Description [0001] The invention relates to an opening device and to a door with such a device.
Opening devices are normally used to allow the opening and closing of a sliding or revolving door relative to a corresponding frame.
In the case of sliding doors handles for furniture wings are known, which are built directly into the wings. These handles are of the type that includes a vibrating element which is movable relative to its own vibration axis. Due to a pressure exerted in an off-center region opposite the vibration axis of the handle, the vibration element penetrates into the seat in which a handle is formed. The user can thus grip and move the wing.
The opening devices described above have some disadvantages.
In particular, such handles are not equipped with any closing elements. Accordingly, to lock the wing in a closed position, it would be necessary to provide them with additional locking devices independent of the previously described handle.
The object of the present invention is to obviate the above-mentioned disadvantages by providing an opening device including a shutter device. Another object of the present invention is to provide a door incorporating the opening device.
These and other objects, which will become apparent in the course of the following description, are fulfilled according to the present invention by an opening device and by a door which have structural and functional characteristics according to the attached claims, further embodiments of which are described in the accompanying drawings ¬ten and corresponding subclaims are executed.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing, which illustrates purely exemplary and non-limiting embodiments. FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of the opening device according to the invention in a first embodiment; Figures 2 and 3 are two perspective views of the device of Figure 1 with some parts omitted to better show others; Figure 4 is another perspective view of the device of Figure 1 with some parts omitted to better show others; Figure 5 is a perspective view of a door according to the invention; FIG. 6 is a perspective view, similar to FIG. 1, of the opening device according to the invention in a second embodiment; Figures 7 and 8 are two perspective views of the device of Figure 6 with some parts omitted to better show others; Figures 9 and 10 are two further perspective views of the device of Figure 6 with some parts omitted to better show others; Figure 11 is a perspective view of a detail of a door according to the invention; [0017] FIGS. 12 and 13 show a cross-section of the device of FIG. 6 according to a plane perpendicular to the plane of the door, in each case in the disengaged position from the door jamb and in the engagement position in the door jamb. and [0018] FIGS. 14 and 15 show two different modes of use of two embodiments of the invention, with FIG. 14 showing a preferred mode of use of the invention for sliding doors and FIG. 15 a preferred mode of use for rotary doors.
In the accompanying figures, the reference numeral 1 an opening device according to the invention, hereinafter referred to as device 1, referred to. The apparatus 1 comprises actuating means 10, which in turn comprise a pusher 2, which can be accessed directly by a user and which is operatively connected to hooking and unhooking means 3. Accordingly, the pusher 2 is mechanically connected to the input and Aushakmitteln 3. With pusher 2 actuating means of the input and Aushakmittel 3 are meant; these actuating means exert a pressing action directly on the hooking and unhooking means 3 or, preferably, they are mounted on intermediate elements which transmit the issued "command". The actuating means 10 further include a seat 4 of the pusher 2. The pusher 2 has an externally visible portion. In particular, the visible portion of the pusher is just. This can for example be circular, polygonal, etc. The pusher 2 has a pivot axis 20 which is connected to the seat 4. The pivot axis 20 shifts along a guide 42 that extends within the seat 4. The pusher 2 has a finer vibrating plate 5, which oscillates freely about the pivot axis 20 and is movable with the latter. The pusher 2 is movable between a rest position and an operating position in which it actuates the input and Aushakmittel 3. The rest position corresponds to a first position of the pivot axis 20 along the guide 42. The operating position corresponds to a second position of the pivot axis 20 along the guide 42, more within the seat 4 from the first position. Such pressing on the oscillating plate 5 that the Schwenkach¬se 20 moves along the guide 42 from the first to the second position, the pusher 2 moves from the rest position to the operating position, whereby the input and Aushakmittel 3 are actuated. The fact that the plate 5 swings freely about the pivot axis 20 then permits, substantially simultaneously with the operation of the pusher 2, either access to parts of the seat 4 or the ability to grip portions of the vibrating plate 5. As will be explained in more detail below, this may be used to facilitate the movement of a wing to which the device 1 is operatively connected.
In the operating position, at least a portion of the pusher 2 extends further into the interior of the seat 4 as compared to the rest position. The visible portion of the seat 4 advantageously has a profile opposite the visible portion of the pusher 2. The visible portion of the pusher 2 in the rest position smoothly adjoins the corresponding seat 4. The seat 4 defines an inner space 40. In the rest position, the pusher 2 defines a boundary wall 41 of the space 40. In a building solution, the swinging plate 5 swinging about its own pivotal axis 20 is completely insertable into the interior of the seat 4. In particular, the complete insertion of the swinging plate 5 into the interior of the seat 4 can be made possible thanks to the fact that the swinging plate 5 is not only twisted but also completely or partially displaced by the pivoting axis 20 along the guide 42 from the first to the second position the interior of the seat 4 can be pressed. The swing plate 5 rotatable about the pivot axis 20 includes a portion insertable inside the seat 4 and a portion extending outside the seat 4. Advantageously, the opening device 1 has a handle 43. The pusher 2 is movable between the rest position and an open position. This opening position is defined as the position of the pusher 2 by which the user can directly access the handle 43. The open position is an intermediate position between the rest position and the operating position. The opening position may correspond to the simple rotation of the vibrating plate 5 about the pivot axis 20 (hereinafter also referred to as axis 20 for short). The opening position may correspond to a state in which the vibrating plate 5 is not twisted only about its own axis 20, but also pressed into the interior of the seat 4 so that the axis 20 either between the first and the second position, or in the second position located.
The handle 43 may be located within the seat 4. This handle 43 may also simply consist of a surface which the user can grip with the fingers to exert a force which serves to move a blade 11 (Figure 5) from its own closed position to an open position. In particular, in the case of a sliding door, the user may exert a force in a direction parallel to the direction of movement of the wing 11 (in this case a sliding sash) or of the apparatus to which the opening device 1 is attachable. The handle 43 may simply consist of a side wall of the space 40. The handle 43 may also be formed at one end of the swing plate 5 (or located there). The opening position is achieved by the rotation of the oscillating plate 5 about the axis 20 (possibly along with a displacement of the axis 20 along the guide 42). In a preferred embodiment, the axis 20 of the pusher 2 (and the oscillating plate 5) by displacement within the seat 4 is a trigger for the hooking and Aushakmittel 3, which are operatively connected to the pusher 2. Subsequently or almost simultaneously, the swing plate 5 can be rotated about the axis 20, and the user can grasp the handle 43 more easily. When the handle 43 is formed inside the seat 4, the user can reach it after pushing the swing plate 5 (and the shaft 20) for displacement along the guide 42 by inserting the hand into the space 40 and simultaneously reversing the swing plate 5 the axis20 is twisted. Advantageously, these actions (pressing and twisting) can essentially be carried out with only one movement of the hand. When the handle 43 is formed at one end of the swinging plate 5, the user, after pushing the swinging plate 5 inside the seat 4 so that the pivoting shaft 20 is displaced into the guide 42 by the operation of the catching and lifting means 3, can swing the swinging plate 5 by swinging it to the opposite part from the part where the handle 43 is located, whereby the handle 43 comes out of the seat 4. At this point, the user can grip the handle 43 and open the wing 11. These operations can advantageously be achieved by the user essentially with only one continuous movement of one hand.
The guide 42 lies in a central plane 420 of the seat 4. In this way, the vibrating plate 5 with respect to the axis 20 may be symmetrical. The guide 42 can lie opposite the middle plane 420 of the seat 4 in a decentralized position. In this way, the oscillating plate 5 behaves like a flap of the seat 4, which is deflected on one of its sides. The latter situation is particularly recommended when the wing 11 to which the opening device 1 is to be attached is a rotary wing. Advantageously, in a preferred embodiment of the invention illustrated in particular in FIGS. 6 to 8, the opening device 1 not only comprises a guide 42 which lies in the middle plane 420 of the seat 4 but also comprises a further guide 42 'which is parallel to the guide 42 is offset from the middle plane 420, with the further guide 42 'being available for the engagement of a further pivot axis of a further vibration plate instead of the vibration plate 5 whose own pivot axis 20 engages the guide 42. In this way, with only one assembly for the housing of the opening device 1 constituting the seat 4, it is possible to provide two different types of swing plates 5, one of which is particularly suitable in the case of rotary blades 11.
When the pusher 2 is in the rest position, the swing plate 5 can close the seat 4 by flush with it.
Advantageously, the pusher 2 consists in a preferred embodiment of the swing plate 5 and the relative pivot axis 20. If reference is made to this circumstance or if it is stated that the oscillating plate 5 and the relative pivot axis 20 coincide with the pusher 2, For example, all the considerations and characteristics mentioned above with respect to the pusher 2 can be applied to the vibrating plate 5, and vice versa, all the aforementioned considerations and properties with respect to the vibrating plate 5 can be applied to the pusher 2; Finally, one can replace the term "pusher 2" by the term "swing plate 5" and vice versa.
The hooking and unhooking means 3 are between a first configuration in which they extend at least partially outside of a housing 30 (see in particular Figure 13, which is applicable in this case to all illustrated embodiments) and a second Kon¬figuration, in they are retracted into the housing 30 (see in particular Figures 1,2, 5, 6,11, 12), movable. The hooking and unlocking means 3 can be locked in the position assumed in the first configuration and / or in the position taken in the second configuration. The opening device 1 in the first configuration and / or in the second configuration may include effective latch means 300 for the latching and unhooking means 3. The transition of the pusher 2 from the rest position to the operating position determines the transition of the hooking and unlocking means 3 from the first to the second configuration and vice versa. As mentioned, the pusher 2 is preferably an actuating means for the hooking-in and locking-out means 3, which exerts a pushing action on specially interposed elements which transmit the given action. In detail, the opening device 1 comprises connecting means 6, which are operationally effective between the pusher 2 and the hooking-in and Aushakmitteln 3. These connecting means 6 form exactly the aforementioned connecting elements.
As shown in Figures 2, 3 and 4 and in Figures 7 to 13, the connecting means 6 comprise a first component 61 and a second component 62. The first component 61 is movable in accordance with a movement, at least along a component of movement a first direction 610. The second component 62 is movable along a second direction 620 that is transverse to the first direction 610. Between the first and the second component 61, 62 there are means 63 for transmitting the movement between the first and the second component 61, 62. The first component 61 is actuated by the pusher 2. In particular, the first component 61 is exerted by the pressure caused by the pivot axis 20 during its movement along the guide 42 from the first to the second position. The movement of the first component 61, directly or through the means 63 for transmitting the motion, sets the second component 62 in motion. The second component 62 actuates the hooking and unlocking means 3.
The hooking and unhooking means 3 include a hook 31 which has a first pin 32 and rotates about the first pin 32 in rotation with the housing 30. A movement of the second component 62 along the second direction 620 is accompanied by a rotation of the hook 31, which is pivotally mounted on the first pin 32. This twisting of the hook 31 causes the latter to move partially out of the housing 30 (first configuration of the hooking and unlocking means 3) or re-enter the interior of the housing 30 (second configuration of the hooking and unlocking means 3). The hook 31 may simply rest on one end of the second component 62 (see, eg, Figures 7-10). The hook 31 may be connected to the second component 62 (see, for example, Figure 4). In the transition of the input and output means 3 from the first to the second configuration, the hook 31 can easily move by gravity and be returned to the original state, or can be pressed and returned to the original state by resilient antidote, or withdrawn from the second component 62. As the latching and unhooking means 3 transition from the second to the first configuration, the hook 31 is forced to twist by the second component 62 being pushed.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 4, the hook 31 is connected to the second Kom¬ponente 62 of the connecting means 6. The hook 31 has, in addition to the first bolt 32, a second bolt 33. Each bolt 32, 33 lies in a dedicated elongated opening 34, 35 formed in the second component 62. However, the first bolt 32 may rotate, but not shift relative to the housing 30, but is still free to move in the associated opening 34. The second bolt 33 lies in the opening 35, which extends transversely to the direction of movement of the second component 62. The second pin 33 is at a predetermined distance from the first pin 32 and thus the movement of the second component 62 is accompanied by a rotation of the hook 31 about the first pin 32.
The second component 62 has a first part 628 and a second part 629, both of which are movable in the guide along the second direction 620. The first part 628 receives the movement pulse from the first component 61 (in particular by means 63 for transmitting the movement) and, moving along the second direction 620, transmits the movement to the second part 629 which in turn transfers to the input and output Aushakmit¬tel 3 acts and thus causes the transition from the first to the second configuration or vice versa. The second part 629 engages in the hook 31. The first and second parts 628, 629 may be interconnected (Figure 4) or simply abutting (Figures 7 through 10). When the connecting means 6 are actuated by the operation of the pusher 2, the second part 629 of the second component 62 undergoes a forward and backward movement. The forward movement is preferably due to a pressing of the first part 628 of the second component 62 onto the second part 629 , The backward movement may be due to sluggishness in connection with the falling of the hook 31 due to gravity or the action of springing counter means or a train exerted by the first part 628.
In the exemplary embodiment illustrated in Figures 7, 10, 12, 13, the first component 61 is a member rotatable about a stationary bolt. In this case, the means 63 for transmitting the movement, together with the first component 61, form a mechanism of the connecting rod-crank or equivalent type which acts on the second component 62.
In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 4, the first component 61 is movable along the first direction 610. In particular, the movement of the first component 61 is a sliding movement along the first direction 610.
In one embodiment, the means 63 for transmitting the movement comprise a profile body 630 with a V-profile cross-section. This profile body 630 has a first arm 632 and a second arm 633 extending from a junction 634. The second arm 633 is operatively in contact with the second component 62. The profile body 630 can twist around a bolt 631 under the action of the first component 61 and act on the second component 62 through its own second arm 633 to effect its movement in the second direction 620.
In the embodiment in which the movement of the first component 61 is a sliding movement in the first direction 610 (FIGS. 2 and 4), the first arm 632 of the profile body 630 is in operative contact with the first component 61 and the bolt 631 is at the level of the joint 634 shared by the first and second arms 632, 633. In the embodiment in which the movement of the first component 61 is a rotational movement about a stationary bolt, the bolt 631 of the profile body 630 is formed at the end of the first arm 632. A connecting rod 635 is articulated at one of its ends at the junction 634 common to the first and second arms 632, 633 and at the other end to the first component 61. The first component 61, the connecting rod 635 and the profile body 630 thus form a type of connecting rod / crank mechanism which acts on the second component 62. Advantageously, the opening device 1 has locking means 621 for the second component 62. These locking means 621 for the second component 62 may be a part of the locking means 300 of the hooking-in and locking-out means 3. As shown in Figures 3, 8 and 9, the second component 62 has a profile groove 622. The locking means 621 of the second component 62 includes a flexible slider 623 having a first stationary end 624 and a second end 625 engaging the profile groove. The locking means 621 of the second component 62 have first and second latching points 626, 627 for the second end 625 of the slider 623; the first and second latching points 626, 627 are formed along the profile groove 622. The interaction between the profile groove 622 and the second end 625 of the pusher 623 is such as to define a unidirectional progression of the pusher 623 in the profile groove 622. The first and the second configuration of the input and output means 3 corresponds in each case to the positioning of the slider 623 in the first and in the second latching point 626, 627. The profile groove 622 overall has approximately the profile of a stylized heart. This profile groove 622 is defined by a bottom surface and two side surfaces, an inner and an outer. The first and second latching points 626, 627 are interconnected by two different branches of the profile groove 622. The first branch is traversed by the slider 623 in the transition from the first to the second configuration, the second branch is traversed by the slider 623 in the transition from the second to the first configuration. This course is preferably asymmetric. In particular, the profile groove 622 at the level of the first detent point 626 has a shoulder. This paragraph hits and is bound to the second end 625 of the slider. As soon as the shoulder has been pushed against the second end 625, the hooking and unhooking means 3 connected to the pusher 2 must be actuated again in order to unlock the device 1. At the level of the second latching point 627, there is also a dead branch within which the second end 625 of the slide 623 interlocks. Compared to the beginning of this dead branch, the inner part of the profile groove 622 is suitably inclined in order to guide the second end 625 coming out of the dead branch along the predetermined running direction.
The profile groove 622 is formed in the first part 628 of the second component 62.
The connecting means 6 contain spring means 64. The spring means 64 exert a Feder¬kraft, which must be overcome in order to allow the transition of the hooking and Aushakmittel 3 zwi¬schen the first and the second configuration or vice versa.
The spring means 64 include first spring means 641 which, after the operation of the connecting means 6 by the pusher 2, return the pusher 2 itself to the rest position. The spring means 64 comprise at least a first spring. In a particular and non-limiting configuration, this first spring has one end connected to a fixed portion of the opening device 1 and an end abutting the pusher 2.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, the first spring means 641 comprise two springs.
The first spring means 641 included in the Aus¬führungsbeispiel shown in Figures 7, 12 and 13, a profiled leaf spring 64 T, which is bound to the seat 4 (in detail to a base of the seat 4) and two free legs 641 "has. These two free legs 641 "act on portions of an inner surface 500 of the oscillating plate 5, which are arranged in opposite directions to the pivot axis 20 strips. If one presses the vibrating plate 5 to displace it along the guide 42, the free legs 641 "become deformed and accumulate spring energy which is returned when the user no longer presses on the vibrating plate 5, thereby bringing the latter into the first position the axis 20 zu¬rückgeführt. When the vibrating plate 5 has been rotated about the axis 20, the free legs 641 "also tend to return the vibrating plate 5 to a state of equilibrium. More specifically, in this state of equilibrium, the vibrating plate 5 is brought into a plane with the opening of the seat 4 and preferably adjoins the edges of the seat 4.
The spring means 64 comprise second spring means 642 which lie between the second Kompo¬nente 62 and stationary pressure means 100.
In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, the second spring means 642 comprise a second spring (visible in FIG. 3), having a first end which is integrally connected to the second component 62, and a second end, if the hooking and unlocking means 3 are in the second configuration, can be pushed by stationary pressure means 100. In the case illustrated in FIGS. 2 to 4, the stationary pressure means 100 may be formed on or connected to inner walls of a container box 110. The container box 110 includes at least a part of the opening device 1 and is connected to the housing 30 of the hooking and unlocking means 3. As shown in Figures 2 to 4, the first end 643 of the second spring is integrally connected to the first part 628 of the second Kompo¬nente 62.
The second spring means 642 comprise in the embodiment shown in Figures 8, 9, 12 and 13 at least one second spring (in the figures two second springs), with a first end 643 which, when the hooking and unlocking means 3 in the second configurati¬on be abuttable by the second component 62, and a second end 644 which is integrally connected to the stationary pressure means 100. In the case illustrated in FIGS. 8, 9, 12 and 13, the stationary pressure means 100 may be formed on or connected to inner walls of the container box 110. The container box 110 contains at least a part of the opening device 1 and is connected to the housing 30 of the hooking and unhooking means 3. As shown in the figures, each second spring is mounted on a corresponding pin 101 which extends from an inner wall of the container box 110, and when it abuts against the second component 62, destined to another, corresponding bolt 102 of the second component 62 to be postponed. As shown in FIGS. 8, 9, 12, and 13, the second end 644 of each second spring abuts the first portion 628 of the second component 62 during operation.
According to the figures 12 and 13, on the surface of the opening device 1 can be entge¬gengesetzt to that on which the pusher 2, the corresponding swing plate 5 and the seat 4untergebracht, a further oscillating plate 5 "be provided on the user can be gripped and which is introduced into a corresponding further seat 4 ". Another pivot axis 20 "is bound to the other seat 4". The further pivot axis 20 "shifts along a corresponding further guide 42" which extends within the further seat 4 ". The further oscillating plate 5 "freely swings around the further axis 20" and is movable therewith between a first position and a second position, in which the further axis 20 "is further inside the seat 4 in relation to the first position Swing plate 5 "acts, he can access the interior of the Sitz4" (in detail, for example, on another, defined by this space 40 "). In this way, the user may have access to another handle 43 "(either inside the seat 4 or at one end of the further swing plate 5") in a manner quite analogous to that associated with the swing plate 5 on the other side of the door ¬nungsvorrichtung 1, has been explained. In a solution not shown in the figures, the further oscillating plate 5 "can be operatively connected to the pusher 2 and / or the input and Aushakmit¬teln 3, so that the displacement of the further vibrating plate 5" along the weite¬ren guide 42 "through the another axis 20 "the input and Aushakmittel 3 actuated. In the solution shown in Figs. 12 and 13, the user's action on the further wing plate 5 "only allows access to the further handle 43" for controlling the wing 11. When the engagement and disengagement means 3 are in the first configuration (in which they are attached) Locking wing 11 to a corresponding frame 12), on the side of the opening device 1, in which the further oscillating plate 5 "is located, a gap 103 is provided (for example between an edge of the further oscillating plate 5" and a side edge of the further seat 4 ") which allows access to a profile section 104 of the second component 62 to force the movement to force the return of the hooking and unlocking means 3 to the second configuration. Thus, the wing 11 separates from the corresponding frame 12. The profile section 104 of the second component 62 may be formed on the second part 629 of the second component 62. This operation can be performed using a tool 105 (for example, a screwdriver or a coin).
As in the case of the oscillating plate 5 (and / or the pusher 2), the opening device 1 may comprise further first spring means 651 which, after pressing on the further swing plate 5 ", the further axis 20" of its own second into its own first position brings the further oscillating plate 5 "with the further axis 20" in the first position. Advantageously, the other first spring means 651 comprise a further profiled Blattfe¬der 65T, which is bound to the other seat 4 " (In particular to a base of the further seat 4 ") and two free legs 651" which act on portions of an inner surface 500 "of the further oscillating plate 5", which are arranged opposite to the further axis 20 "entgegengesetz¬ten strips. Relative to the other profiled leaf spring 65T, the further oscillating plate 5 "behaves exactly as described for the vibrating plate 5.
Like the guide 42, the further guide 42 may be "in a middle level of another seat 4" or in a staggered off-center position (in this case, the corresponding further swing plates 5 "each have the same properties as the swing plates 5 as already discussed with reference to the positioning of the seat 42). Advantageously, two further seats 42 "can be provided, one in a central and one in an off-center position, in exactly analogous manner and for the same purposes for which the above-described two guides 42, 42 'can be provided, one in one middle position and the other in an off-center position.
In the figures, the frame 12 and the corresponding stop leg 120 of the wing 11 are indicated only schematically by dashed lines, without any claim to accuracy of presentation and / or the situation of the sliding or rotary wing. With reference to the attached figures and the preferred embodiment, the opening device 1 operates as follows.
The assembly comprising the first component 61, the second component 62 and the corresponding locking means 621, the profile body 630 and the various spring means form a bistable system for guiding and locking the hooking and unhooking means 3 When the first component 61 is moved with a component of movement along the first direction 610 (by pressing on the pusher 2, ie, for example, by simply acting on the oscillating plate 5), this causes a rotation of the profile body 630, the second component 62 and with it the locking means 621 shifts. This movement, together with the movement of the hook 31, determines a corresponding movement of the second end 625 of the slide 623 in the profile groove 622. The triggering of the system in the first latching point 626 corresponds to a door locked in the door jamb (hook 31 locked in the door jamb). The triggering of the system in the second detent point 627 corresponds to a door bolted in the door jamb (hook 31 pulled out of the door jamb). Each time the oscillating plate 5 is actuated, a triggering of the system is achieved and, for the input and output means 3, a corresponding transition from one state to the other.
The vibrating plate 5 may simply be the means to activate the triggering of the system and allow the user to reach with their fingers the inner handle 43 (see for example Figure 14).
The swinging plate 5 can also and directly be the means by which the door is opened by directly using the swinging plate 5 as if it were a handle, for example, by acting on the handle 43, which in this case is on one side the ends of the oscillating plate 5 is located (see, for example, Figure 15).
The invention also relates to a door having a wing 11 and a frame 12, which further comprises an opening device 1 as described above. Advantageously, as shown in Figures 5 and 11, the seat 4 is inserted into the wing 11 ¬baut. Preferably, the actuating means 10 are installed in the wing 11.
In an alternative solution, not shown, the seat is formed in a frame 12 at the height of a stop leg 120 of the wing 11. In this case, the actuating means 10 can also be installed in the frame 12 at the level of the stop limb 120 of the wing 11.
The wing 11 is for example a sliding door. Alternatively, the wing 11 is a revolving door. In particular, the invention provides only one opening device 1 for moving and locking the wing 11 against a frame 12.
Furthermore, it allows the opening device 1 to be concealed.
Another important advantage is the absence of protrusions projecting from the wing 11 and, in the case of a sliding wing 11, hindering the insertion of the wing 11 into the interior of a blind block.
The invention thus conceived is susceptible to numerous changes and variations, all of which fall within the scope of the invention.
In addition, all the details are substitutable by other technically equivalent elements.
Practically all materials and dimensions used can be of any kind depending on the requirements.
