The attachable to the tractor and driven by the tractor drive forestry winch as such is described in the patents Sl 9600339 A2 or Sl 22280 and DE 20 2007 00538 or Sl 22281 and DE 20 2007 005535, while one of the known solutions of the motor-driven upper Guide roller such forest winch is described in WO 2009/148414.
The forestry winch of the type mentioned above, which includes a housing with a built-in winding drum, and the upper guide pulley for guiding the steel cable, which is rotatably mounted around the vertical axis of said wind housing are in the currently unpublished Slovenian patent application P-201200170 described. The upper pulley of such forestry winds contains its own housing, in which a rotatable around the horizontal geometric axis pulley is installed, which is driven by means of a motor, preferably by means of a hydraulic motor. During the winding and unwinding of the said drum, the steel cable runs over the mentioned pulley of the upper pulley and can be oriented in different directions during normal operation, depending on the position of the respective drawn load, optionally even be redirected via an additional lower pulley, which is arranged on the housing of the forest winds closer to the base than the mentioned upper pulley. With the deflection of the rope on the lower pulley the point of application of the tensile force is changed, whereby the stability of the winch is increased against overturning. Considering the relatively wide range of possible directions in which the traction cable runs during normal operation, there is a possibility of excessive bending, sticking or even breakage of the traction cable in the area immediately adjacent to the upper pulley with the winds known to date.
The invention relates to a forestry winch with the completed steering of the traction cable in the upper pulley, the said winch is adapted in particular for connection to the three-point connection mechanism of the tractor comprises a housing with the built-in by means of the propeller shaft of the tractor by the corresponding clutch and gear driven drum, which serves for the winding or unwinding of the traction cable, wherein on the outer surface of said winch at least the upper guide roller is present, which is rotatable about the vertical geometric axis and the pulley comprises, but optionally also the lower pulley with the pulley, which is arranged correspondingly removed from the base under the upper pulley, so that the said pull rope is attachable at least on the pulley of the upper pulley, optionally also on the pulley of the lower pulley. The forest winch according to the invention is characterized in that the upper pulley of the winch comprises a pivotable about its fulcrum, which overlaps with the geometric axis of rotation of the pulley, swinging leg, at the end of which a steering sleeve for the steering of the pull rope is present while said leg is provided in the area around its fulcrum simultaneously with an enclosure on which the first attachment point of the gas damper is available, while the second attachment point of the gas damper on the housing of the upper deflection roller is mounted so that the connecting line between the two Fixing points in the starting position of said leg through the pivot point of the leg, and thus passes through the geometric axis of rotation of said pulley.
In one embodiment of the invention, a respective gas damper with the associated second attachment point is provided on the respective opposite side of the housing of the upper deflection roller, wherein said leg is fork-shaped with the steering opening and extends on both sides of the housing, and wherein he on each side of the housing comprises a respective enclosure with the first attachment point of the respective associated gas damper.
At the free end of said leg a supporting rolling element is arranged in the area immediately adjacent to the steering sleeve, wherein the supporting rolling element is adapted to cooperate with the traction cable in the sense of supporting the rope, whereby the friction during the movement of the rope through the steering sleeve is reduced, wherein the rolling element may be in the form of a roller.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the piston rod of the gas damper is mounted in the respective first attachment point on the skirt of the leg, while the cylinder of the gas damper is mounted in the respective second attachment point on the housing of the upper pulley of the winch.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the winch, the cylinder of the gas damper is fixed in the respective first attachment point on the skirt of the leg, while the piston rod of the gas damper is mounted in the respective second attachment point on the housing of the upper pulley of the winch.
