove. During assembly, the tongues 16a are inserted into the recess 17 and are based on a flank 20 of the recess 17 from.
    Fig. 6a partially shows the first Wandtei! 7 and the second wall part 8, wherein the tongues 16a of the fastening device 15 are partially inserted into the lower recess 17 of the second wall part 8. The sharp-edged free ends of the tongues 16a are constantly supported on an edge 20 of the lower recess 17 from. The upper recess 17 of the second wall part 8 is formed as a profile groove, wherein it may also be sufficient to introduce into the upper recess 17 only a plug pin 21.
    Fig. 6b shows a portion of the first wall portion 7 with the vertically spaced fasteners 15. A special feature is a release device 24 to call, by which the tongues 16a are released from the locked position. The release device 24 includes a lever 25 to be actuated by a person, and by operation of the lever 25, the tongues 16a
    Starting from the locking position, preferably against the resilient action of the tongues 16a, are movable into a release position in which the clamping fixation of the two wall parts 7, 8 is repealed and the Wall parts 7, 8 are separable from each other. The lever 25 is pivotally mounted about the axis 23 and fulfills a further purpose, namely that it surrounds the tongues 16a such that only the tips 22 of the tongues 16a protrude slightly laterally. In this way, the risk of injury to persons or objects can be largely excluded. The lever 25 can - be pivoted about the axis 23 against the resilient force of the tongues 16a, for example, with a screwdriver, whereby the tips 22 of the tongues 16a pushed back and no longer rest against the flank 20 of the recess 17, so that the wall parts 7, 8 are separable from each other. So that a person does not constantly have to apply a force in the separation of the two wall parts 7, 8 against the resilient action of the tongues 16a, a holding device 27 is provided, by means of which the lever 25 can be preserved in the release position. As shown in the figure, the holding device 27 may have a projection 30 (FIG. 7b) formed on the locking element 16 which releasably engages in the release position in a corresponding opening 31 (FIG. 7b) of the lever 25. By a corresponding actuation of the lever 25, the projection 30 can disengage again from the opening 31, whereupon the tongues 16a automatically spring back into the locking position.
    7a shows the first wall part 7 in a perspective view from below, whereby the lever 25 can be moved about the axis 23 against the resilient action of the tongues 16a into a release position by a screwdriver 28 so that the tongues 16a are no longer within the recess 17 are locked. Fig. 7b shows the circled in Fig. 7a area in an enlarged view. The lever 25 has a receptacle 29 for the screwdriver 28, wherein by a rotary movement of the screwdriver 28, the lever 25 is pivoted against the resilient action of the tongues 16 a about the axis 23, so that the tips 22 of the tongues 16 a are pushed back until the projection 30 of the locking element 16 engages in a corresponding opening 31 of the lever 25 and thus holds the tips 22 in a spaced from the flank 20 release position. By an opposite rotational movement of the screwdriver 28, the projection 30 can disengage again from the opening 31, so that the tongues 16a automatically spring back into the locking position.
    The present invention is not limited to the embodiment shown, but covers all variants and technical equivalents, which may fall within the scope of the following claims.
