专利摘要:
A rotating drum for treating pulp whose axis of rotation (3) is inclined at most 30 ° to the horizontal, transforms a dissolving zone (1) adjacent to an end face of the drum into which the pulp is added and mixed with water to form a pulp suspension and a sorting zone (2) adjacent to the opposite end face of the drum, in which the drum is perforated, whereby a fine fraction flows through the perforation and a coarse fraction is rejected therefrom. Between the dissolving (1) and the sorting zone (2) a dilution zone (4) is arranged, in which the consistency of the pulp suspension prior to transfer to the sorting zone (2) is reduced by the addition of water.
description ROTATING DRUM The invention relates to a rotating drum for the treatment of pulp whose axis of rotation is inclined at most 30 ° to the horizontal, with an adjacent to an end face of the drum dissolution zone, in which the pulp is added and mixed in this to form a pulp suspension with water is, and adjacent to the opposite end face of the drum sorting zone in which the drum is perforated, wherein a fine fraction flows through the perforation and a coarse fraction thereof is rejected. With the help of such a known device in many cases contaminated waste paper is mixed with water, crushed and sorted. For this purpose, in the dissolution zone of the cylinder / drum most frequently lying, the waste paper mixed with water is comminuted by lifting, sliding and falling, or relative movements of the substance parts to one another. In the sorting zone, the dissolved pulp is then to be separated from waste. While the fines fraction the perforation, i. passes the sorting holes, the coarse fraction is rejected with the debris and fed separately from the drum. Process for the treatment of waste paper, which work with such or similar drums, have the advantage of a particularly gentle resolution, both as regards sensitive fiber types as well as sortable to be obtained, undesirable impurities. However, the effort in particular for sorting is considerable. The object of the invention is therefore to improve the efficiency of sorting with the simplest possible means. According to the invention the object has been achieved in that a dilution zone is arranged between the dissolving and the sorting zone, in which the consistency of the pulp suspension is reduced by the addition of water before the transfer to the sorting zone. The consistency in the dissolution zone is about 18%, which is much too high for sorting. Since the pulp is too tough to pass through the perforation of the sorting zone, was previously in the sorting zone, a supply of dilution water by spraying the drum from the outside. Due to the reflection, part of the dilution water does not even get into the sorting zone. This part runs outside of the drum surface into the collecting container of the fine fraction. By the interposition of a dilution zone, the consistency of the pulp suspension before reaching the sorting zone can be brought to a much lower value of about 12% and less. Thus, an effective sorting is already possible from the first perforation of the sorting zone. As a result, the sorting zone and the associated collection container can be made smaller. In addition, so also reduces the required energy input. The shell of the drum is not perforated in the region of the dissolution and the dilution zone. To support the movement, in particular the lifting of the pulp suspension, the drum has on the inner wall at least in one, preferably in all zones lifting ledges or similar fixtures. In order to allow transport between the zones, but nevertheless to ensure a certain demarcation of the zones, the radially outer region of the dilution zone is delimited at both ends at least via a respective boundary ring in the form of an annular plate of the respective adjacent zone. In the interest of the simplest possible construction as well as simple retrofitting, the dilution water is at least partially shot through the sorting zone into the dilution zone via at least one free dilution water jet. The dilution water jet should be guided as safely as possible to the falling coarse fraction within the sorting zone. This is possible depending on the rejection content at various points. After the sorting zone of the dilution water jet impinges on the boundary ring between dissolution and dilution zone. From this boundary ring, the dilution water then injected widely distributed in the pulp suspension of the dilution zone. In order for this to be done safely even with a possible deflection or disturbance of the dilution water jet through the coarse fraction of the sorting zone, the opening of the delimiting ring between dissolution and dilution zone should be smaller than that of the delimiting ring between dilution and sorting zone. A further dilution of the pulp suspension but also a flushing of the perforation can be achieved if water is sprayed in the region of the sorting zone from the outside and preferably from above onto the drum. Furthermore, below the sorting zone, a collecting container for receiving the fine fraction as well as the water running on the surface should be arranged. As already known, the free end face of the sorting zone should have an outlet for the coarse fraction. This allows the dilution water jet to be introduced through the outlet for ease of construction. In addition, the axis of rotation should be as horizontal as possible or inclined to the horizontal. The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. In the attached drawing: FIG. 1 shows a schematic longitudinal section through a drum according to the invention, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section through the sorting zone 2 of the drum. The cylindrical drum is normally mounted outside on rollers and is rotated by a drive in rotation, wherein the axis of rotation 3 is slightly inclined to the horizontal. For the dissolution of the waste paper, the drum has according to Figure 1 to the left end side adjacent a dissolving zone 1 with an inlet 11. In the dissolving zone 1, the waste paper is mixed intensively with water, it due to the lifting, sliding and falling movements to a comminution of the softened paper material comes. In order to support the movement of the waste paper and the resulting pulp suspension, the drum has on the inside of lifting strips 13 or the like. Internals. Such installations are known in many forms and are tailored to the particular application. The resulting at this resolution pulp suspension has a consistency of about 18% and is therefore not suitable for a hole sorting. Therefore, this pulp suspension is passed for dilution in a subsequent dilution zone 4. The delimitation of both zones 1.4 is usually carried out via a radially outer boundary ring 5 in the form of an annular plate, which has a stowage effect and forms a sump. The sorting zone 2 is located between the other, here right front side of the drum and the dilution zone 4. Again, the delimitation between the dilution zone 4 and the sorting zone 2 takes place via a delimiting ring 6 extending radially on the outside. In contrast to the other two zones 1.4, the drum has a perforation in the region of the sorting zone 2, through which the fine fraction can pass to the outside. The usually larger impurities are rejected by this perforation and discharged in the form of a coarse fraction or the reject over the outlet 12 at the end face of the drum. Below the sorting zone 2 is a collecting container 10 for receiving the fine fraction. Above the sorting zone 2, a spraying device 9 is arranged, which directs water to the perforation. This cleans the perforation and also leads to a further dilution of the pulp suspension within the sorting zone 2. However, in this case only about 50 to 60% of the sprayed water passes into the sorting zone 2. The other part of the water runs outside of the drum along in the collecting container 10th In order to use the sorting zone 2 as fully as possible, the pulp suspension is diluted in the dilution zone 4 to a consistency of less than 12%. From this consistency, the fine fraction can easily pass through the perforation. In the interest of a simple construction, the dilution water is supplied to the dilution zone 4 via a dilution water jet 7 through a nozzle 14 through the outlet 12, the sorting zone 2, the opening of the delimiting ring 6 between the dilution zone 4 and the sorting zone 2 and the dilution zone 2 is directed to the limiting ring 5 between the dissolving zone 1 and the dilution zone 4. The impact on the limiting ring 5 leads to a distribution of the dilution water within the dilution zone. 4 So that the dilution water jet 7 can easily pass through the coarse fraction within the sorting zone 2, the dilution water jet 7, as shown in FIG. 2, passes as far as possible past the falling reject. The main part of the dilution is taken over by the dilution water. For a thorough mixing and the dilution 4 and the sorting zone 2 have on the inside of lifting strips 13 or the like.
